Abstract

ABSTRACT            The aims of atudy are to portray the motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance of the Maudiza Group Convection and to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of the Maudiza Group Convection Employee. The sample of this study were all employees, amounting to 40 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling that is using all members of the population into the sample. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive and multiple regression analysis.            The results of this study indicate that (1) motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work discipline has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction And Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The purpose of this research was to study 1) the effect of liquidity to company profitability. 2) The effect of sales growth to company profitability. 3) The effect of working capital turnover to company profitability. 4) The effect of company size to company profitability. 5) The effect of leverage to company profitability. The approach of this research was quantitative. Quantitative approach is an approach by using data in the form of numbers. The population of this research is manufacturing companies that listed on stock exchange in 2014-2016. Sample determination was done by purposive sampling method of judgment sampling, with 30 companies using documentation and literature study in data collection.               Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded: 1) liquidity has a significant effect to company profitability. 2) Sales growth has no significant effect to company profitability. 3) Working capital turnover has no significant effect to company profitability.  4) Company size has no significant effect to company profitability. 5) Leverage has no significant effect to company profitability. Keywords: Liquidity, Sales growth, Working capital turnover, Company size, Leverage and Profitability.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the influence of Return on Equity (ROE), Earning per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) on stock returns. The population in this research are all the Consumer Goods Industry Companies that Go Public in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2014 to 2015 period. The sampling in this research is using purposive sampling technique with 35 companies. Techniques of analysis in this research using multiple linear regression to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables. The results showed that Earning per Share (EPS) has positive effect but not significant on stock return of Consumer Goods Industry Companies that go public in IDX period 2014 to 2015 with regression coefficient 0,569 and the value of significant 0,00016. While Return On Equity (ROE) has positive effect and significant on stock returns with regression coefficient 1,52752 and the significant value 0,014. And then, Price Earning Ratio (PER) has negative effect and not significant on stock returns with regression coefficient -0,00333 and a significance value 0,296. The results showed Adjusted R2 of 17,3% that the contribution of EPS, ROE and PER to stock return is 17,3%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the development of globalization requires all companies to be more competitive. Every company must have excellence and competitiveness so that it can survive among other companies. The success of a company is also strongly influenced by human resources owned and can be seen from the performance of its employees. The purpose of this study was to find out to find out and analyze the influence of supervision on the performance of employees of Surabaya Nelongso Fried Chicken. To find out and analyze the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of Surabaya Nelongso Fried Chicken. To describe the influence of supervision and work discipline on the performance of employees of Surabaya Nelongso Fried Chicken. With the population of this study were 150 employees. By using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study were internal employees totaling 60 employees. The results of this study are known to be positive variables but not significant or it can be concluded that the assistant variable does not effect employee performance. Work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect, or it can be concluded that the work discipline variables affect employee performance. Keywords: Supervision, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of job characteristics, organizational characteristics, individual characteristics on employee job satisfaction in the District Office of Dau Malang Regency. The population of this study was all employees of the District Office of Dau Malang Regency as many as 32 people while the sample in this study amounted to 32 consumers. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study show that the variables of work characteristics, organizational characteristics and individual characteristics have a significant influence simultaneously on the variable job satisfaction of Dau District Camat Office employees in Malang Regency. Partially the job characteristics and organizational characteristics have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction variables in the Dau District Head Office of Malang Regency. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine entrepreneurship education, skills, and motivation and their impact on entrepreneurial interest in students at the Islamic University of Malang. The population in the study was 84 students or college students with the criteria of students who are still actively studying at the Faculty of Economics and Business. The technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Entrepreneurship education, skills, and motivation have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial interest of FEB UNISMA students. Entrepreneurship education partially affects the entrepreneurial interest of FEB UNISMA students. Skills have a partial effect on the entrepreneurial interest of FEB UNISMA students. Abstract

Abstract This examination is directed to determine the impact of the impact of responsibility, inspiration, and work culture on the presentation of representatives at the Arjasa District Office, Sumenep Regency. This research uses research with quantitative methodology. The strategy used in this study was multiple direct relapse examinations with the help of the SPSS 20 program and using the immersion test of 36 people.The consequence of this research is that the overall responsibility, inspiration, and work culture have a significant effect on the presentation of representatives at the Arjasa District Office, Sumenep Regency. Keywords: Commitment, Motivation, Work Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image, brand trust, brand awareness and product quality on Sari Roti brand loyalty both partially and jointly. The population and samples are consumers of Sari Roti Malang Islamic University Students totaling 99 people. Data collection through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 16. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique and data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient research determination.The results of the analysis show that (1) the brand image variable is tested partially by using the t test to produce a value of t count of 0.386 <t table 1,985 and a significance value of 0.700> the significance rate is 0.05. Based on these results indicate that the brand image variable has no significant positive effect on brand loyalty. (2) the brand trust variable is tested partially by using the t test to produce a value of t count equal to 3.038> t table 1.985 and a significance value of 0.003 <significance level that is 0.05. Based on these results indicate that the brand trust variable has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. (3) the brand awareness variable was tested partially by using the t test resulting in the value of t arithmetic of 1.818 <t table of 1985 and the significance value of 0.068> the significance rate of 0.05. Based on these results indicate that variable brand awareness has a positive and not significant effect on brand loyalty. (4) the product quality variable is tested partially by using the t test to produce a value of t count of 3.792> t table in 1985 and a significance value of 0.000 <the significance rate of 0.05. Based on these results indicate that product quality variables significantly influence brand loyalty. (5)Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Trust, Brand Awareness, Product Quality and Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of total quality management(TQM), performance measurement system and reward system on managerialperformance. Population of this research is all employee CV. Singkong Arto Maswhich amounted to 215 employees. The sample in this research using purposivesampling technique as many as 55 respondents. Data analysis method used in thisresearch is multiple linear regression.The results of this study partially total quality management (TQM) havea significant negative effect on managerial performance, while performancemeasurement system and reward system have no effect on managerialperformance. Abstract

ABSTRACTWriting this paper aims to determine how the influence of work motivation, compensation and promotion on the performance of employees of PT. ISS Indonesia Surabaya. PT. Integrated Service Solution (ISS) Indonesia is a service company that is engaged in the outsourcing system. The population in this study is from data obtained using a questionnaire or questionnaire from employees of PT. ISS Indonesia in Surabaya numbered 102 employees. Sampling in this study using the Slovin formula with simple random sampling technique obtained as many as 51 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS for Windows version 20. The type of research used was explanatory research using a quantitative approach. In this study the results obtained indicate that work motivation, compensation and promotion are partially positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. ISS Indonesia Surabaya and work motivation, compensation and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. ISS Indonesia Surabaya.Keywords: Work Motivation, Compensation, Position Promotion and Employee Performance.
