Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to analyze the effect of recruitment, selection, and training on teacher performance (at SDN Tanjungrejo Malang City). This research is a quantitative research that aims to develop and use theories and hypotheses related to research. Arikunto's theory is used for sampling with a population of less than 100. Therefore the entire population is taken as a sample. The sample in this study included all 77 teachers at SDN Tanjungrejo. Based the results of t test, it was found the recruitment variable (X1), which has a significant influence on teacher performance. Next Selection (X2), which has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, And Training (X3) which has a significant influence on Teacher Performance. The training variable has the largest t value. So that the training variable has a dominant influence on teacher performance. Keywords: Teacher Performance, Recruitment, and Training

Abstract

Abstract This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Angkringan Pinarak, Mojokerto. The population in this study is not known with certainty. The sampling technique used snowball sampling so that the sample in this study amounted to 90 respondents. The variables used in this study are brand image and electronic word of mouth as the dependent variable, purchase intention as the independent variable. For the measurement of these variables, which is used to measure the responses of respondents in this study using a Likert Scale by testing the validity and reliability tests first. Data analysis was carried out, namely descriptive statistical analysis analysis consisting of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25. This study finds that Brand image and Electronic word of mouth (eWOM) have a simultaneous effect on Purchase Intention at Angkringan Pinarak Mojokerto. Brand image has a partial effect on Purchase Intention at Angkringan Pinarak Mojokerto. Electronic word of mouth has a partial effect on purchase intention at Angkringan Pinarak Mojokerto. Keyword : Brand Image, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Purchase Intentiom.

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of the research was to find out and to analyze to what extent the influence of service marketing mix and service quality on students’ satisfaction in senior high school panjura malang. This research uses descriptive quantitative with sampling technique with non probability sampling technique. The type of data used in the study is the time series with data collection procedures through the delivery of questionnaires to selected consumers as a sample. The result of the research showed that service marketing mix which consisted of product, location, process, people, physical evidence, and service quality which consisted of direct evidence, reliability, response, security, and empathy simultaneously had positive influence on students’ satisfaction. Keywords: service marketing mix, service quality, students’ satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh store layout, interior display, human variable terhadap keputusan pembelian di ramayana mall dinoyo city Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung ramayana mall dinoyo city Malang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini  menggunakan teknik  accidental sampling  yang berjumlah 98 responden pengunjung ramayana mall dinoyo city Malang.Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Regresi dan Asumsi Klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1). Uji F (Uji simultan) hasil analisis yang terdapat pada tabel regresi, diperoleh nilai Fhitung  sebesar 27,524. Nilai ini lebih besar dari F tabel (27,524 > 2,697) dan nilai sig. F (0,000) lebih kecil dari α (0,05) artinya Variabel store layout, interior display, human variable secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2). Uji t (Uji parsial) Variabel store layout memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 2,733 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,007. Karena |thitung| > ttabel (2,733 > 1,984) atau sig. t < 5% (0,007 < 0,05), bahwa secara parsial variabel store layout berpengaruh signifikansi terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian, (3). Variabel interior display memiliki nilai thitung sebesar 1,258 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,211.karena |thitung| < ttabel (1,211 < 1,984) atau sig. t > 5% (0,211 > 0,05), bahwa secara parsial variabel interior display tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian, (4). Variabel human variable memiliki nilai thitung 5,485 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Karena |thitung| > ttabel (5,485 > 1,984) atau sig. t < 5% (0,000 < 0,05), bahwa secara parsial variabel human variable berpengaruh signifikansi terhadap variabel keputusan pembelianKata Kunci : Store Layout, Interior Display, Human Variable dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to (1) explain the direct effect of Sales Promotion Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, (2) explain the effect of Sales Promotion and Service Quality on Repurchase Interests, (3) explain the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase Interests (4) explain the influence Direct Sales Promotion Service Quality for Repurchase Interests in Variable Mediation Customer Satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study consisted of Sales Promotion, Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, and Repurchase Interest. The population criteria in this study are consumers with a minimum age of 17 years, are in the city of Malang at the time of research, and have purchased GrabBike Online services in the Malang City area, especially Lowokwaru District, at least once. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the method of collecting data through a questionnaire directly (offline) to 116 respondents who fit the criteria of the population. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out and analyze the effect of work family conflict, role ambiguity, and work stress on employee performance in female employees of Malang City Regional Water Companies/PDAMs both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted using a questionnaire distributed through random sampling techniques with a sample of 75 people who were female employees of Regional Drinking Water Companies/PDAMs in Malang City. Data analysis in this study used SPSS (Statistical product and service solution) assistance with the data testing techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, partial test (t) and simultaneous test (F). The results showed that work family conflict, partially influential and significant effect on employee performance and the value obtained from the coefficient of determination that was not used in this study showed that work family conflict on employee performance has positive effects, role ambiguity, and stress work partially influences and is significant on employee performance, while simultaneously family work conflict, role ambiguity, and work stress influence and significantly affect employee performance.Keywords: Work Family Conflict; Role Ambiguity; Work Stress; Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on loyalty through savings customer satisfaction as an intervening veriable at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, Malang Branch. The population in this study are savings customers who often make transactions either directly come to the office or only transact through an ATM machine at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk, Malang Branch. This study is a type of research in which researchers observe data collection and record, analyze, and interpret data as is. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The sample in this study was taken using judgmental sampling by selecting people who were selected so that they were seen as having a close connection with the special characteristics of the sample that were already known.The analysis shows that the direct effect between service quality on customer loyalty is equal to 0.252 and the direct effect on satisfaction on customer loyalty is equal to 0.399. The influence directly shows that with increasing service quality, customer loyalty will increase. The results of the analysis of the direct effect can be seen that the decision affects the loyalty that is equal to 0.399. Keywords : Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of viral marketing and online marketing on purchasing decisions with consumer confidence as an intervening variable in FEB UNISMA 2016 class of shadded accessories buyers at Tokopedia. Which is located at Jl. MT. Haryono No.193, Dinoyo, Kec. Lowokwaru, Malang City, East Java 65144. The method used is explanatory research that aims to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing linkert-scale questionnaires to FEB UNISMA students force 2016. The sample calculation in this study uses the malhotra formula which produces 100 respondents. The results of this study are viral marketing variables, online marketing directly affect consumer confidence, viral marketing variables, online marketing directly influence purchasing decisions, consumer confidence variables directly influence purchasing decisions, and viral marketing and online marketing have indirect effects on purchasing decisions with consumer confidence as an intervening variable.Keywords: viral marketing, online marketing, purchasing decisions, consumer confidence.

Abstract

Abstract The aims of this study is to determine the profit rate comparison against financial performance at PT Bank Mandiri, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, and PT Bank Tabungan Negara in the 2019 period. The sample used in this study are the financial reports of 2019 period from PT Bank Mandiri, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, and PT Bank Tabungan Negara. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, to explain the level of financial performance using the Comparison of Financial Ratios and Discriminant Test analysis tools. The results of the research in the discriminant analysis, obtained a significance value above 0.05 so that the results of the study showed that there were differences in the data studied between these three banks. The difference in the level of profit and financial performance between the three banks was obtained by the best ranking by Bank BRI with good criteria, followed by Bank Mandiri with good criteria, then Bank BTN with poor criteria. Keywords: Profit Rate Comparison, Financial Performance, Financial Reports

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Shirothul Fuqoha' . The type of research used is quantitative research where the data are expressed in numbers and analyzed by statistical techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Shirothul Fuqoha'. The independent variables used are work motivation and work discipline, while the variables used are teacher performance. The sample used in this study were 34 respondents who were teachers who worked at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Shirothul Fuqoha' . Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, normality test, regression assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, f test, t test and determination test, using SPSS 25 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Shirothul Fuqoha', work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Shirothul Fuqoha'. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Teacher Performance.
