Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of Price, Food Quality and Atmosphere on Customer Satisfaction at the Kindai Cuisine Banjar Restaurant in Malang. The population in this study consisted of customers of Kindai Restaurant in Malang. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The questionnaire in this study is a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale, to clarify the variables being measured. The data collection method in this study used a purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were determined by the criteria, namely customers who had made purchases at least 2 times at Kindai Restaurant. The results of the study partially show that: 1) There is an effect of price on customer satisfaction at the Kindai Cuisine Banjar Restaurant in Malang. 2) The influence of food quality on customer satisfaction at Kindai Restaurant Banjar cuisine in Malang. 3) There is an influence of Atmosphere on Customer Satisfaction at the Banjar Cuisine Kindai Restaurant in Malang. Keywords: Price, Food Quality, Atmosphere and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorser and Instagram Ads on Purchasing Decisions on online shop championsteall.id. By carrying out appropriate marketing activities on Instagram can be useful for making purchase decisions so that it will increase online shop sales. This research was conducted in Malang City using a questionnaire as a research instrument to obtain data from consumers. In this study, the criteria for respondents were that respondents had to become followers, and had visited the online shop championsteall.id with a planned sample size of 85 people. Data analysis techniques with the help of SPSS 26 For Windows using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test, Partial Test and Test of the Coefficient of Determination to test the effect of independent and dependent variables. The results showed that the variables Celebrity Endorser and Instagram Ads had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study also indicate that there is a partial influence between the Celebrity Endorser and Instagram Ads on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Instagram Ads, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

ABSTRACTTarget of this research is to know influence brand image, company image and product quality by simultan to decision purchasing smartphone Samsung and influence brand image, company image and product quality by parsial to decision purchasing smartphone Samsung. This research type is research explanatory. This research done at University of Islamic Malang. Population in this research is all students Faculty Economics University of Islamic Malang year 2013-2016 amounting to 2435 student while research sampel amount 96 student with sampling technique purposive sampling method. Result of research indicate that brand image, company image and product quality have an effect by simultan to decision purchasing of Samsung smartphone. Brand Image, company image and product quality by parsial have an effect to decision purchasing of Samsung smartphone.Keywords : Brand Image, Company Image, Product Quality, Decision Purchasing

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life, motivation, and job satisfaction to commitment in Teachers and Employees of Insan Mulia Foundation Malang. The data used in this study uses primary data and secondary data. The study population was teachers and employees of Insan Mulia Foundation Malang, while the sample in this study were 51 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is Instrument Test, Normality Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Test, and Coefficient Determination Test. From the results of the study showed that the quality of work life and motivation did not have a significant negative effect on commitment. Another case with , job satisfaction variables that have a positive effect and significant on commitment. Simultaneously quality of work life, motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on commitment in Teachers and Employees of Insan Mulia Foundation Malang. Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Commitment

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of leadership style, communication, and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Jawara Builds Persada Karangploso Malang. This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which was conducted to examine the effect between variables. In this study, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique because the population in the study was less than 100 people, so the number of samples in this study were all members of the population, amounting to 36 people.To solve the problem in this research, using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study are that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of Leadership Style, Communication, and Teamwork on Employee Performance in the study at PT Jawara Bangun Persada Karangploso Malang. There is a partial influence between Leadership Style, Communication, and Teamwork on Employee Performance Study at PT. Jawara Bangun Persada Karangploso Malang. Keywords : Leadership Style, Communication, Teamwork, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of organizational communication and motivation on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UPT Probolinggo. The Covid-19 pandemic has had many impacts in various fields, including organizational communication and work motivation within the company. PT PLN (Persero) UPT Probolinggo routinely carries out activities called CoC (Code of Conduct), and since then there has been an increase in performance values in the UPT Probolinggo area. Where the CoC activities reflect organizational communication and work motivation. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method and statistical analysis method using Multiple Regression Test. Abstract

Abstract The study aims to know and analyze the impact of product differentiation, discounts prices, and services on the loyalty of Rabbani Sumenep Reshare customers. The study used case studies on Rabbani Sumenep's Reshare customers where the data was obtained by distributing the questionnaire to Rabbani sumenep's reshare using a sampling method. The population in this study is not definitely known as the number, so it uses the formula of hair et.al that obtained the number of samples as much as 95 respondents. The method of analysis used is the linear, linear regression analysis. The research shows that simultaneous or together dissociative variables of product, discount prices, and quality services affect customer loyalty and are partial deferment variables of product dissociation, discount prices, and service quality also have an effect on customer loyalty. Key words: customer loyalty, product deferation, price discount, quality of service

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of celebrity endorsemet, product quality, and the attractiveness of advertisements on You Tube media on the buying interest of FEB Unisma Malang students. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study using the Maholtra formula with purposive sampling technique obtained 64 respondents.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between celebrity endorsements on buying interest, product quality has a significant effect on buying interest, advertising attractiveness has a significant effect on buying interest in FEB Unisma Malang students.  Keywords: Celebrity Endorsemet, Product Quality, Advertising Attractiveness and Purchase Interest

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the effect of Human Resource Excellence, Service Quality and Consumer Desire on Customer Loyalty in FEB Students who shop at Indomaret. This type of research uses quantitative research with data collection methods through questionnaires. The samples taken in this study were FEB Unisma students, namely 85 students. The tool used for data processing is SPSS version 26. In this research, it has been freed from the validity and reliability of the data. Tests of data analysis used for this research are normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and also testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The variables used in this research are Customer Loyalty (Y), HR Excellence (X1), Service Quality (X2) and Consumer Desire (X3). The results of this study indicate that the Variables of HR Excellence, Service Quality and Consumer Desire partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty at Indomaret. Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Human Resources Excellence, Service Quality
