Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, Interest rates, and exchange rate to predict a profitability. The population in this study are all banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. Sample in this study using purposive sampling technique amounted to 34 companies. The analysis was done by using secondary data and multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that inflation partially positive and insignificant influence on changes in profitability with value (sig. 0,947), Interest rate partially have a negative and insignificant effect on changes in profitability with value (sig. 0,661), and Exchange rate partially have a negative and insignificant effect on changes in profitability with value (sig. 0,597). Keywords: Systematic Risk, Inflation, Interest rate, Exchange Rate, Profitability

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe conduct of this research is to prove the influence of the influence of celebrity endorser, product innovation, and price on consumer decisions to buy a product that has been offered. The research method used is based on the exposure of the above experts related population, then the population that will be used in this study are student in Rusunawa II Universitas Islam Malang using accidental sampling technique obtained by a sample of 62 respondents. The testing technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test.The results of this study indicate that: 1. Celebrity endorser, product innovation, prices are partially positive and significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions, 2. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan yang ada pada Badan Pertanahan Kabupaten Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian pengadaan tanah yang ada pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional . Adapun sampel yang digunakan yang berjumlah 75 orang karyawan. Metode dalam pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuisioner sedangkan metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.Kata Kunci :Pengaruh Kompensasi Lingkungan Kerja dan MotivasiTerhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to test Service Quality and Investment Motivation in influencing Investment Decisions on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malang Islamic University. The population in this study were 505 people, and the sample in this study used purposive sampling technique totaling 83 people. Data analysis method used in the study is multiple linear regression, with F test for simultaneous and partial t test. The results of this study provide empirical evidence that partially Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions (sig 0.004), Investment Motivation has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions (sig 0,000), and simultaneously states that Service Quality and Investment Motivation have a positive and significant to investment decisions (sig 0,000).Keywords: service quality, investment motivation and investment decisions

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, promotion and location variables on House Purchase Decisions in Havaland Malang housing either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was total sampling or saturated sampling with all members of the population used as a sample of 51 consumers who bought houses in Havaland Malang housing. The regression equation in this study is multiple linear regression which is used to test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the price has a regression coefficient of 0.149 (á = 0.260), product quality 0.294 (á = 0.022), promotion 0.579 (á = 0.000), location -0.117 (á = 0.257) and simultaneously calculated F value (26.99) is greater than F table (2.012). Based on the calculation results, it is explained that the price and location variables have no effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality and promotions have a significant effect, simultaneously affecting purchasing decisions. Keyword: Price, Product Quality, Promotion, Location And Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

 ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti mengetahui pengaruh variabel ekonomi makro antara lain  inflasi, suku bunga, dan produk domestik bruto terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan time serial dengan variabel dependen IHSG. Periode dalam penelitia ini merupakan  3 tahun mulai dari tahun 2014-2016. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Inflasi berpengaruh secara signifikat positif terhadap IHSG, Produk Domestik Bruto yang berpengaruh secara signifikat positif  terhadap IHSG sedangkan Suku Bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap secara sigtifikat positif terhadap IHSG.Kata Kunci : Inflasi, Suku Bunga dan Produk Domestik Bruto, IHSG.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence between work environment, motivation and ability to the performance of employees partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative research. Respondents in this study are employees in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Malang Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 53 employees. Data collection method used is to spread the questionnaire and interview. The results showed that the work environment variables and the ability to affect the performance of employees partially. While the variable of motivation does not affect the variable performance of employees partially. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine effect of Insider Ownership, Leverage, Profitability, and Firm Size partially and together towards to the value of company. Insider Ownership, Leverage, Profitability, Firm Size  as independen variabel and Company value as dependen variabel. Types of this research is explanatory research, population on this research is company Consumer Good that registered in indonesian stock exchange period 2011-2015 with purposive sampling method. The sample is nine company  Consumer Good. Data analysis that used is multiple linear regression and classic assumption test. The result of research  Insider Ownership have t value  0,224 (sig. 0,824 > 0,05) Leverage have t value  -0,399 (sig 0,692 > 0,05) Profitability have t value  2,836 (sig. 0,007 < 0,05) next, Firm Size have t value  3,532 (sig. 0,001 < 0,05). Showed that Insider Ownership partially positiv not significant effect on the value of the company, Leverage partially negative not significant effect on the value of the company,  while Profitability and Firm Size partially positive significant effect on the value of the company. And  together Insider Ownership, Leverage, Profitability, and Firm Size take significant effect on company value. This is Evidence by F   7,446 (sig. 0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand image, product quality and word of mouth on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were students of the FEB campus at the Islamic University of Malang Batch 2018. The Non-Probability Sampling method was Purposive Sampling with a sample of 90 respondents. The results of the study partially show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of brand image on purchasing decisions for Eiger brand products 2) There is a positive and significant effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for Eiger brand products 3) There is is a positive and significant influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions Eiger brand products. All independent variables have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for Eiger brand products. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Word Of Mouth And Purchase Decision.

Abstract

  ABSTRACT         Customers can easily reach or meet the right parts in the company to fulfill their interests and providing services quickly and reliably will make customers loyal to the company is a form of good service. The se  rvice performance provided is the most important performance by the company for consumer or customer trust. Companies must pay attention to important things for consumers, so that they feel the trust as expected. The main thing in loyalty is trust, willingness to act without immediately calculating costs and benefits. In addition, loyalty also provides a huge advantage for the company, because it affects the pattern of customer purchases and line recommendations given by customers to others.               His study aims to determine service performance has a direct effect on customer loyalty with trust as a moderating variable. The objectives of this research are: a) To find out and analyze the influence of service performance on customer loyalty of Koperasi Iqtishod Unisma. b) To find out and analyze the influence of service performance interactions with trust as a moderating variable towards customer loyalty to the Cooperative Iqtishod Unisma.               This type of research is used quantitatively. The method of collecting data uses a questionnaire. The population in this study took from data obtained from unismatic iqtishod cooperatives as many as 393 customers who were active in May - June with a sample of 80 respondents in this study. The analytical method used with instrument test, classical assumption test and MRA (moderated regression analysis) using SPSS 21 tools. The results in this study indicate that service performance has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a value (sig. 0,000) and there is an interaction between service performance and trust as a moderating variable affecting customer loyalty with a value (sig. 0,000). Keyword: Service performance , Trust,  Loyalitas
