Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determinated the effect of experiential marketing variables on customer satisfaction in the steak and shake ciliwung warung Malang. The research method used is quantitative. Population and samples used in this research is customer waroeng steak and shake ciliwung Malang.  Sampling technique using accidental sampling technique, while data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.            The results of this study provide empirical evidence that experiential marketing variables both simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.Keywords: experiential marketing and consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out and analyze how the influence of capital structure, profitability, and firm size on the value of banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2015-2017, simultaneously and partially. The population in this study is from data obtained from the financial statements of the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 43 companies. And the sampling technique in this study is the purposive sampling technique, with 25 sample data obtained. The analysis was carried out using quantitative descriptive analysis.The results of this study indicate that the capital structure does not have a significant negative effect on the value of banking companies, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, and firm size has a significant negative effect on firm value. Based on the results of the research obtained, it is recommended for companies to be able to improve the company's financial performance. And from the results of this study has a contribution in order to maximize company value and add insight into the factors that influence the decision to invest.Keywords: Capital structure, profitability, company size and company value

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Interest Rate and Inflation on Stock Return partially. The population used in this study is a manufacturing base and chemical industry sectors listed on the Stock Exchange during the period 20142015 totaling 66 companies. As many as 66 samples were used mainly companies which meet the requirements of as many as 23 companies. Mechanical sampling using purposive sampling, data analysis methods used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of this study provide empirical evidence that the variability Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and the inflation rate has no significant effect on stock returns. While the rate of interest has a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image, price, product quality, and WOM both simultaneously and partially on the decision to buy a Xiaomi mobile phone in Meteor Cell Malang. The population in this study is the number of consumers in April, which is 1,700 which shows the average number of buyers each month. While the number of samples taken was 73 respondents.The results of simultaneous  analysis shows that the influence of brand image variables, prices, product quality and WOM has a significant influence on the purchase decision of Xiaomi mobile phones. While partially brand image, price, product quality and word of mouth have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for xiaomi cellphones. Keywords: Brand Image, Price, Product Quality, WOM, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

AbstractThe study aims to analyze the  influence of taxpayer attitudes, tax knowledge and quality of service on the compliance of private taxpayers on creative economists of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in Sumenep City. The sample used in the  study used purposive sampling techniques so that the number of samples obtained was as many as 40 respondents who met the criteria. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that taxpayer attitudes, tax knowledge and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on the compliance of private taxpayers on the creative economy of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in Sumenep City. Variables in taxpayer attitudes have a significant and positive effect on the compliance of private taxpayers in the creative economy of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in Sumenep City. Abstract

Abstract “Right issue is an event that’s related to information’s publication as an announcement and can be used to observe the market reaction. Theoretically, the market reaction is measured by abnormal return and trading volume activity. This research used paired sample t-test to examine the effect of right issue’s announcement to the abnormal return and trading volume activity, using samples as much as 41 firms from 2009 to 2011. The observation period was 5 days before and 5 days after the announcement’s period. The result showed that the right issue’s announcement did not affect significantly to the abnormal return of firms, while affected significantly to the trading volume activity”.                Keyword: Abnormal Return, Right Issue, Trading Volume Activity

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah financing on profitability in sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in 2011-2017 both partially and jointly. Population is all public banks. Data collection goes through Indonesia as many as 12 while a sample of 5 matches the existing criteria. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using purposive sampling and data testing techniques used in this study include descriptive tests, normality tests, classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis, autocoleration test, heterocedasticity test, simultaneous and partial test.The results of the analysis show that partially financing with mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah funds does not have a significant effect on profitability performance. Whereas together or simultaneously shows that financing with mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah influences significantly on profitability.Keywords: Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah and Profitability Financing

Abstract

ABSTRACT          This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and brand love on the purchase decision through word of mouth on Oppo Smartphone users at the Mbah Jo Malang counter. The population in this study took from data obtained from Oppo Smartphone counter users Mbah Jo Malang in February-April. Based on the samples taken from data obtained from the Oppo Smartphone Counter Mbah Jo Malang with the number of buyers in the last 3 months namely 1,309 customers. Sampling in this study was 93 respondents. The analytical method used is the Path Analysis method. The results in this study indicate that brand image (X1) has a positive significant effect on word of mouth (Z). And brand love (X2) is positive for word of mouth (Z). That brand image (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchase decision (Y). for brand love (X2) positive for purchase decision (Y). Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Smart Digital Content Marketing on Consumer Purchasing Decisions Millennial Aneka Sport Malang. This research is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sample used was 100 respondents, namely millennial consumers who had bought shoes at Aneka Sport Malang and followed the @anekasportmalang account. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Data collection by distributing questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that simultaneously there was a significant influence between the quality of information, celebrity endorsers, and sales promotions on the purchasing decisions of millennial consumers in Aneka Sport Malang. While partially (t test) shows the quality of information (X1) and celebrity endorser (X2) has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the sales promotion variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords : Buying diecision, information quality, celebrity endorser, sales promotion.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to know the influence of performance area,disciplinary performance, and performance motivation toward the performance ofDPRD secretariat official of Tuban Regency.This research includes of Explanatory Research. The research data ofperformance area, disciplinary performance, and performance motivation towardthe performance of DPRD secretariat official of Tuban Regency acquired formDPRD secretariat of Tuban Regency. The populations of this research are thewhole of DPRD secretariat official of Tuban Regency. The data collection usedquestionnaire and documentation. Then, the data analysis used instrument test,normatitas test, bifilar linear regression, classis assumption, and hypothesis test.Based on the finding of this research, it can be concluded that the variableof performance areapartially gives significant influence toward officialperformance, whereas disciplinary performance does not significantly influenceofficial performance, while performance of motivation significantlyinfluenetoward official performance.Keywords: performance area, disciplinary performance, performance motivation
