Abstract

ABSTRACTTaxpayer compliance is an act of obeying the law. There are issues with taxpayer compliance, such as tax evasion, which will lead to declining tax revenues. Behind all that there are factors that cause decreased taxpayer compliance, which is, taxpayer dissatisfaction with public services and administrative systems used too convoluted and consuming a lot of taxpayer time, Therefore, it needs to be done repair in terms of the server and administration system with the support of tax audit on taxpayers. In this research aims to determine the influence of the quality of tax service, the implementation of tax audit and the modernization of the tax administration system to the taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama South Malang. The research is a quantitative study using primary data. Collection of data on this research using instrument questionnaire. The questionnaire distributed as much as 100 to the taxpayer as the respondent. The technique used is random sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS Analysis program version 25 tool. Based on the results of the analysis in this study stated that simultaneously the quality of tax services, the implementation of tax checks, and the modernization of taxation administration system significantly affect the personal mandatory compliance. As for a partial good quality of tax service, implementation of tax checks, and modernization of the taxation administration system has a positive and significant influence on the compliance of personal taxpayers. Keywords: Tax Service quality, implementation of tax audit, modernization of taxation administration system, taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe current storage phenomenon, product mix and promotion become the main discussion topic in this research because it able to give contribution to purchasing decision of goods either individually or simultaneously in doing marketing strategy.The research was conducted in Malang Apparel Malang. Tujan this research is for more information and prefer mix, product and promotion for purchasing decision of goods in distros partially or simultaneously. Variables used in this study are attributes of stores, products and. As the dependent variable. The sample used in this research is 90% of noise consumers using accidental method. Methods of research data with questionnaires distribution. Analysis using SPSS 14.0 for windows program.The results of this study indicate a significant storage environment in purchasing decisions in the distribution of goods, a significant product to the decision of purchasing goods in distribution decisions and promotion mix of significant to the purchase of goods in distribution, shop atmosphere, product and promotion mix. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality, Company Image and Trust on Customer Satisfaction. The population of this research is the customers of Bank BRI KCP Lawang Unit. Sampling using purposive sampling method and the number of samples used as many as 85 people. The model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. There is an Influence of Service Quality, Corporate Image and Trust on Customer Satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Lawang Unit. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Lawang Unit, Corporate Image has no effect on Customer Satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Lawang Unit. Trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank BRI KCP Lawang Unit.Keywords: Service Quality, Company Image, Trust, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Tuwo Coffee. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using endorsement services and social media promotion on purchasing decisions. The independent variable used is the use of endorsement services and social media promotion, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 80 respondents who were consumers of Tuwo coffee. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis method used is the instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, F test and t test with the help of data processing computer software SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate that the use of endorsement services has an effect on purchasing decisions and social media promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions. The use of endorsement services and social media promotion simultaneously influences purchasing decisions.Keywords : Endorsement Services, Social Media Promotion, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of product design, product quality, competitive price and brand image on purchasing decisions of consumer case studies N19AB Karangploso Distro Malang. This research was carried out to consumers of the N19AB Distro, and the population in this research was all consumers who had made a purchase at Distro N19AB Karangploso Malang. Samples were taken by questionnaire method. Sample size is 75 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1). Product design has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at N19AB Karangploso Malang distro. 2). Product quality has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at N19AB Karangploso Malang distro. 3). Competitive prices have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at N19AB Karangploso Malang distro. 4). Brand image has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions of N19AB Karangploso Malang distro. 5). Product design, product quality, competitive price and brand image have a simultaneous effect on consumer purchasing decisions N19AB Karangploso distro Malang.Keywords: product design, product quality, competitive price, brand image, purchasing decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and online marketing on purchasing decisions. While the independent variables used in this study are price, service quality and online marketing and the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study was a simple random sampling technique consisting of 86 respondents. Then the research data was processed using instrument tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing, namely f-test and t-test.The results of this study indicate that price, service quality and online marketing have an effect on purchasing decisions at Gealsy Malang shoe stores. Keywords: Price, service quality, online marketing, and purchasing decisions

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of product quality, price, promosi, lifestyle and location on buying interests UNISMA Students simultaneously in shopping centers Ramayana Mall Dinoyo Malang (MDC).Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires with size sample 105 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS statistic 25 application. The results of this study indicate that the product quality, lifestyle, and location variable has a positive and significant effect on buying interest. UNISMA students instead, the price and promotion variable has a positive and significant impact not significant to the buying interest of UNISMA students. Keyword : Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Lifestyle, Location And Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract This study's goal is to determine how experiential marketing and emotional marketing influence consumer loyalty. Quantitative descriptive research is the method employed. Consumers of the Bangkalan Sinjay duck make up the study's sample. and 50 people from the population that was not determined by using 25 times as many variables as the sample size are used. According to the study's findings, customer loyalty is significantly impacted by both emotional and experiential marketing at the same time. and variables that are only partially independent significantly impact the dependent variable. Keywords: consumer loyalty, emotional marketing and experiential marketing

Abstract

Abstract               The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of Work discipline, Motivation and Organizational Commitment to Performance of Employees at Department of Women Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3A P2KB) Batu City. Population in Research All employees working in the Department of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3A P2KB) Batu City. The sample used is the Office of Women Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3A P2KB) Batu City. As for Sampling Technique that if less than 100 better taken all so this research is census research.               Based on the results of this study it is known that the independent variables simultaneously affect Significantly to the bound variable is known value Fhitung 25,426 with the value of sig 0,000 <0,05 then H1 di terimah, meaning the variable discipline work, motivation and Commitment Organization simultaneously affect on Employee Performance. As well as work discipline variables, it is known that THTI value 8,725 with sig value 0.000, <0,05 means partially effect on the performance of employees. The variable of motivation is known value of Thitung 527 with value of sig 0,601> 0,05 meaning that motivation variable do not influence partially to employee performance. Organizational Commitment Variables known Thitung value -320 with sig value 0.750> 0.05 means Organizational Commitment variable does not partially effect on employee performance Keyword : Work discipline, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and Performance Employees

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The purpose of this study was to find out how the Investment Decision, Financial Decision and Interest Rate has an effect on the Firm Value. The purpose of this study is to see (1)can find out how investment decision have an influence on the firm value, (2) can find out how financial decision have an influence on the firm value, (3) can find out how interest rate have an influence on the firm value.This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study is an Food and Beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period of 2014-2017. The sample in this study is 11 companies which uses purposive sampling technique. The method of research  is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study that Investment Decision, Financial Decision, and Interest Rate has an effect on Firm Value. Investment Decision has a significant and positive affect on Firm Value, Financial Decision has a significant and positive affect on Firm Value, and Interest Rate has a significant affect on Firm Value.
