Abstract

ABSTRACT               The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality variables and endorser's credibility on buying shampoo clear interest in consumers in the solar system of Jalan Venus. the research method used is quantitative. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Assets, Net Profit Margins, and Earning Per Share on stock prices in manufacturing companies listed on the BEI in the 2014-2018 period. The independent variables used in this study are Return On Assets, Net Profit Margin, and Earning Per Share. While the dependent variable is the Stock Price. The sample in this study consisted of 19 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period that were selected based on certain criteria using a purposive sampling method. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS. The results of the study using the t test concluded that partially the ROA and EPS variables had a significant positive effect on stock prices, while the NPM variable had a negative effect on stock prices.Keywords : Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Stock Price

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was done in Sumenep Car’ SAM Showroom. The kind of research used is quantitative research. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Quality Product, Price, and Promotion to Purchase Intention. Free variable is used Product Quality, Price, and Promotion, while the bunch variable is Purchase Intention. Sample used of this research is forty five respondent is form consumer from Sumenep Car’ SAM Showroom. Data collect technique use questionnaire. Analisys method used instrumen test, classic assumption test, unequel linier regression analysis, F test, dan t-test. Used soft equipment computer SPSS 16.0. the result of this research show that Product Quality have effect to Purchase Intention. Price have effect to Purchase Intention. And Promotion not effect to Purchase Intention. Product Quality, Price, and Promotion have simultanious effect to Purchase Intention.Keywords : Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Purchase Intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The purpose of thisstudywastodetermineandanalyzefinancial performance, goodcorporategovernance, andcorporatesocialresponsibilitytowardsthefirmvalue of empiricalstudies on companieslistedin LQ-45 on the 2014-2016 sampling techniqueusingpurposive sampling is a consideration of certaincriteria. . The data analysistoolusedinthisstudyistheMultiple Linear RegressionAnalysis.Based on theresults of thisstudy, itisknownthatthevalue of t arithmetic on the ROE -100 variableshowstheSigvalue of 0.920 smallerthan 0.05 andthe t valueiscalculated on the CSR variable of -0.532 with a Sig 0.597 sothatitcanbeconcludedthat ROE and CSR have a significantpositiveeffect on thevalue of thecompany. Whilethe GCG variable has a value of 0.316 twith a value of 0.753 sigdoes not have a significantpositiveeffect on companyvalue.             Keyword : ROE, GCG, CSR andthevalue of thecompany

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aim to to: a) to know by parsial influence of Inflation ( X1) Mount Rate Of Interest ( X2) and Exchange Rate Rupiah To American Dollar ( X3) to Price Share ( Y). b) to know and analyse by simultan Inflation, Storey;Level Rate Of Interest and Exchange Rate Rupiah to American Dollar to Price Share [in] Effect Exchange Indonesia. This Research represent type of explanatory research with quantitative approach.Source of this research data [is] obtained from financial statement industrial company of Textile and of Garmen which [is] listing [in] Effect Exchange Indonesia during period 2013-2015. Data the used [is] data of sekunder. This analysis [is] [done/conducted] by using program of SPSS. Abstract

Abstrack This study was conducted to determine the effect of job training, communication, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Kurnia Anggun II Mojokerto.The sample used in this study were 62 production employees of the section  packing who were contract employees. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Data analysis techniques used in this study include instrument testing, normality test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25.The results of the descriptive analysis in this study indicate that the employees of PT. Kurnia Anggun II Mojokerto agrees with all research variables, namely job training, communication, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The results of this study indicate that vocational training has an impact on employee performance. Communication affects employee performance. Job satisfaction affects employee performance. Job Training, Communication, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employee of PT. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of e-promotion and user interface on purchasing decisions in shopping applications at tokopedia for student of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Islam Malang. The sample used in this study was 96 students majoring in management class 2017. Samples were taken based on nonprobability sampling technique and used purposive sampling. The method in data collection used in this study is a questionnaire. The independent variable consists of e-promotion and user interface while the dependent variable in this study is the purchase decision which is measured using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on the partial test results, the variables of e-promotion and user interface have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: E-promotion, User Interface and purchase decision.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Gondanglegi. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample used in this study amounted to 74 employee respondents with the technique used in the study, namely saturated sampling. The results showed that the results of the test f stated that work motivation, work discipline and work environment had a positive effect on performance togetge. Form the result of the t-test analysis, it can be concluded that all X variables have a partially significant effect on performance.  Keywords : Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment And Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT         Environment as independent variable, employee performance as dependent variable. Samples used are employees of the Koperasi SAE Pujon of Malang Regency as many as 57 respondents with using survey method. Data collection method by using questionnaire (questionnaire). The analysis used with including instrument test, classical assumption test, normality test, multiple regression linear test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 Version for windows software                The result of the research shows, that the organization comitment, has significant influence to the performance of employees of the Koperasi SAE Pujon of Malang Regency, the motivation has significant influence to the performance of employees of the Koperasi SAE Pujon of Malang Regency and the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Koperasi SAE Pujon of Malang Regency. The organization comitment,  motivation and work environment together affect the performance of the employees of Koperasi SAE Pujon of Malang Regency. Keywords     : organization comitmen, motivation, work environment, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract In this study, due to the rapid development of technology, especially in the field of social media, this created a golden opportunity for e-commerce companies to expand their reach to consumers. To provide satisfaction in purchasing consumers, there is an increase in the quality of products and services in the company. The purpose of this study is to find out the magnitude of the influence of purchase satisfaction which is influenced by the quality of services and products and data collection is done using the questionnaire method with 100 respondents. The criteria of the respondents are students of Malang Islamic University.
