Abstract

AbstractAll activities, both managerial and operational within the company, are the responsibility of human resources within the company. This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of learning, training and certification on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Malang simultaneously and partially. This type of research is quantitative associative research. The research was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) Malang Transmission Implementing Unit. The time of this research will be carried out from January to November 2021. The population used is employees of PT PLN (Persero) UPT Malang, totaling 145 people. While the size of the research sample amounted to 51 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it is known that simultaneously the variables of the effectiveness of learning, training and certification have an effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Malang. Partially or individually the variables of the effectiveness of learning, training and certification affect the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Malang. Keywords: Learning Effectiveness, Training, Certification, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study to evaluate the cost of tariffs inpatient hospital Panti Nirmala Malang. Type of research is descriptive. Data source used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while the method of data collection was done by using the of documentation. Methods of data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. This study has shown that there is a difference between Panti Nirmala Malang hospital rates with rates from the analysis that has been done. It is likely to be due to underestimation of the components associated with hospitalization or the possibility that the hospital has set calculation Panti Nirmala Malang hospitalization rates but still not right, so it can be the difference or deviation occurs in the inpatient unit at hospital Panti Nirmala Malang.Keyword : Class Rates Of Hospitalization

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze finances, and determine the effect of literacy andpocket money on the financial management of S1 Management students of the faculty of Economics and Business class of 2018 Islamic Universitas of Malang. This type of research uses explanatory research using a quantitave approach and data collection techniques used in this study are data use statistics as an analysis technique. In this study, the sample used is 106 students who will be the object of research. This sampling technique uses a probability sampling method in a proportional stratified random sampling. Where the results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on student financial management, and pocket money also shows that pocket money has a significant positive effect on student financial management.    Keywords: financial literacy, pocket money and student finance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Financial Income and Financial Knowledge on the Financial Behavior of employees. This study uses an explanatory research approach. The location of this research was conducted at the company PT CS 2 Healthy Patterns Pasuruan. This research will be conducted in December October 2021 until it is completed. The population in this study were employees of PT CS 2 Healthy Pattern Pasuruan. Sampling was carried out based on the census method, with a total sample of 33 samples. The results of the study stated that Financial Income and Financial Knowledge had a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior, Financial Income had a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior and Financial Knowledge had a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior. Keywords: Financial Behavior, Financial Income and Financial Knowledge

Abstract

ABSTRACKThe objectives of this study are: 1). To find out the Economic Value Added effect on company stock returns (EVA), 2). To find out the Market Value Added (MVA) to the stock returns of mining companies, 3) to find out operating leverage against stock returns of mining companies. The population on this study were all industrial sectors of mining companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2017. The method used in this stud is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. With t test and f test as hypothesis testers. The result of this study Economic Value Added (EVA)  has a positive and not significant effect, Market Value Added (MVA) has a positive and not significant effect, operating leverage has a positive and not significant effect. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis aim of study are to portray effect of experiential marketing and emotional branding partially on consumer satisfaction in Mie Gacoan Malang. To determine the effect of experiential marketing and emotional branding simultaneously on consumer satisfaction of Mie Gacoan Malang. The population of this research is Malang Gacoan Noodle Consumers, amounting to 2,800 while the sample in this study is 100 consumers. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that experiential marketing and emotional branding partially had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in Mie Gacoan Malang. experiential marketing and emotional branding simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in Mie Gacoan Malang.Keywords: experiential marketing, emotional branding, customer satisfaction

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of product quality, price, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions for Metro Media Lombok products. Which is located at Jl. TGH. Ibrahim Khalidy Kec. Labu Api District West Lombok. The method used is explanatory research which aims to explain the position of each variable and its influence between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by distributing linkie-scale kusieoner to consumers of Metro Media Lombok stores. The sample calculation in this study uses the maholtra formula which produces 145 respondents. The results of this study are the variables of product quality, price, promotion and service quality simultaneously or partially influencing the purchase decision.Keywords: product quality, price, promotion, service quality and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to examine workload, human relationship, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance. This study uses explanatory research by using primary and secondary data as a data source. Sampling techniques and populations using non probability sampling techniques with saturated sampling. The samples used are all employees of BKPSDM Tulungagung Regency as many as 52 ASN status.  The analyses used are instrument tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regressions, hypothesis tests, and adjusted R2 coefficients.The results showed, workload, human relationship, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) affect the performance of employees BKPSDM Tulungagung, workload has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of BKPSDM Tulungagung Regency, human relationship has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees BKPSDM Tulungagung, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) does not have a significant influence on the performance of employees BKPSDM Tulungagung.  Keywords: Workload, Human Relationship, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This Study Aims To Determine And Analyze The Relationship Between Trust, Brand Image, Product Quality, Service And Risk On Buying Interest In Fashion Products At Shopee. This Research Uses A Study Method On Consumers Of Dinoyo Malang City Where Data Is Obtained By Distributing Questionnaires To Consumers Of Dinoyo Malang City Which Are Selected By Purposive Sampling. Determination Of The Number Of Samples Using The Maholtra Formula And The Results Obtained Were 105 Respondents. The Analytical Method Used In This Research Is Instrument Test (Validity Test, Reliability), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (F Test And T Test), Determination Coefficient Test Processing The Data Using SPSS. The Results Of This Study Indicate That Trust, Brand Image, Product Quality, Service, And Risk Simultaneously Affect Buying Interest. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics, job satisfaction and commitment to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of PDAM Malang employees. The sample and population in this study amounted to 44 people who were employees of the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) in Malang City.The method used is descriptive data analysis, namely by using tests of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heterokesdasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, f test, and hypothesis test t.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously each variable job characteristics, job satisfaction, and commitment both have a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB, while partially the job characteristics variable has an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the job satisfaction variable is not has an effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and commitment does not affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) of Malang City. Keywords :      Job characteristics, job satisfaction, commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)
