Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the relationship of financial performance, growth opportunity, and firm size on the mod structure. The type of research used is explanatory. The data used is secondary data, which is obtained by documentation techniques, namely by searching and collecting annual report data obtained from the website. The population in this study is a food and beverage costumer goods company that Is listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2016-2017, which is 18 companies and the sample used is 18 companies.The data analysis techbique in this study used the normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The measuring instrument used in measure financial performance such as likuidity (current ratio) and protability is Return On Asset (ROa/ROI), for growth opportunity uses the results of the difference for the difference in total t-years asset and total asset t-1, and to measure capital structure using a debt to equity ratio.The results of this analysis indicate that: (1) profitability has a negative effect on capital structure, (2) likuidity has a negative effect on capital structure,: (3) firm size has a negative effect on capital structure, while (4) growth opportunity has a positive effect on capital structure.Keywords : Dividend Policy, Capital Structure, Interest Rates, and Firm Value.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know the influence of price, promotion, and quality of service to purchase decisions on Kotoba Tour and Travel Blitar. While purchasing decisions as variables are bound. Research population as much as 120 consumers. The sampling in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 55 respondents. Quantitative research method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of this study can be concluded as follows: (a) The price, promotion and quality of service are simultaneously influence on the decision of purchasing tour packages in Kotoba Tour and Travel Blitar. (b) Price affects the decision to purchase tour packages in Kotoba Tour and Travel Blitar. (c) Promotion of the decision to purchase tour packages on Kotoba Tour and Travel Blitar. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of five variables, namely store atmosphere, service quality, price, customer satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty. The population of this research is all consumers of Dinoyo Consina store. Samples were taken using the accidental sampling method so that 96 respondents who met the requirements as samples. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the store atmosphere, service quality and price variables have a direct effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere, service quality and price variables have a direct effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty and store atmosphere, service quality and price variables has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Keywords: store atmosphere, service quality, price, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

                                                        ABSTRAK This study aims to determine the effect of Leverage and Profitability on dividend policy. Where in this research use leverage financial ratios proxied by Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability ratios earned by Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE), through DER, ROA, and ROE as independent variable and DPR as the dependent variable. The sample in this research is Food and Beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange which publish its financial report period 2012-2015.11 companies that become population in this research, result of research indicate that independent variable of DER have positive effect is not significant and ROE have positive and significant influence to dependent variable of DPR, while ROA variable is removed from model because happened multicholonierity is severe. DER results that show positive means the lower the DER value then the House of Representatives dividend or dividend to the shareholders will rise and ROE results that show positive means the higher level of corporate profits then improve the company's ability to pay dividends. Keywords: Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROA), Return On Assets (ROE) and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).

Abstract

ABSTRACKThe purposes of this study are to find out and analyze of three independent variable Customer Relationship Management (CRM)  : (1) Commitment, (2) Communication, (3) Quality of Service on through Customer Satisfaction. This study used descriptive quantitative research. The population of this study are the customers of restaurant Ayam Nelongso Malang by the sampling of female customers who had purchased and customers who had loyal customers eat food. The accidental sampling used convenience sampling with the amount of respondent are 92. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study are as follows : Commitment has an effect and significantly influence on the Customer Satisfaction  with  3,700 and significant value is 0,00 (2) Communication has an effect and significantly on the Customer Satisfaction with  4,798 and significant value is 0,00 (3) Quality of service has an effect and significantly influence on the Customer Satisfaction with  and significant value is 0,00 (4) Commitmen, Communication, Quality of service and significantly influence on the Customer Satisfaction  33,249 and significant value is 0,00. Keywords : Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Commitment, Communication, Quality of Service To Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze Service Quality and Prices on Customer Loyalty in 916 Futsal Field Consumers, either partially or simultaneously. This researcher uses an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers in the 916 field. Samples were taken as many as 74 respondents. The sampling technique used was the Yamane approach. Data were analyzed using multiple linear analysis processed with SPSS 2020 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that service quality partially significant effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, price has an effect, but not partially significant, on customer loyalty. And, service quality and price have a significant effect simultaneously on purchasing decisions. Keywors: Service Qualty, Price and Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to determine the effect of job transfers, promotions, and job roll-overs on employee performance (at the Malang City Civil Service Police Unit). This research uses explanatory research and quantitative approach. The sample in this study included all employees at the Malang City Civil Service Police Unit, a total of 90 respondents. To solve the problem in this research, using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classic assumption test. The study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20. The results of this study simultaneously affect the variable of Employee Achievement at the Malang City Civil Service Police Unit Office, the Job Mutation variable affects the Employee Achievement variable at the Malang City Civil Service Police Unit Office, the Position Promotion variable affects the Employee Achievement variable at the Civil Service Police Unit Office Malang City, Rolling Position has an effect on the variable of Employee Achievement at the Civil Service Police Unit Office of Malang City. Keywords: Job Performance, Job Mutation, Promotion, Position Rolling

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the Product Price and Product Quality Factors on Brand Attitudes through Brand Awareness as an Intervening Variable. In measuring this variable, the dependent variable is brand, the independent variable is product price and product quality, while the intervention variable is brand awareness. In this study, the type of research used was quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Quantitative research method is one type of research whose specifications are systematic, well-planned and clearly structured from the beginning to the making of the research design. The method used in managing the data using multiple linear regression analysis tool through the SPSS program. The data used are primary data as well as secondary data obtained by using interview techniques, questionnaires, direct and indirect observations. The sample in this study is unknown, so in this study using the Maholtra formula with details of 17 indicators x 5 = 85. From the processing data, it is found that product price and product quality have a direct effect on brand awareness, product price and product quality have a direct effect on brand attitude., Brand awareness has a direct effect on brand attitude., and product price and product quality have an indirect effect on brand attitude through brand awareness as an intervention. Keywords: Brand Atitude, Product Price, Product Quality, And Brand Awareness.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to analyze the effect of corporate financial performance on company value with Corporate Social Responsibility as a moderating variable. The sample in this company is a manufacturing company in 2015-2017 which is included in the consumer goods industry sub sector. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 22 software for windows. Based on the predetermined sample criteria there are 23 companies that meet the criteria. From the results of testing, the results of testing simultaneously show that simultaneously the ROA variable and disclosure of CSR affect the value of the company. Partial test results show that partially the ROA_CSR variable has an effect on company value, then H2 is accepted, the coefficient value of 360,477 shows that the CSR variable is a moderating variable that is able to moderate the effect of ROA on firm value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image, Product Quality, Price Perception, Sales Promotion on The Purchase Decision of Honda Products in Mpm Motor. Population and sample in this study were 78.  The methods to collect the data was questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used  SPSS version 14. In this study the application used to test the data were “validity test, reliability test, Normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and testing the research hypothesis”. The result in this study indicated that Brand image and Sales Promotion have a significant effect on Honda MPM Motor Purchase Decisions. Product Quality and Price perception have no significant effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Product Quality, Price Perception, Sales Promotion On The Purchase Decision
