Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of interest rates, foreign exchange rates, and the money supply on profitability in Islamic public banks in Indonesia in 2014-2018. This research was conducted at the Financial Services Authority through the Unisma Investment Gallery with the number of samples used was 14 sharia general banking companies in Indonesia in the 2014-2018 period.            The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis shows that interest rates partially have a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA). Foreign exchange rates have no significant positive effect on profitability (ROA). The money supply does not have a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA). Simultaneously, interest rates, foreign exchange rates, and the money supply affect the profitability (ROA) of Islamic sharia banks in Indonesia in 2014-2018.Keywords: interest rates, foreign exchange rates, money supply, profitability

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the Transfer Of Training, Work Motivation, Servant Leadesrhip employee performance of the Kopistudio24 Sigura-gura Malang, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses explanative research types with quantitative approaches. The population in this study were employees who worked. Samples taken were 38 respondents. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis processed with spss 16.0 software. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results showed that Transfer of training, Work Motivation, Servant Leadership the effect was significant on employee performance. Transfer Of Training, has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, Servant Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine how the effect of the implementation of product promotion strategies, price and product quality on the purchasing decision process of Wardah cosmetic products during the Covid pandemic (Study on FEB Students, Islamic University of Malang). The dependent variable in this study is the purchase decision. And independent variables used, namely product promotion strategy, price and product quality. The population in this study were students of FEB Malang Islamic University. The sample in this study based on Maholtra was taken using purposive sampling technique and measured by multiplying the number (23 indicators x 5) in order to obtain a total sample of 115 respondents according to the theory of Hair dkk. The data collection method used is the method of distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously the product promotion strategy variables, price, and product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile partially the product promotion strategy variables, price, and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions Keywords: promotion strategy, price, product quality, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, incentives and work discipline on employee performance. The object of this research is PT. Misaja Mitra Pati with a sample of 88 respondents with a record of active employees and workers at the PT. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on the partial test results, the variables of leadership style, incentives and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Abstract This study was undertaken to evaluate how Product Quality, Price, and Promotion affected Purchase Decisions at Salika Land Housing. This study employs primary data and a quantitative methodology. Technique for obtaining samples, especially nonprobability sampling with a sample size of 52 individuals. Using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and traditional assumption tests to tackle the problem in this research. The research employed SPSS multiple linear regression analysis. The outcomes of this study include the Product Quality, Promotion, and Purchase Decision Motivation factors concurrently, with the Product Quality variable having no influence on Purchase Price Purchase Decisions and Promotion of Purchase Decisions at Salika Land Residence. Keywords : Promotion, Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through quesioner methods. The population in this study was the ticket buyers of the Penataran train in Surabaya - Malang - Blitar. The sample is 97 respondents with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The purpose of this study are: 1) to find out the factors of price, security, comfort, and timeliness have a partial effect on the purchase of Railroad train tickets, 2) to find out the factors of price, security, convenience, and timeliness have an effect on purchasing train tickets upgrading fire.The results showed that 1) the factors of price, security, comfort, and timeliness have a simultaneous effect on the purchasing decisions of train tickets, 2) the factors of price, security, convenience and timeliness have a partial effect on the decision to purchase train tickets.Keywords:Price factor, safety factor, comfort factor, timeliness factor, ticket purchase, upgrading train

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The use of telecommunications cards, especially in remote areas such as Gersik Putih Village, Gapura District, Sumenep Regency. Many things that occur dipedasaan that occur in the field of telecommunications such as network congestion caused far from the HP signal transmitter tower. The research conducted aims and analyzes whether there is an effect of customer satisfaction as X1 variable and trust in brand as X2 variable on customer retention as Y variable through switching cost as variable Z. This study used a sample of 91 people. The variables of this study consist of custumer satisfaction and trust in brand as independent variables, custumer retention as the dependent variable and switching cost as intervening variables. This study uses path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable custumer satisfaction has a significant level of custumer retention through switching costs and directly. While the trust in brand has a significant effect on custumer retention if through switching costs and does not have a significant effect on custumer retention directly. Abstract

AbstracEvery organization or business unit must be able to optimize human resources and manage human resources. Personnel management is closely related to the factors of employees who are expected to do their best to achieve the goals of the organization or business unit. Employees are the most important organizational assets and play a strategic role in the organization as thinkers, planners and controllers of organizational activities. To achieve organizational goals, employees must be motivated to work diligently and sincerely.Given the importance of labor in the organization, more attention must be paid to the work of employees to achieve organizational goals. With high motivation, employees will do their work harder. Conversely, employees with low work motivation have no morals, are easily resolved and difficulties are resolved. Employees do not have a positive effect on beneficiaries, that is, they allow organizations to debate information about individuals or groups.Keyword: motivation, organizational commitment, performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to describe financial compensation, leadership style, work motivation, job satisfaction, and the employees performance Pt Pei hai International Wiratama Indonesia know financial compensation influence,  leadership style, work motivation, job satisfaction and the employees performance of PT pei hai international wiratama Indonesia. The tool used to know the financial by 78 samples of respondents.As for the data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis the results of descriptive analysis show that the employees of PT Pei Hai International Wiratama Indonesia agree on all research variables namely financial compensation, leadership style, work motivation, job satisfaction. The results showed that financial compensation, leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance.
