Abstract

CV BOSpintar Jaya, a company engaged in application development services, faces challenges in determining project priorities when multiple development requests are received within a limited timeframe. Priority determination that relies on subjective judgment may lead to project delays, inefficient resource allocation, and decreased client satisfaction. This study aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) to assist management in objectively and systematically determining the priority of application development projects. The research methodology includes requirements analysis, identification of project alternatives and decision criteria, criteria weighting, decision model design, as well as system interface and database design. The criteria used include project value, urgency level, development complexity, estimated duration, risk of requirement changes, and availability of developer resources. The calculation process produces preference values and project rankings as recommendations for project prioritization. The results show that the designed DSS is able to provide consistent, transparent, and traceable priority recommendations, thereby supporting faster and more accurate decision-making while reducing dependence on subjective assessments. The proposed DSS is expected to improve project planning efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the quality of application development services at CV BOSpintar Jaya.

Abstract

Kebutuhan laptop saat ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan primer dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem pencari produk laptop agar masyarakat dapat mencari laptop sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Data yang didapat untuk system ini diambil dari hasil webscrapping dari dua buah ecommerce dan menghasilkan satu buah table data. Data yang dihasilkan jika di ubah menjadi suatu database menghasilkan database flat dan tidak berelasi. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah mendesain Kembali dan mengoptimalisasi database tersebut. Optimalisasi database dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara diantaranya memalui DDL dan DML. Proses pegumpulan data yang akan digunakan adalah pengumpulan data menggunakan metode web scrapping kemudian mendesain database berdasarkan data yang telah dihasilkan dari metode web scrapping tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah membangun dan mengoptimalisasi database sehingga lebih mudah dalam melakukan analisa dan pencarian.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah mendorong meningkatnya interaksi pengguna dengan aplikasi digital, salah satunya melalui ulasan di platform Google Play Store. Ulasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi dapat mencerminkan kepuasan atau ketidakpuasan, yang bermanfaat bagi pengembang untuk evaluasi dan peningkatan layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan sentimen positif dan negatif pada ulasan pengguna aplikasi GetContact dengan menerapkan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Data yang digunakan berupa 1000 ulasan berbahasa Indonesia yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik web scraping, kemudian diberi label oleh ahli bahasa. Tahapan penelitian meliputi preprocessing data seperti cleaning, tokenizing, case folding, stopword removal, punctuation removal, dan stemming. Setelah itu, dilakukan pembobotan fitur menggunakan metode Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), dilanjutkan dengan klasifikasi menggunakan Multinomial Naïve Bayes. Evaluasi performa model dilakukan dengan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, dan f1-score. Hasil klasifikasi menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naïve Bayes mampu mengklasifikasikan sentimen dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 87%, presisi 0,87, recall 0,89, dan f1-score 0,88. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Naïve Bayes merupakan algoritma yang efektif dan efisien dalam menganalisis sentimen ulasan aplikasi berbahasa Indonesia, serta dapat dijadikan referensi untuk pengembangan sistem analisis opini di masa depan.

Abstract

This study examines the quality of PoliceTube.com from users' perspective using the WebQual 4.0 framework. This framework covers three dimensions — Usability Quality, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality — which were examined to determine which has the most influence on users' overall assessment. Data were collected via online questionnaire from 50 PoliceTube.com visitors selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using SPSS 26 through validity, reliability, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression tests. The instrument proved reliable with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.877. All three WebQual dimensions positively correlated with Overall Quality, with Usability Quality being the strongest (r=0.502). The R Square value of 0.696 indicates that approximately 70% of the variation in overall quality assessment is explained by the three WebQual 4.0 dimensions. Notably, only the usability dimension had a significant individual impact based on partial testing. This suggests that PoliceTube.com visitors prioritize navigation ease and interface comfort over other aspects when assessing website quality. Therefore, administrators should focus on improving page layout, navigation clarity, and display consistency. Future research is recommended to expand the sample size and include additional variables such as user trust, content quality, or security perception for more comprehensive results.

Abstract

The management of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and purchase order processes at PT. Telkom Akses Tasikmalaya still faces several issues, including repetitive data entry, potential calculation inconsistencies, separated stock monitoring, and document validation that has not been centrally documented. These conditions indicate that administrative digitalization should not merely transform manual documents into electronic forms, but must also integrate data flows and operational processes. This study aims to develop a web-based integrated BOQ and purchase order system using the Laravel framework and Agile method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature study, while system validation was conducted using Black Box Testing. The developed system includes project data input, designator management, BOQ calculation, cost recapitulation, Word document export, document upload and correction, stock monitoring, and an Executive Information System dashboard. The testing results show that all user-side functional scenarios worked as expected. The system contributes by connecting BOQ, purchase order, document management, stock monitoring, and dashboard reporting into a centralized platform. However, this study is limited to functional validation; therefore, further testing on usability, security, performance, and work efficiency is required.

Abstract

In an era of exponential industrial transformation, the integration of advanced technologies has evolved into a key strategic asset for manufacturing organizations. Speed and accuracy in production lines and supply chain management have become critical factors in maintaining a competitive edge in volatile markets. This research article aims to critically analyze and synthesize the role of Information Technology (IT) integration—specifically Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS)—in mitigating operational risks and improving production process efficiency. Using a descriptive-qualitative analysis approach based on a systematic literature review, this article examines how IT infrastructure influences an organization’s production architecture. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of AI- and IoT-based IT can reduce machine maintenance costs by up to 35%, increase the accuracy of predictive maintenance to 92%, and transform operational methodologies from traditional reactive maintenance to data-driven maintenance

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation moving at an exponential pace, data has mutated into a key strategic asset for business organizations. Speed and accuracy in managerial decision-making have become crucial determinants in maintaining competitive advantage in a volatile market. This scientific article aims to critically analyze and synthesize the role of Information Technology (IT) integration—specifically Business Intelligence (BI), Big Data Analytics, and Executive Support Systems (ESS)—in mitigating risks and improving the quality of managerial decisions. Using a descriptive-qualitative analysis approach based on a systematic literature review, this article explores how IT infrastructure intervenes in the decision-making pyramid of organizations. The analysis results show that applying data-driven IT can reduce operational uncertainty by up to 35%, improve market projection accuracy by up to 92%, and transform decision-making methodologies.

Abstract

Savings and loan cooperatives face challenges in determining the eligibility of loan applicants objectively, which may increase the risk of non-performing loans. This study aims to develop a decision support system for assessing the eligibility of cooperative loan applicants using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. The study utilizes secondary data from 30 applicants evaluated based on six criteria: monthly income, loan amount, credit history, loan period, collateral, and employment status. The MOORA method is applied through decision matrix construction, normalization, weighting, optimization value calculation, and alternative ranking, and is subsequently implemented in a web-based decision support system. The results indicate that the MOORA method is capable of producing objective and measurable eligibility rankings and classifying applicants into eligibility categories. The developed system can assist cooperatives in improving the accuracy and consistency of loan decision-making.

Abstract

Along with the increasing use of the internet in schools, stable and evenly distributed network Quality of Service (QoS) has become essential. The use of online learning applications, web-based administration systems, and Academic Competency Tests (TKA) increases network traffic, especially during peak hours, requiring effective bandwidth management. This study implements the Per Connection Queue (PCQ) method on a MikroTik router to distribute bandwidth automatically and proportionally across the network of SMP Negeri 3 Balung, preventing excessive bandwidth usage by certain users and maintaining stability during traffic spikes. The results show that before PCQ implementation, bandwidth distribution among clients was uneven. After implementing PCQ with a total bandwidth of 50 Mbps, bandwidth was automatically and evenly distributed among active clients. QoS analysis using Wireshark indicates that throughput increased from 654 Kbps to 764 Kbps, delay decreased from 12.93 ms to 10.63 ms, and packet loss remained at 0%. The implementation of PCQ-based bandwidth management proved effective in improving both bandwidth fairness and overall network service quality at SMP Negeri 3 Balung.

Abstract

Effort dan Influence Penggunaan Laptop Bagi Mahasiswa Universitas Ibrahimy ini adalah bentuk usaha untuk mengukur seberapa besar kebutuhan dan pengaruh efektivitas belajar mahasiswa Universitas Ibrahimy dalam penggunaan laptop. Aturan yang melarang penggunaan komputer atau laptop bagi mahasiswa akan menimbulkan berbagai masalah yang menghambat efektivitas pembelajaran, pengembangan keterampilan, dan kesiapan mereka untuk dunia kerja.  Komputer atau laptop adalah media yang sangat penting dalam mendukung proses belajar, kolaborasi, akses ke materi dan sumber daya, serta pengembangan keterampilan praktis yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pada industri. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan laptop penting untuk mempertimbangkan dampak negatif larangan ini, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Slovin untuk menentukan populasi dan sampel. Metode product moment yang digunakan untuk analisis korelasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian kecil mahasiswa Universitas Ibrahimy menggunakan literasi digital dan sebagaian besar tertarik menggunakan media pembelajaran menggunakan komputer. Dari analisis yang dilakukan maka menolak H0 dan menerima H1 yaitu, ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunakan laptop terhadap efektivitas belajar mahasiswa Universitas Ibrahimy.
