Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of the preparation of the Local Government Implementation Report (LPPD) in improving the accountability of local government administration in Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. This research uses Duncan's (1973) theory of effectiveness which includes three main dimensions, namely goal achievement, integration, and adaptation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation studies, and direct observation. The results showed that the effectiveness of LPPD preparation in Pesawaran Regency still faced several obstacles. In the aspect of achieving goals, the inconsistency of the achievement of performance indicators causes the report not to be filled optimally. In the aspect of integration, the lack of communication intensity of regional apparatus hinders the completeness and accuracy of the data collected. Meanwhile, in the aspect of adaptation, local governments have not been optimal in adjusting to the regulations and reporting schedules set by the central government. To overcome these obstacles, a number of strategies are needed, such as increasing the competence of human resources through technical training, strengthening inter-OPD coordination, and instilling the commitment of OPD leaders to the preparation of LPPD. Through these efforts, it is expected that the effectiveness of LPPD preparation can be improved, so that the accountability of local government administration in Pesawaran Regency can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Regional development is greatly aided by investment, especially when it comes to Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs). At DPMPTSP Asahan, investment data has traditionally been managed using static spreadsheets, making it difficult for new investors to understand regional potential, especially when they are unfamiliar with the area. This study employs a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The resulting system uses OSS-RBA data with interactive maps and filtering tools that enable users to explore MSME distributions by sector and location. Developed using PHP, CodeIgniter, and Leaflet.js, the WebGIS system facilitates intuitive access to business legality information, administrative boundaries, and geospatial insights. The system improves communication between DPMPTSP officers and investors by allowing spatial-based explanations that replace conventional tabular presentations. Investors can better grasp economic zones, accessibility, and sectoral opportunities through map-based exploration. These features are especially useful in early investment decision-making stages. Unlike prior systems that lack interactivity and licensing data integration, this system bridges that gap with investor-friendly features and a modular architecture. The WebGIS platform enhances service delivery, increases transparency, and supports data-driven policymaking in investment promotion. It serves as a scalable model for other regional governments seeking to digitize and spatially enhance investment-related information systems.

This study was conducted through a qualitative approach with a multi-site design using a constant comparative technique at SMP Negeri 29 Surabaya City, and SMP Negeri 5 Surabaya City. The research findings indicate that the principal's leadership in formulating inclusive school policies is based on government appointments. Inclusive curriculum management is in the form of a curriculum that is modified according to the characteristics and needs of students, including aspects of objectives, sources, materials, media, schedules, and assessments. Learning leadership is carried out collaboratively between subject teachers, GPK, BK teachers, and homeroom teachers. Student assessments take into account the conditions of students with and without disabilities. The development of an inclusive culture is carried out through learning, scouting activities, self-development and extracurricular activities. The principal's leadership emphasizes the value for school personnel to have confidence in carrying out tasks, high commitment, and enthusiasm to help the community get decent education inclusively, which has an impact on the development of inclusive education in schools.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has enabled the utilization of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in various fields, including healthcare services. This study aims to implement Web GIS for visualizing the mapping of certified pharmacies in the Kisaran area to provide easy access to information for the public and relevant stakeholders. The system is developed using web-based technology with PHP and MySQL to manage spatial data and pharmacy attributes. The results show that the developed Web GIS system can display location information, certification status, and pharmacy details interactively through a digital map. With this system, the public can easily identify certified pharmacies, thereby enhancing the safety and quality of healthcare services. Additionally, the implementation of this Web GIS assists the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (DPM PTSP) in monitoring and managing pharmacy data more efficiently and transparently. The system also features a user-friendly interface that supports search and filter functionalities to improve user interaction. Data presented in real-time further improves the reliability of information accessed by users. Furthermore, this Web GIS solution contributes to spatial-based decision making, enabling authorities to conduct targeted inspections, identify underserved areas, and plan the development of new pharmacies based on geographic distribution. The integration of spatial data with pharmacy certification records also supports transparency and accountability in public health service management. In conclusion, this research demonstrates the potential of Web GIS as an effective tool for improving access to reliable health service information and enhancing the operational performance of relevant governmental institutions.

Abstract

Anxiety before undergoing Sectio Cesarea (SC) has the opportunity to disrupt the quality of life during the postpartum period, both physically, psychologically, and socially. This study analyzed the relationship between anxiety before SC and the quality of life of postpartum women. SC delivery is the choice of women for maternal and infant health reasons and for the choice of birth date. The act of SC is inseparable from the act of severing tissue. Even though SC is the choice of the woman who will give birth, this action causes fear and anxiety in her. In addition, the wound in the incision is the cause of pain after SC. Surgical wound pain is often a trigger for discomfort and limitation of movement. The quality of life of postpartum women is part of their satisfaction with their condition. Postpartum women who have not been able to adapt to their condition can interfere with their well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the philosophical meanings and functions of ornaments in bridal makeup based on the Boh Gaca tradition in Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province. Boh Gaca is a ritual of applying henna with distinctive motifs passed down through generations. The study employs ethnographic methods with a qualitative descriptive approach to explore the symbolic meanings and cultural values embedded in these ornaments. Levi Strauss's structuralism theory serves as the main framework, supported by Clifford Geertz's symbolism theory, Bronislaw Malinowski's functionalism, and Edward Shils's theory of cultural preservation. The findings reveal that Boh Gaca motifs, such as geometric patterns and floral designs, carry deep philosophical meanings, symbolizing harmony, fertility, and hopes for a happy household. This tradition also serves as a symbol of social status and cultural identity for the Acehnese community. The younger generation plays a crucial role in sustaining this tradition, despite facing challenges such as lack of interest, modernization influences, and limited educational media. Innovation and intergenerational collaboration, along with the use of social media, are key strategies in maintaining the existence of Boh Gaca. The conclusion of this study affirms that Boh Gaca is not merely an aesthetic ornament, but a cultural heritage rich in symbolic and social values that must continue to be preserved.
