<![CDATA[Penyusunan Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji Pengaruh Sistem Monitoring dan Evaluasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Tirta Umbu Kabupaten Nias, menggunakan metedo penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik analisa data yang digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Tirta Umbu Kabupaten Nias yang berjumlah 65 orang dan sampel adalah 65 responden. Jika dilihat berdasarkan uji t, menunjukkan bahwa t hitung pada variabel sistem monitoring lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 1,999 (4,441>1,999). Dari penjelasan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable Sistem Monitoring memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kemudian, nilai t hitung pada variabel Evaluasi lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 1,999 (5,210 >1,999). Dari penjelasan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable Evaluasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dari hasil Koefisien Determinasi (R Square), maka dapat dilihat nilai R Square sebesar 0,614 sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa kemampuan variabel independen dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen adalah sangat kuat sebesar 0,614 atau 61,4% dan selebihnya 38,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam model penelitian ini.]]>

<![CDATA[Selama kehamilan, terjadi peningkatan volume darah yang lebih cepat daripada pembentukan sel darah merah. Jika tidak disertai asupan zat gizi yang mencukupi, hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya anemia. Anemia pada ibu hamil berdampak pada meningkatnya risiko abortus, kelahiran preterm, pertumbuhan janin terhambat, penyakit infeksi, ketuban pecah dini, perdarahan, bahkan hingga kematian ibu dan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian agar-agar buah naga dan jeruk terhadap kadar hb pada ibu hamil anemia di PMB E Bangka Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah study case literatur review yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat, serta mengelolah bahan penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PMB E Bangka Selatan pada bulan februari 2024. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil yang berkunjung di PMB E Bangka Selatan. Besar sampel yang dibutuhkan pada penelitian ini yaitu 2 ibu hamil yang mengalami masalah anemia. Kedua sampel tersebut dilakukan intervensi masing masing puding buah naga dan puding jeruk. Hasil penelitian didapatkan responden pertama yang diberikan intervensi agar-agar buah naga kadar mengalami peningkatan kadar hb dari 10,6 gr/dl menjadi 11,5 gr/dl selama 7 haridan mengalami pengingkatan sebesar 0,9 mg/dl. Sedangkan responden kedua yang diberikan intervensi agar-agar buah jeruk mengalami peningkatan kadar hb dari 10,4 gr/dl menjadi 11,1 gr/dl selama 7 hari dan mengalami pengingkatan sebesar 0,7 mg/dl. Diharapkan ibu hamil dapat mengonsumsi agar-agar buah naga dan agar-agar buah jeruk untuk mengatasi anemia]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia produces huge amounts of garbage every year and most of it comes from poorly managed household waste, which has a negative impact on the environment. One way to reduce garbage is to adopt a zero waste lifestyle, and it's good that this lifestyle has been taught from an early age, especially in the elementary school age. Zero waste lifestyle concepts can be taught to children using an interesting medium, one of which is children's illustration books. Childern illustration books need an interesting character in them to help the reader understand the content of the story and become an element that attracts the child to continue reading. Character design design uses qualitative research methods by conducting interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Through interviews already conducted with 9-12-year-olds, they preferred funny character designs with big eyes and propositional body shapes.]]>

<![CDATA[The birth of GKPS started from evangelism in the land of Simalungun which was relatively slow, because after several years since evangelism entered the land of Simalungun, no one has given himself to be baptized. Finally Jalung Wismar Saragih (1888-1968) was baptized on September 11, 1910. J. Wismar also became the first pastor of the land of Simalungun The slow development of the Gospel in the land of Simalungun was caused because the preaching of the gospel was not carried out using the Simalungun language, but the Toba language, therefore formerly the simalugun tribal congregation still joined the HKBP. The development of Islam that has influenced the Simalungun people has also become another factor inhibiting the gospel in the land of Simalungun. In addition, another factor is the lack of attention of the zendelings to the people in Simalungun. The lack of attention of the HKBP and Batakmission gave rise to the initiative of the Simalungun people to secede from the HKBP. Aritonang and Steenbrink note that in 1928, a desire to bathe itself arose already. In 1935, the HKBP gave a special district to the people of Simalungun and appointed Rev. J. Wismar Saragih to lead the district. The district was later named HKBPS (Simalungun Protestant Batak Christian Huria). <![CDATA[Sidoarjo Batik is an Indonesian cultural heritage that is rich in artistic and traditional values. However, awareness of the importance of preserving and promoting batik Jetis, especially among Sidoarjo children, still needs to be increased. This design aims to create a board game with an attractive character design for children aged 7-12 years. In this approach, the author uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through interviews, FGDs, and questionnaires to resource persons and target audiences. The results of this study provide a foundation for the design of character design in board games. The three main characters designed will serve as guides in the game and as supporting elements in the design of board game components. Hopefully, through this board game, Sidoarjo children can learn and get to know batik jetis fun while maintaining and strengthening the existence of their local culture.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explains the important role of documentary videos as a medium for preserving local culture in Gisikcemandi Village. Through literature review and data analysis, documentary videos can contribute to maintaining, strengthening identity, and raising awareness of cultural heritage. Documentary videos can show real stories and can be published in digital media. That method. The method used is a mix method, namely qualitative and quantitative. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, focus group discussions, observations, and questionnaires. The results of the analysis stated that documentary video media is very suitable to be used to visualize culture, and tell the life of the coastal community of Gisikcemandi village. This study confirms the importance of documentary videos as a vital tool in promoting cultural diversity and building public awareness of valuable local values, thus providing a sustainable impact for the Indonesian nation.]]>

<![CDATA[Javanese script, which is part of Javanese cultural heritage which is important to preserve in the future. However, understanding Javanese script material is still a challenge for most elementary school students, even though it has been taught in the Javanese language curriculum from grades 3 to 6. This is due to its rare use in daily life and the influence of the learning methods applied by teachers. Therefore, there is a need for interactive and fun learning media related to Javanese script. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by utilizing data from observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The results of the analysis show that designing an interactive illustrated book based on the story of Aji Saka, which is the story of the origin of Javanese script, can increase children's interest in learning Javanese script. With its interactive features, it is hoped that this book can create an interesting learning experience, engage children's emotions, and help improve their understanding of Javanese script, which will ultimately help in preserving this cultural heritage. <![CDATA[Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui dasar strategi layanan bimbingan dan konseling disekolah. Bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah merupakan suatu program yang dirancang untuk membantu peserta didik dalam menghadapi berbagai masalah dan mengembangkan potensi diri mereka secara optimal. Program ini didasarkan pada beberapa konsep dasar yang menjadi landasan dalam pelaksanaannya. <![CDATA[Joko Mursodo Beach, as a tourist destination in Lamongan Regency, has great potential but is constrained by weaknesses in visual identity that are not yet strong and consistent. The lack of coordinated branding planning as well as the lack of implementation of a clear visual identity in various media are major obstacles. The lack of information conveyed to tourists through social media is also a problem, resulting in low public and tourist awareness of the potential of the beach. In this design, qualitative methods are implemented by conducting interviews, observations, and distributing questionnaires to the community. The data was then analyzed using a descriptive approach as well as the TOWS model. Therefore, the rebranding of Joko Mursodo Beach is needed to create a strong and attractive image. This will be achieved through the development of structured designs, improvement of promotional media, and delivery of more complete and interesting information. These steps aim to increase public awareness and the attractiveness of Joko Mursodo Beach as an attractive tourist destination.]]>
