<![CDATA[The emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of literature has sparked discussions regarding its role and influence on human mahaiscreativity, especially among students. Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program (PBSI) FKIP Riau University. This research aims to explore the views of PBSI students regarding AI's ability to create literary works and its impact on originality and creativity. Through a survey involving 100 respondents, this research found that the majority of students think that AI cannot completely replace humans in the literary creation process, because true literary works require deep emotional understanding and cultural context. However, students also see AI as a tool that has the potential to increase creativity and collaboration in writing. These findings suggest that AI is not a threat to human literary creation, but rather an opportunity to expand the boundaries of creativity. Thus, this article provides important insights into how PBSI students can utilize AI wisely in their creative processes, as well as the implications for literary education in the digital era.]]>

<![CDATA[LPG distribution in Compreng Subdistrict faces challenges in terms of inadequate road infrastructure and fluctuating demand. This study aims to analyze the performance of the LPG distribution network using the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) method to optimize distribution routes. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, then processed using VRP to produce optimal routes considering vehicle capacity and customer demand. The results showed that optimal distribution routes could reduce travel distance and operational costs, thus improving the efficiency of LPG distribution.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the effectiveness of promotion through Instagram in building a positive public image of the rides and facilities at Hairos Waterpark Medan. The main focus of this study is to analyze visual content strategies, interactions with followers, and their impact on public perception and interest in visiting. The approach method in this research is descriptive qualitative using descriptive analysis techniques, namely describing the events studied. Data obtained from digital observation, in-depth interviews with promotion managers, and analysis of Instagram content by selecting uploads that have a high level of interaction, such as likes, comments, and re-shares. The results showed that attractive visual content, the use of interactive features such as Stories and Reels, and quick responses to comments and direct messages contributed significantly to building a positive image of Hairos Waterpark in the community. In addition, this study also revealed challenges in managing social media interactions, including limited human resources and rapid changes in social media trends. This study concludes that promotion through Instagram can be a very effective tool in creating a positive image and increasing the attractiveness of tourist destinations, but requires strategic management for sustainability.]]>

<![CDATA[National Health Insurance Standard Inpatient Class (KRIS JKN) is a new policy implemented by the Government to improve the quality of health services. There are 12 criteria that are determined in stages, at least 9 of which must be met at the hospital. This research aims to analyze the implementation or application of KRIS JKN at Wava Husada Hospital Malang in 2024. The method used is quasi-qualitative by collecting data through in-depth interviews, documentation and survey instruments. Then the data will be analyzed inductively to build a theory. After carrying out the implementation analysis, it was found that Wava Husada Hospital had met the minimum criteria of 9 criteria, however there were 3 criteria that were still obstacles, including the criteria for bathrooms with accessibility standards and maximum inpatient room density of 4 beds with a distance between the edges of the bed of at least 1, 5 meters at Wava Husada Hospital Malang in 2024.]]>

<![CDATA[This study reviews the strategy of Village Officials in handling drug users. This study uses a qualitative method, data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects are five people who work at the Terantang Village Office. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of Village Officials in handling drug users.The results of this study indicate that the strategy often carried out by Village Officials in handling drug cases is a facilitative strategy, namely village officials often conduct socialization to the community regarding knowledge about drugs and the laws that ensnare drug users, village officials provide special complaint services if there is public suspicion of people involved in drugs and facilitate the community to exercise as a healthy lifestyle.]]>

<![CDATA[Advances in communication technology, media, and informatics have influenced the world of trade which has led to e-commerce service with a new shopping atmosphere. The emergence of the Shopee application as one of the trading platforms provides the ShopeePayLater payment feature which is of interest to many people including students. This study aims to determine the effect of using ShopeePayLater by FISKOM UKSW students, and analyzed with consumptive behavior. This paper uses a qualitative approach with an in-depth interview method to several FISKOM UKSW students who are actively using the ShopeePayLater feature in the perspective of Jean Baudrillard's Theory of Consumer Society. The results of this study show that ShopeePayLater is not only influenced by functional needs, but also by symbolic motivations such as self-image and social status created through the ownership of certain items.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the quality of funding for the Defined Benefit Pension Program produced by the NTT Regional Development Bank Pension Fund using a quantitative descriptive approach method. This type of research is field research. The informants used in this research consisted of the Head of Finance and Accounting and the Head of Investment and Funding. Data was collected using field research techniques, interviews and documentation. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary data sources. Based on the research results, it shows that the NTT Regional Development Bank Pension Fund is experiencing a funding deficit. The results of the research show that the analysis shows a decrease in the quality of funding for the NTT Regional Development Bank Pension Fund from Level I (Funded) in June and December 2023 to Level II (Partially Funded) in June 2024 with a total funding ratio of 97.89% and a solvency ratio of 102 .24% which is due to the increase in the amount of actuarial liabilities which is greater than the assets for Funding. The declining funding ratio reflects a deficit in assets to cover actuarial liabilities, while the decline in solvency highlights the challenges in maintaining the ability to face long-term risks so that more attention is needed in increasing transparency and ensuring accountability in every decision taken.]]>

<![CDATA[High Pressure Tank merupakan suatu kejadian yang dapat terjadi pada proses loading LPG secara ship to ship (STS). Kejadian tersebut terjadi akibat pelaksanaan proses loading LPG yang belum sesuai dengan peraturan atau standart operational procedure (SOP). Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan loading LPG secara ship to ship (STS) harus dipersiapkan secara matang dan pada waktu pelaksanaannya harus dilakukan sesuai dengan peraturan atau prosedur yang berlaku. Penelitian akan berfokus mengenai kejadian high pressure tank pada proses loading secara ship to ship (STS). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk memahami dan menggambarkan secara mendalam bagaimana tindakan controlling ketika terjadi high pressure tank pada proses loading LPG secara ship to ship (STS). Penelitian ini menghasilkan dan mengolah data deskriptif, seperti transkip wawancara, catatan kejadian, dan dokumentasi berupa foto. Peneliti menggunakan berbagai teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif, seperti observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan controlling high pressure tank pada proses loading LPG secara ship to ship (STS) kurang maksimal. Selain itu, pelaksanaan prosedur seperti safety toolbox meeting masih belum optimal dilakukan. Akibatnya, awak kapal kurang maksimal dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Penerapan prosedur dan dokumen kapal sangat penting dalam proses loading LPG secara ship to ship (STS). <![CDATA[Vocabulary skills are a fundamental aspect of language development in early childhood, playing a crucial role in communication and concept comprehension. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the digital literacy game Wordwall in improving vocabulary skills in early childhood. The research was conducted using an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design involving 20 children. The analysis showed that the post-test average score of the experimental group (60) was higher than that of the control group (46). The t-test with pooled variance yielded tcalculated=6.35, greater than ttable=2.101, indicating a statistically significant improvement. Digital literacy games using the Wordwall application have proven effective in creating interactive and engaging learning, enhancing learning motivation, and strengthening early childhood vocabulary mastery.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve English vocabulary mastery of grade 3 elementary school students through song learning methods. This study was conducted in two cycles, where each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of the study were 29 grade 3 students. Data were collected through vocabulary tests and observations of student activities during the learning process. The results showed an increase in students' vocabulary skills. In the first cycle, 62.07% of students achieved the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM), while in the second cycle the number of students who achieved KKM increased to 86.21%. The use of songs in learning has proven effective in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes.]]>
