<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the participation of North Sumatra students ahead of the 2024 Regional Head Election (Pilkada) in the context of the digital era. Students, as a young generation who are technologically literate, have an important role in shaping the future of regional politics. In the digital era, access to information and involvement in the political process is increasingly open through social media and digital technology. Student political participation is strongly influenced by several factors, such as accessibility of information, political education, social environment, and perceptions of candidates. Digital technology and social media provide space for students to access information, discuss and be actively involved in political campaigns, which in turn increases their political awareness. However, various challenges still exist, including low digital literacy, political apathy and information overload. This research concludes that social media and digital technology have a big role in shaping student political participation in the 2024 Pilkada, but their effectiveness is very dependent on digital literacy and adequate access to technology. Efforts to increase student participation in the digital era can be done through political education and interactive campaigns, which are expected to strengthen youth participation in the democratic process in North Sumatra.]]>

<![CDATA[This writing aims to explore how the legal protection of customers who suffer losses due to the negligence of the bank which results in the loss of customer deposit funds. Banks as banking institutions have an obligation to provide legal protection to depositors. Legal protection is a right received by deposit customers from banking institutions to guarantee and protect customer rights, provide legal certainty and as a guarantee of protection to minimize losses to deposit customers. normative legal research, normative legal research is a research method that focuses on understanding and deepening of legal norms, laws and regulations and legal issues related to the writing of this internship journal. This research method also uses library data collection methods, where books, laws and regulations, and also supporting literature to maximize the source of writing this internship report. Based on the results of this writing, the Bank in carrying out its authority in collecting funds from the public in the form of customer deposits, often commits a negligence that results in losses to customers. This loss results in a dispute between the depositing customer and the bank. In the settlement process, two ways can be taken, namely non-litigation dispute resolution efforts (outside the court) and dispute resolution efforts through the court.]]>

<![CDATA[Penambangan pasir sungai masih menjadi salah satu mata pencaharian masyarakat sekitarpesisir Sungai Barito. Aktivitas penambangan pasir sungai berdampak positif bagi ekonomimasyarakat sekitar dan dapat mencegah terjadinya pendangkalan pada sungai. Akan tetapidampak negatif yang ditimbulkan dari aktivitas tersebut merupakan permasalahan seriusbagi lingkungan dan sekitarnya. Salah satu dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan adalahpenurunan kualitas air sungai. Hal ini diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 22 Tahun2021 Kelas II mengenai standar baku mutu kualitas air sungai. Hasil uji laboratorium yangdilakukan pada sampel air Sungai Barito, mengindikasikan 3 parameter pada kualitas airsungai tidak memenuhi baku mutu yaitu parameter TSS, BOD dan Cu. Baku mutu yangditetapkan pada parameter nilai TSS adalah 50 mg/L, BOD 3 mg/L dan Cu 0,02 mg/L. Tidakterpenuhinya baku mutu pada kualitas air menandakan berlebihan nya kandungan zat yangterdapat pada air sehingga menyebabkan penurunan kualitas air sungai tersebut.]]>

<![CDATA[Profil pelajar Pancasila merupakan salah satu cara untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai karakter khususnya pelajar akibat perubahan budaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dalam membentuk profil pelajar Pancasila. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi nilai-nilai profil pelajar pancasila berhasil dilaksanakan khususnya pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Nilai-nilai profil pelajar pancasila yang telah diterapkan yakni 1) beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, dan berakhlak mulia; 2) berkebhinekaan global; 3) bergotong royong; 4) mandiri; 5) bernalar kritis; 6) kreatif. Keenam profil pelajar pancasila tersebut dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggabungkan beberapa dimensi dalam proses pembelajaran karena pada hakikatnya setiap dimensi berhubungan dengan dimensi lainnya.]]>

<![CDATA[Physics is a science that studies objects, their motion, and their benefits to human life. Measurement in physics is the activity of comparing the measured quantity with another quantity that has been established as a unit. Regular objects, such as spheres, blocks, and cubes, have shapes that can easily be calculated using geometric formulas. In contrast, irregular objects pose a greater challenge because their shapes cannot be simply represented by geometric equations. This study aims to identify the measurement techniques used for both regular and irregular objects in terms of accuracy and efficiency. The methods discussed include techniques for determining the volume and density of objects. This experiment provides better insights into the selection of appropriate measurement methods based on the characteristics of the object being measured. The results of the experiment show that measuring regular objects is easier with simple measuring tools, while irregular objects require more careful and precise approaches to obtain accurate results. Measurement errors can occur, especially when measuring irregular objects, which can be minimized by using proper measuring tools and following correct procedures.]]>

<![CDATA[Community Health Center (Puskesmas) is a health institution engaged in providing health services to the surrounding community through the provision of several services in accordance with SOP standards and spread across several regions in Indonesia. Puskesmas can be called the front guard engaged in health institutions because they provide efficient, effective services, and can improve the welfare of the local community. Optimal service to the community is one of the obligations that must be carried out by the Puskesmas. However, the challenges faced by the Puskesmas can occur due to several factors. In addition, in providing quality services to the scope of the community can be influenced by several factors, one of which is organizational behavior. results of analysis related to organizational behavior in improving health services at Puskesmas. The writing method used in writing this journal is to use a qualitative type. The results obtained There are various main components of organizational behavior in exploring health services including communication patterns, decision-making processes, organizational culture and structure, leadership and management styles, group dynamics and team interactions, and individual behavior and attitudes. The conclusion is that organizational behavior in an agency is influenced by organizational culture. In the context of health centers, there are several organizational behaviors that can contribute to improving health services through organizational behavior, including effective communication, pro-patient organizational culture, effective leadership, performance evaluation and improvement, solid teamwork, and HR development.]]>

<![CDATA[This study reviews the causes of someone clarifying their status as a transgender factor. This research method is qualitative, data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were 5 transgender people in the city of Bengkalis. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of someone clarifying their status as a transgender. The results of this study show that the causes of someone being sure to clarify their status as a transgender because in addition to the nature that is innate, the more dominant causes are obtained in the family environment itself, seen from transgender people who admit that parenting and education that makes them desperate to change their appearance, lack of support from the surrounding environment also greatly influences the process of this transgender to find their true identity.]]>

<![CDATA[Nurses are medical personnel who take many important roles in patient care. Not only how to monitor the patient's condition as a whole, ensuring that patients receive services according to standards, nurses also coordinate with other medical personnel, even non-medical units to ensure that patients also carry out their obligations as patients. Seeing that the role of nurses is very large, an adequate number of nursing staff is one of the basics of quality service. Nurses are the spearhead of hospital health services, so the availability of nurses in quantity and quality is an important part in planning the Human Resources unit. RS. Restu Ibu is in the process of transitioning the nursing staff from the Outpatient Installation, most of which are part-time to full time, so it requires an analysis and calculation of the number of nursing staff needed according to the conditions of this unit. This study aims to analyze the availability of nurses in outpatient installations by measuring workload. Workload measurement is carried out through subjective and objective approaches. Subjective measurements use workload questionnaires, while objective measurements use the WISN method. The sample size consisted of 20 people. Data collection methods involve interviews, observation, and document study. Descriptive analysis was applied to interpret the results of both measurement methods. The results of subjective workload measurements show that the nurses' workload is in the medium category, while objective workload measurements require the addition of 3 nursing staff. With the results of this analysis, it is hoped that it can increase the productivity of nurses' performance which will support the quality of hospital services.]]>

<![CDATA[Perusahaan kertas PT. MXYZ merupakan sebuah industri besar terkenal sebagai perusahaan kertas tetapi sebenarnya perusahaan tersebut memproduksi berbagai jenis kertas buku tulis, karton box, soda, dan kaporit. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan pada proses oven dikarenakan dalam proses ini banyak terjadi cacat produk diakibatkan ketidak stabilan mesin oven yang menyebabkan proses berualang. Didalamnya ada metode pembuatan fishbone diagram, dan perhitungan RPN, serta pembuatanpeta kendali P-Chart. Data yang di ambil dari bulan Januari hingga Mei 2024 merupakan data keluaran mesin oven oleh dua operator dengan jumlah cacat (%) dan output di setiap shift selama enam bualn penuh. Semua metode tersebut di gunakan sebagai mana mestinya dengan kondisi awal kegagalan produk mencapai angka tertinggi 19% dalam pengambilan data perbulan dan setelah dilakukan uji percobaan setelah dilakukan perawatan mesin oven turun pada setiap minggunya mendapatkan hasil tertinggi yaitu 2%..]]>

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir,yang berlokasi di Sidoarjo-Mojokerto dengan area luas perusahaan perusahaan ± 250 hektar. Perusahaan PT. XYZ memakai startegi produksi make to order yang di maksud( MTO), yang berarti barang diproduksi hanya setelah ada pesanan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada manual insert untuk sortir buku jenis produk Baladec Arabic,& Paperline Lokal, pada proses pekerjaan manual insert ini memiliki berbagai aktvitas yang melibatkan pekerjaan. sering menggalami penaruhan keteran buku yang selalu memutar badan sehingga tidak ergonomis.dalam dunia manufaktur, pemborosan gerakan seperti pemborosan transportasi dan gerakan memutar badan merupakan salah satu kunci yang sangat mempengaharui produktivitas dan efesiensi operasional. Oleh karena itu,setiap upaya untuk mengurangi pemborosan gerakan dapat memberikan keuntungan kompetitif yang sangat signifikan bagi perusahaan. Sehingga pada proses manual insert dapat memakan waktu yang cukup lama dan hasilnya kurang maksimal. Untuk itu penelitian ini menerapkan sistem lean manufacturing untuk perubahan sistem kerja dengan menambah usulan sebuah design meja leter L dengan pendekatan ergonomi, multifungsi, pengukuran metode most dan penataan akan di tata ulang untuk memudahkan operator untuk pengerjaan manual insert agar tidak memutar badan rotasi 180 derajat sehingga operator, meletakan hasil keteran yang kurang efesien. pada akhirnya dapat menurunkan tingkat aktivitas gerakan operator dengan menjadi lebih ergonomis dan sesuai dengan standar yang sudah ditetapkan. Di samping itu dari peningkatan produktivitas dari redesain ulang meja ini juga diuji untuk tingkat kelayakan dan tingkat keergonimasanya. Sehinga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas.]]>
