Jurnal Compact (E-ISSN: 2961-8797 dan P-ISSN: 2963-1122) adalah jurnal nasional mengakomodir para peneliti di lingkungan akademik (perguruan tinggi) dan organisasi-organisasi peneliti serta para praktisi dalam lingkup pengembangan dan perencanaan spasial wilayah dan kota, meliputi : analisis tata ruang wilayah dan kota, pengembangan infrastruktur kota dan wilayah, transportasi dan tata guna lahan, geoinformation untuk perencanaan wilayah dan kota serta analisis lain yang terkait spasial pengembangan wilayah dan kota. Jurnal ini terbit sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. Sekali terbit minimal 5 Artikel, dengan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris. Tidak menutup kemungkinan terkait special issue untuk seminar atau konferensi dan lainnya yang berkerjasama dengan jurnal compact.

Abstract

Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air menjadi hal penting dalam aspek kesejahteraan masyarakat. Potensi sumber daya air sebaiknya dimanfaatkan sebaik mungkin utamanya dalam pengembangan desa. Desa sebagai unit pemerintahan terkecil memiliki fungsi dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat salah satunya melalui kewenangan pengelolaan potensi alam yang dimilikinya. Analisa kebijakan dilakukan untuk mengetahui arahan kebijakan. Dalam pengelolaan sumber daya air perlu dilakukan kajian dan telaah dari berbagai sumber referensi yang menjadi acuan dan sesuai dengan kondisi lokasi. Melalui pemanfaatan potensi sumber daya air yang dimiliki dapat memdorong peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat desa.

Abstract

According to Law Number 3 of 2022 concerning the State Capital, Sepaku District is designated as a tourism and entertainment center area, namely BWP 4 or BWP IKN Timur. Based on the results of field observations, it is known that BWP IKN East has natural tourism potential in the form of mangrove forests, waterfalls, bamboo forests and caves. The natural beauty and beautiful villages can support the development of tourism. In its development, a tourism object must have six tourism criteria. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the tourism potential based on the six tourism criteria to support tourism development in BWP IKN Timur. As for the research method, the data used are primary data from field observations and documentation, and this research is qualitative in nature, and the analysis used is classification analysis through a scoring process. After conducting data analysis, it was found that BWP IKN East has tourism potential in the form of potential attractions, accessibility, amenities, ancillary, activities, and available packages.

Abstract

In the 21st century, numerous phenomena have significantly influenced spatial behavior, particularly in urban areas. These changes in behavior are attributed to various factors, one of which is the substantial increase in urban residents since the industrial era. The surge in urban population has led to a state of disorder within cities, resulting in the emergence of slums and a strain on social and cultural dynamics. In response to these challenges, it is essential to adopt an approach that can effectively engage urban communities in the proper development of cities. One such approach, endorsed by UNESCO as a modern urban concept, is the Creative City concept. The Creative City is believed to empower communities by providing them with opportunities for active participation in city development, facilitated by diverse facilities and activities. Consequently, researchers are conducting a case study on Medan City to identify key elements, particularly from a social perspective, that define a city as a creative city of design. The method employed in this study is Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA), which will prioritize the main indicators to assess the factors involved. By analyzing survey data and conducting a thorough analysis, it has been determined that human orientation, exhibition space, and professional exchange are the top three social factors contributing to Medan's transformation into a creative city of design. The findings of this study can significantly contribute to shaping the design of a creative city of design and provide valuable support to stakeholders in formulating policy recommendations for realizing a creative city of Design.

Abstract

Parking is one of the transportation infrastructure that must be managed properly to meet the needs of proper and adequate parking spaces. One of the transportation infrastructures is providing parking, both on-street parking and off-street parking. The Mahakam Tepian Pesut Park area is one of the most popular tourist areas visited by tourists and residents of Samarinda City. Along with the increase in the population of Samarinda City and the number of tourists visiting the Mahakam Pesut Edge Park Area, the impact on the reduction of parking lots. The purpose of this study was to analyze the need for parking space at the Mahakam Pesut Edge Park on Jalan Gadjah Mada. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The results show that the area of the research area used for parking is 830 m² and the need for parking is greater than the availability of parking. It is obtained that the existing conditions of parking for cars and motorbikes experience a shortage every year in the next 5 years and the addition of Parking Space Requirements (KRP) every year which does not include the addition of new parking lots. Abstract

Based on the RTRW (Regional Spatial Planning) in Samarinda City for the period 2014 to 2034 it states that there are plans for urban infrastructure on Jalan KH. Abul Hasan, namely in the form of providing and using pedestrian network infrastructure facilities in the Samarinda City area. However, in reality, the pedestrian paths in the area do not meet the criteria set for road users. The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility level of pedestrian paths for pedestrian path users by analyzing the Pedestrian Environmental Quality Index (PEQI). Quantitative qualitative descriptive analysis method based on PEQI analysis from direct observation with traffic indicator variables, pedestrian path design, and use of pedestrian path space with nine sub-variables contained therein. Jalan KH. Abul Hasan, City of Samarinda in this study is divided into three segments based on building designation, namely Segment 1 (Trade and Services), Segment 2 (Education), and Segment 3 (Green Open Space). The results of the PEQI in the three segments are the quality of basic pedestrian paths, which have standard or average (basic) quality provided conditions are met, but can be improved (III).

Abstract

Program sejuta rumah merupakan solusi untuk mengurangi backlog perumahan dengan membangun rumah sederhana dan subsidi sebagai implementasi dari program tersebut. Namun, menurut masyarakat yang menjadi penerima manfaat program, mengungkapkan ketidakpuasan terhadap implementasi program. Salah satu masalah utama dalam rumah subsidi hasil implementasi dari program sejuta rumah yaitu aspek prasarana, sarana dan utilitas rumah. Adapun perumahan subsidi yang terdapat di Kota Balikpapan yaitu Perumahan Green Valley, Kariangau. Oleh karena itu, perlu dianalisis mengenai tingkat kepuasan warga yang tinggal di perumahan sebagai penerima manfaat dari program tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menilai tingkat kepuasan penghuni rumah di Perumahan Green Valley. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan penghuni perumahan rumah subsidi berdasarkan perspektif penghuni Perumahan Green Valley sebagai penerima manfaat program sejuta rumah berdasarkan hasil perhitungan CSI yaitu 59% masuk ke dalam kriteria CSI dengan interpretasi cukup puas.

Abstract

In order to guarantee legal certainty regarding land ownership and control, the government is conducting land registration throughout Indonesia. Based on data quoted from the 2022 Integration DAK Document, it is stated that Kampung Pasole Banar has land problems, namely the lack of ownership of land title certificates. The formulation of the problem in this study is what are the inhibiting factors of the community in registering land in the RT. 17 Village of Pasole Banar, Sidodamai Village from the public's perception. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with exploratory factor analysis methods. The results of the study show that the community's inhibiting factors in land registration at RT. 17 Kampung Pasole Banar Sidodamai Village is divided into two, namely the inhibiting factors from the community and the inhibiting factors from the government.

Abstract

Tourism is a journey from one place to another which is temporary and is carried out by individuals or groups, this is done as an effort to seek pleasure and harmony with the environment both in natural, cultural, scientific and social dimensions (Wijianto, 2013) In improving the economy of a city, tourism is able to become one of the sectors that has the potential to encourage an increase in the economy. developing important components in tourism, namely the components of attractions, accessibility, amenities, and activities (Lilyk Eka 2021). Based on the 2015-2035 Regional Spatial Plan, Paser Regency has various natural potentials that can be developed, one of which is the tourism sector. By developing the natural potential and local attractions of the Lati Petangis Forest Park, this will be able to attract tourists to visit, especially on national holidays. This is also supported by the government which plans for the Lati Petangis Forest Park area to be developed into a mainstay tourist location in Paser Regency (Paser Regency Environmental Service, 2018). Selection of the Lati Petangis Grand Forest Park Area so that it can be developed into a mainstay tourist area in Paser Regency with tourist attractions that can support existing potentials such as lakes and natural scenery, so that they can attract tourists to visit and enjoy attractions, supported by good accessibility, and able to provide benefits for visitors. Based on the conditions of the tourist object area, it is necessary to evaluate the existing conditions of attractions, accessibility, amenities, and activities in the Lati Petangis Grand Forest Park Area so that development can be carried out as one of the strategies in supporting the development of the tourism sector in Paser Regency and being able to attract the attention of tourists to visit and enjoy the beauty of nature in it. The approach used in this study is a descriptive quantitative approach by using a descriptive format to explain the description of the data obtained during data collection which is then calculated on each variable. In this study, the population was used, namely the Lati Petangis Grand Forest Park tourist attraction area and in collecting data in this study did not use a sample. The data collection technique used is primary data obtained from primary surveys on each variable. The data obtained was then analyzed using a descriptive comparative analysis method with calculations that resulted in a percentage of suitability of the existing conditions of the Lati Petangis Grand Forest Park tourist attraction. Overall the results of the analysis carried out obtained the suitability conditions for the Lati Petangis Raya Forest Park tourist attraction in moderate conditions with a total percentage of 53.3%, this indicates that the existing condition of the Lati Petangi Grand Forest Park tourist attraction is in accordance with the guidelines so that it can carried out the development of the Lati Petangis Grand Forest Park tourist attraction. Abstract

Penanganan yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk mengatasi banjir yang terjadi pada simpang empat sempaja yaitu dengan pembangunan embung. Dampak dari keberadaan embung sempaja hanya mampu mengurangi durasi tergenangnya air banjir. Namun embung sempaja dinilai minim akan perawatan, hal ini dapat menyebabkan kurang optimalnya embung sempaja dalam menampung air. Dengan melihat permasalahan ini maka dilakukan pendelineasian area yang terdampak banjir untuk mengetahui area yang terdampak banjir sebelum dan sesudah adanya embung agar dapat menilai dampak embung sempaja terhadap intensitas kejadian banjir pada simpang empat sempaja. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu dengan Partisipatory Mapping atau pemetaan partisipatis.Dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif hasil pemetaan yang dilakukan masyarakat akan didapatkan hasil berupa peta luasan area yang terdampak banjir sebelum dan sesudah adanya embung yang akan dijelaskan secara deskriptif.

Abstract

Spatial planning is needed in an area so that regional growth is synergistic with the spatial pattern plan in the future. Spatial planning that is not good will have an impact on other aspects such as the economy, social and culture, so spatial control is needed to avoid complex risks that will occur in various aspects. Samboja Subdistrict has a tendency to develop areas that are in coastal or seaside areas and there are many illegal mines, and will become the central area of ​​agro-industrial and food industry areas in the new National Capital (Nusantara) plan. Based on these problems, a study was conducted to determine the suitability of spatial use against spatial patterns in Kutai Kartanegara District. In achieving the objectives of the problem is carried out using the method in this study, namely using data collection methods in the form of secondary surveys, namely agency surveys with data analysis methods, namely spatial analysis in the form of overlays.
