Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Promotion, Price and Trust have on Purchasing Decisions in Shopee e-commerce on students of HKBP Nommensen University Medan, either partially or simultaneously.This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were students of the HKBP Nommensen University, Medan. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling with a total sample of 99 respondents.The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis method used is an instrument test consisting of Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test consisting of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Test consisting of t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2).The results show that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at e-commerce Shopee, this is indicated by the value of tcount (2.125) > ttable (1.98525) and the significant value of the promotion variable is 0.036 <0.05. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee e-commerce, this is indicated by the value of tcount (2.097) > ttable (1.98525) and the significant value of the price variable is 0.039 <0.05. Trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee e-commerce, this is indicated by the value of tcount (5.595) > ttable (1.98525) and the significant value of trust is 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously it is known that Promotion, Price and Trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Shopee e-commerce, this is indicated by the value of Fcount (58.458) > Ftable (2.70) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.649, meaning that the purchasing decision variables can be explained by the promotion, price and trust variables of 64.9%. While the remaining 35.1% is explained by other variables that are not included in this model such as product quality, brand image, location, service and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Toba Regency Tourism Sector Development Strategy is and how much the Tourism Sector Revenue Contribution to Toba Regency's Original Revenue is. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study consisted of key informants, namely the Head of the Tourism and Culture Office of Toba Regency and the Secretary of the Toba Regency's Tourism and Culture Office, the main informant was the Head of the Toba Regency Tourism Product Marketing Development Section, additional informants were the community and tourism business actors around Toba Regency tourism objects. and also the Chairperson of the Lumban Bul-Bul Beach Tourism Awareness Group with a total of 6 informants. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, documentation, and also recording. The data analysis method used is processing and preparing the data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding the data, applying the coding process, showing how the descriptions and themes will be restated in a qualitative narrative/report and interpreting or interpreting the data. The results of this study indicate that the Tourism Sector Development that has been implemented by the Tourism and Culture Office of Toba Regency is still not optimal and not maximized, this can be seen from the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure at tourist sites, inadequate and qualified accessibility and infrastructure, awareness and participation people who are still lacking in the preservation and development of various tourism assets, the function and cooperation between tourism institutions are not yet optimal. In the development of the tourism sector, there are obstacles and obstacles in its implementation, namely: community factors, factors of lack of quality human resources, limited budget funds in the tourism sector. However, tourism development carried out by the Toba Regency Tourism and Culture Office has shown that the income from the tourism sector has been able and influential on Regional Original Revenue of Toba Regency. The percentage contribution from the Tourism sector from 2017 to 2020 is quite instrumental so that regional levies from the Tourism sector have played a role in Toba Regency's Original Revenue.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle and income on purchasing decisions for Starbucks Coffee at Center Point Medan, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The population in this research are all Starbucks Coffee Center Point buyers whose exact number is not known. Sampling using the Lemeshow formula amounted to 96 people. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on lifestyle variables on purchasing decisions for Starbucks Coffee at Center Point Medan. It can be seen from the test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 or t count 3.146 > t table 1.661. There is a positive and significant influence on the income variable on the purchasing decision of Starbucks Coffee at Center Point Medan. It can be seen from the test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 or t count 5.718 > t table 1.661. And there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect on lifestyle and income variables on purchasing decisions for Starbucks Coffee at Center Point Medan. It can be seen from the test results obtained that the significant value of X1 and X2 is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 83.605 > F table 3.09. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R) of 0.635 indicates that the purchasing decision variable can be explained by the lifestyle and income variables of 63.5%. While the remaining 36.5% is explained by other variables such as price variables, brand image, etc. It is recommended that Starbucks Center Point Medan should maintain the quality of coffee that is already well known and its facilities are good in accordance with the lifestyle and income of Starbucks customers.

Abstract

The future of education in our country is very dependent on the extent to which the quality and quality of teachers in this country. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategies, namely pricing strategies and promotional costs carried out by PT. Kawasan Industri Modern (Persero) to increase the volume of land sales. The method used is a quantitative method. This study uses secondary data types and the data analysis used is multiple regression data analysis, partial regression analysis and equipped with classical assumption test. The results of the regression analysis show that partially the pricing strategy has a positive and significant effect on increasing the volume of land sales. Simultaneous or multiple regression testing of pricing and promotion strategies obtained constant values ​​and positive regression coefficients. And the value of R Square shows 0.75.3 or 75.3% which means that the marketing strategy carried out by PT. Kawasan Industri Modern (Persero) can be explained by the variable pricing strategy and promotion strategy while the remaining 24.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that partially price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on increasing the volume of land sales and simultaneously price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on increasing land sales volume. Thus it can be suggested that PT. Kawasan Industri Modern (Persero) continues to carry out pricing strategies and also promotional costs that have a good impact on increasing land sales at PT. Kawasan Industri Modern (Persero).

Abstract

This study aims to explore public information services for the community. The method used is qualitative. Research data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants of this research, the Head of the Office of Communication and Information Technology, employees and the public. The results showed that public information disclosure at the Toba Regency Communications and Informatics Service still lacks communication in cooperation, especially OPD, is still classified as very relaxed in providing the latest news for employees who work in the information sector, and journalists are concerned with personal interests, so that the government in despise society. In terms of resources, especially the Diskominfo facilities, it is still very lacking, as well as the staff / staff who are experts in the program field, so the staff is very lacking in providing important information to the public, in terms of the bureaucratic structure, Diskominfo has provided supervision and implementation of the Act. Public Information Disclosure has at least been accepted by the people of Toba Regency, and in terms of the disposition of the Toba Regency Communication and Information Office, it has tried well to respond to all the complaints experienced by its people because it is the main priority of Diskominfo in providing openness to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the achievements of the implementation of the empowerment program for the poor in Sei Mencharim Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency. With a quantitative approach, the population of all village government officials and underprivileged communities is 414 families, with a sample of 70 families. Data analysis used linear regression analysis. The results show that the Assistance and Motivation of Village Apparatuses together has a positive and significant effect on the empowerment of the Poor Pakir community. It can be seen from f count 9.308 > from f table 0.008. and significant value obtained 0.000 <0.05 (5%). That is, in this study, mentoring and motivation jointly affect the empowerment of the poor in Sei Village, which characterizes Kutalimbaru Deli Serdang. With the influence of mentoring and motivation of village officials on empowering the poor, it is better if the Sei Mencharacter Village Apparatus, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency is more effective in empowering the community through mentoring and motivating towards a prosperous society.

Abstract

Institutional HKBP as one of the largest churches in Indonesia or Southeast Asia is still continuing to strengthen governance. As we all know, the internal problems of HKBP as a church organization are still far from what we expect from good and smart governance. So far, the financial decentralization that has occurred in the HKBP has caused various internal problems and ripples. The policy of financial decentralization by giving full authority to churches in the regions, for example, has created income inequality, for example. Many clergy stay in the church with substantial financial resources. With the financial centralization, it is hoped that income distribution, transfer of clergy or pastors can run well and this will strengthen church institutions. With the financial centralization, it is hoped that the church organization can become a good organization so that the mission and vision of the church can run well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Quality of Service and Price on Customer Satisfaction Consumers Alfamart Jl. Plow 1, Medan. The research method is correlational quantitative and the type of research is explanatory research. The population of all consumers with the number of samples using Convenience Sampling is 67 people. Questionnaire data collection techniques and linear regression data analysis. Testing the hypothesis t test (X1) t count 4.092 > t table 1.998, the significance value of X1 0.000 <0.05 means that service quality has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. T test (X2) t arithmetic 10.509 > t table 1.998, the significance value of X2 0.000 <0.0 means that the price has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. F test (X1, X2) F count 101.911 > F table 3.14 or significance value (X1, X2) = 0.000 <0.05, meaning X1, X2, simultaneously affects customer satisfaction. Alfamart to further develop quality and affordable prices so as to further increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service marketing namely Product, People, and Process on Customer Satisfaction in choosing products at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Medan Mandala branch. This research is a survey research. The sample is 120 people with data collection using a questionnaire. The technique of determining the sample is purposive sampling. Testing the basic assumptions of the research used is the validity test and the reliability test, the classical assumption. Hypothesis testing used partial significant test, simultaneous significant test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that there was an effect of Product, People, and Process partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction in choosing a product. The R value is 0.728 (72.8%), indicating that the level of relationship between the independent variables is strongly related. And the value of R Square shows 0.53 or 53%, which means 53% customer satisfaction in choosing products at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Medan Mandala branch can be explained by the variables Product, People, and Process while the remaining 47%, influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
