Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product variations, café atmosphere, social media marketing, and payment methods on increasing sales (case study of a coffee shop in Blora district in 2022). The type of research used is quantitative (primary) research. In this research, the total sample was 161 people consisting of employees and owners, obtained using probability sampling methods. Sample data was obtained from a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is quantitative methods. This research was processed using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of this research are based on partial tests with the T Test and show that (1) product variations do not have a negative influence on increasing sales, (2) the café atmosphere has a positive influence on increasing sales, (3) ) social media marketing does not have a positive influence on increasing sales, (4) payment methods have a positive influence on increasing sales. Based on a simultaneous test with the F Test, it is stated that product variations, café atmosphere, social media marketing, and payment methods simultaneously influence increasing sales.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the function of money in the world economy using the novel Negeri Para Bedebah by Tere Liye. The research method used in studying the novel Negeri Para Bedebah is a qualitative descriptive method, this method contains quotes from the novel which can provide an overview of the presentation of research results. The theory used in this research is based on the Function of Money theory (Gilarso: 2004). The object of this research is the function of money in the world economy in the novel Negeri Para Bedebah by Tere Liye. The results of the research show that there are 5 functions of money, namely money as a means of exchange (means of payment), money as a unit of account or measure of value (account unit), money as a means of payment (means of payment), money as a means of storing wealth (store of value), money as a driver of economic activity.

Abstract

North Sumatra Province consists of 25 districts, 8 cities, 325 sub-districts and 5456 sub-districts/villages. The poverty rate is still high in several districts, which in 2006-2022 still have poverty rates above the average poverty rate. Poverty is a serious problem because it is related to human welfare. Therefore, further research is needed regarding the factors that influence poverty. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of economic growth, unemployment, the Human Development Index and the Gini index on poverty levels in the province of North Sumatra. This data analysis uses secondary data via the Central Statistics Agency website with the help of Eviews 12 in 25 districts of North Sumatra province in 2006-2022. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis

Abstract

This research is based on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic by looking at the ratio in the first year and the second year this pandemic hit, namely in 2020 and 2021. In the first year Covid-19 spread and paralyzed all crowd and face-to-face access, making toll roads even worse. little to use, after that in 2021, to be precise in the second year, the new normal edition was carried out to start improving life as before. This research is data-based or quantitative which shows results in the form of ratios. The ratios obtained are based on fundamental analysis using profitability ratios, namely ROA, ROE, PER and EPS with each existing formula. The ratios obtained in this research show that PT Jasa Marga Tbk has survived in the second year of the new normal era and achieved three ratios that increased from the previous year, even though in the first year the pandemic was affected by Covid-19.

Abstract

This research aims to find out (1) find out whether there are differences in scores between the Altman, Springate, Zmijeski, and Grover models in predicting Financial Distress, (2) find out which companies remain healthy (green area) or do not experience Financial Distress and which companies which ones are unhealthy (red are) or experiencing Financial Distress. This research uses data from company financial reports with Special Notifications published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website for 2020-2021. The sampling technique used purposive samples to obtain 10 companies that could be used as research. The results of this research show that the Altman model and the Grover model have the same score, namely an accuracy level of 40% and an error type of 20%, followed by the Zmijewski model with an accuracy rate of 30% and an error type of 30% and the Springate model an accuracy rate of 10% and an error type of 30%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the working capital ratio is able to measure the financial performance of PT Kima in 2019-2021. The object of this research is PT KIMA. The data used is primary data. The sample in this research is PT KIMA's financial report for the 2019-2021 period. The results of this research show that the calculation of financial data using activity ratio analysis, profitability ratios (Return On Assets), solvency and profitability ratios, the company's working capital at PT. company to pay dividend payout ratio (DPR) to shareholders. Meanwhile, the profitability ratio (Net Profit Margin) can be said to be good because the net profit value obtained from sales, which includes production costs, will increase profits for the company.

Abstract

Current technological advances reflect significant changes from the previous technological era to the present. Especially, internet development has become a trend among local and international communities. For example, e-business is in the spotlight because it makes things easier and gives business entities a lighter burden, especially for those who have the ambition to achieve success. E-business not only increases marketing networks, but also increases employee productivity within the company. Information technology provides the ability to initiate business creativity and innovation quickly and efficiently. It is important for businesses to see new opportunities amidst continued development, with the key to success returning to motivation and innovation, thereby creating technology that is always up to date.

Abstract

The era of the digital economy, known as the fourth industrial revolution, has brought significant technological advances, especially in the field of digital payment systems. Although this system has advantages and disadvantages, this system is generally superior to other payment systems. It is importat to note that the presence of a digital payment system does not mean eliminating physical cash. Carrying out research regarding the use of QRIS for MSMEs in the UPN “Veteran” East Jawa canteen uses a quantitative apporach to collect and analyze data related to the efficiency of MSME transactions in the UPN Veteran East Jawa canteen using QRIS as an electronic payment method. The sample for this research was taken randomly from MSMEs in the UPN “Veteran” East Jawa canteen. Abstract

Public services in Indonesia are really needed by the community, one of which is public services in the form of emergency response services that are ready to serve calls from people who need help quickly. The purpose of this writing is how effective the performance of the State Civil Apparatus is in providing public services through Call Center 112 in Samarinda City and also to find out what efforts are being made by the Samarinda City government to improve the effectiveness of the performance of the state civil apparatus in providing public services through Call Center 112 The method used in this research is a qualitative research approach. The research results show that the effectiveness of the Call Center 112 service management concept at the Samarinda City Communication and Information Service is quite effective because this system has proven its benefits in supporting security and handling emergencies experienced by people in the city of Samarinda. This service allows the public to quickly contact the authorities when an emergency situation occurs, such as a traffic accident, fire, or crime as well as other emergencies.

Abstract

Analysis of the Influence of Halal Certification and Quality of Madurese Herbal Medicine Products on Consumer Interest, specifically in Kedungdung Village, Modung District, Bangkalan Regency. The aim of this research plan is to determine the influence of Halal Certification and the Quality of Madura Herbal Medicine Products on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive which is considered very suitable for reviewing studies that describe variables as they are and are supported by data in the form of numbers produced from actual conditions. There are various interesting facts related to halal certified Madurese herbal medicine, which in this context is still difficult to implement in Indonesia, especially in Modung District, Bangkalan Regency, this is because there are still many Madurese herbal medicines that have not implemented halal certification, especially in Bangkalan Regency.
