Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of economic growth, unemployment and the human development index (HDI) on poverty in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. Based on the research results, the economic growth variable and the unemployment variable have a positive and insignificant effect on the poverty level. The Human Development Index (HDI) variable has a negative and significant effect on poverty. This means that an increase in HDI by 1% will reduce poverty by 8.38%, with a large or real (significant) reduction in poverty. Simultaneously, the influence variables of economic growth, unemployment, and the human development index influence poverty in West Nusa Tenggara Province.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of brand positioning strategies on consumer perceptions and purchase intentions in the Lemang Batok store context. The Lemang Batok store is considered as a research object to understand how brand positioning can influence consumer perceptions and their desire to purchase this unique product. Mixed methods were used to combine survey and interview data to gain a holistic understanding.

Abstract

The familiar global market means that imported products are starting to put pressure on domestic products. The Indonesian cosmetics market is a special attraction for foreign manufacturers to trade their goods there. This needs to be a concern for local beauty producers to maintain the consumer loyalty they already have. The aim of this research is to determine customer loyalty towards local beauty products based on the influence of content marketing, electronic word of mouth, and brand image as mediating variables. This research is quantitative research. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, and data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The number of respondents studied was 200 respondents. The data analysis carried out was descriptive analysis (SPSS) and Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. 1) Content marketing has a positive effect on consumer loyalty; 2) Electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on consumer loyalty; 3) Content marketing has a positive effect on brand image; 4) Electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on brand image; 5) Brand image has a positive effect on consumer loyalty; 6) Content marketing indirectly influences consumer loyalty through brand image as a mediating variable; 7) Electronic word of mouth indirectly influences consumer loyalty through brand image as a mediating variable.

Abstract

In the international trade market, there is intense competition between Indonesia and Vietnam in textile exports. This study examines the dynamics of this competition with a concentrate on the elements that affect the outcome of both countries in exporting textiles to the world market. The focus of the analysis is on competitive advantage, business strategy and the economic impact of the country. Using a comprehensive research method, the journal identifies that production costs, product innovation and marketing strategies are key factors in textile export competition. Comparative advantage in this case plays an important role in shaping each country's position in the international market. The analysis also covers both countries' responses to global market dynamics, trade policy changes and other challenges affecting the textile industry. By understanding these factors, this journal provides policy recommendations that can improve the competitiveness and export status of Indonesian and Vietnamese textiles. The results of this study make an important contribution to understanding the complexity of textile export competition at the international level and provide a foundation for political strategies that can support both countries' sustainable growth in this sector. The analysis also covers both countries' responses to global market dynamics, trade policy changes and other challenges affecting the textile industry. Abstract

This research aims to explore how Work Spirit, Work Discipline, and Workload affect employee work productivity at PT. Trigon Scientific Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative research approach with an associative method. The population for this study includes all employees of PT. Trigon Scientific Indonesia, with a sample size of 50 respondents. For testing, the researcher used tests for Validity and Reliability, as well as Classical Assumption Tests, which consist of Normality Test, Linearity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test, and Multicollinearity Test. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-Test, F-Test, and Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results of the research indicate that in the Work Spirit variable, there is a positive and significant influence on Work Productivity. In the Work Discipline variable, there is a negative and insignificant influence on Work Productivity. And in the Workload variable, there is a negative and insignificant influence on Work Productivity. The result of the F-test is stated as positive and significant.

Abstract

The rapid Indonesia's culinary industry is now developing at encouraging the emergence of many fast food restaurants. Mie Gacoan is a type of fast food restaurant whose basic ingredients are noodles. Mie Gacoan is a fast food restaurant whose basic ingredients are noodles. Mie Gacoan is one of the many choices of companies that are concerned with the culinary sector. This company distributes its products in spread outlets. This fast food restaurant serves spicy noodles at a level according to the consumer's choice as the main menu. Apart from that, they also offer side dishes with a choice of dimsum, shrimp spring rolls and various variations of drinks, of course these noodles are much loved by consumers in their teens. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how price, taste, and service quality affect consumers' decisions to buy gacoan noodles in Solo Baru. This study employed a quantitative methodology. Then, using non-probability selection procedures, researchers selected a sample of 100 respondents for this study. Members of the population or elements chosen as samples in this technique do not have the same opportunities and chances. A questionnaire was used to obtain the data. Multiple regression analysis was used in the data analysis process with IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The study's findings demonstrated that price had no bearing on judgments about purchases, service quality had a big impact on decisions about purchases, and taste had no bearing at all.

Abstract

Academic performance is currently an interesting topic of conversation among academics. Even though academic performance has a positive impact it also has a negative impact on academic performance. Therefore, the role of digital citizenship is needed to prevent the negative impact of digital capability on academic performance among students. This research aims to analyze the influence of digital capability on academic performance with digital citizenship as a moderating variable. The population in this study was 274 second year fourth and sixth year students at vocational colleges. The sample was determined using stratified random sampling with the number of samples taken using the Slovin technique so that the sample obtained was 162 students. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS via WarpPLS 7.0 software. The research results show that digital capability has a significant effect on academic performance. However, digital citizenship is not a moderating variable in the influence of digital capability on academic performance. This study encourages vocational college leaders to carry out more intense digital citizenship outreach so that students' digital capability can increase academic performance to the maximum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and product price on consumer satisfaction of jasmine batik typical of Grobogan. In testing whether there is a relationship between Product Quality and Price Indicators on Customer Satisfaction, researchers use explanatory quantitative methodology. This study took a population based on data from the National Civil Service Agency (BKN), namely the number of civil servants in Grobogan Regency in 2023 was 11,545 people, consisting of 4,914 male employees and 6,886 female employees. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of Batik Tulis Jasmine through the results of correlation and product moment testing. Then, it was found that there was a positive and significant effect of product price on consumer satisfaction of Batik Tulis Jasmine through the results of correlation and product moment testing. Researchers also found that there is a positive and significant effect of product quality and product price on customer satisfaction of Batik Tulis Jasmine through the results of multiple correlation testing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development strategy for the Suaya tourist attraction, Sangalla' District, Tana Toraja Regency, the research method used in this study is descriptive and SWOT analysis, the data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques were conducted by interview , observation and literature study. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the IFAS Matrix obtained a total score of 3.04, this indicated that the internal conditions at the Suaya tourist attraction were in a strong position. The EFAS Matrix obtained a total score of 3.19, this indicates that the external conditions at the Suaya tourist attraction are in a strong position. Based on the results of the IFAS, EFAS matrix analysis, the SWOT diagram shows that the Suaya tourist attraction is in quadrant I, so the right strategy is the SO (Strength Opportunities) strategy and supports aggressive growth policies by taking advantage of existing opportunities and internal strengths owned by Suaya tourism objects.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is whether service quality affects people's satisfaction at the Tana Toraja BPN Office. The data collection method used in this research is library research and field research. The population in this study were all of the people served at the Tana Toraja BPN Office as many as 38,761 people while the sample in this study was 100 people. The analytical method used is simple linear regression, the results of the study state that service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction at the Tana Toraja BPN Office.
