Abstract

The implementation of hybrid solar cell and wind turbine technology can meet the electricity supply needs of shrimp farming partners by converting solar and wind energy into electrical energy. This reduces production costs related to electricity expenditures, as a significant portion is supplied by the hybrid solar cell and wind turbine technology. The sustainable design resulting from the application of hybrid solar cell and wind turbine technology enables the Tumampua shrimp farming group to become self-reliant and resilient in their electricity needs. This approach has the potential for mass application by other shrimp farming groups in Boriappaka Village, Pangkep Regency, fostering energy-independent communities and contributing to environmental protection and conservation

Abstract

Living on a slope is indeed dangerous, there is a high possibility of landslides, and it can also be a disaster because of the loss of life. This article reveals that settlements on sloping land must pay attention to the ergonomic limits of the slope angle to avoid accidents in the environment. This writing is designed descriptively/expositionally. Data was taken from various literature in the form of opinions from research related to environmental design regarding slope limits for non-stone soil. Conclusion: First, ergonomic limits for settlements can be made on a ground slope of 4 - 8 degrees or a slope of 7% - 15%. Second, living on a slope exceeding the ground angle of 4 - 8 degrees or a slope exceeding 7% - 15% will cause accidents. The causes of accidents living on slopes include: erosion, landslides, the value of the safety factor, which is what determines the soil's ability to accept small compressive and tensile loads and makes the slope increasingly unsafe. Suggestion: It is best to build a house or building not on a slope where the slope angle exceeds 4 - 8 degrees or the slope exceeds 7% - 15% to avoid accidents

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Return On Assets (ROA) and Current Ratio (CR) on the Financial Value of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Property and Real Estate Sub-Sector. 2020- 2022. The analysis considered both partial and simultaneous effects. Out of a population of 85 firms, 17 suitable sample companies were selected according to the specified criteria. This work is a quantitative study that specifically examines secondary data obtained using a ratio scale in statistical analysis. The employed analytical approach is multivariate linear regression analysis. The data analysis using the F test (simultaneous) shows that the value of the company is consistently and statistically significantly positively impacted by both the current ratio (CR) and return on assets (ROA). The Current Ratio (CR) has a somewhat negative and statistically significant impact on Company value, according to data analysis utilizing the partial t test. But the Return On Assets (ROA) has no bearing on the value of the company and is not statistically significant variable

Abstract

This study aims to examine the social behavior of boarding (kost) students towards the community in Ngestiharjo Village. Using a qualitative method and involving 10 informants, the study reveals that the social behavior of students is influenced by differences in ethnicity, race, and religion. When supervision is lacking, students tend to exhibit deviant behavior, particularly due to the boarding environment’s insufficient attention to their activities. In addition to their behavior in the boarding area, students often seek an escape outside the campus to overcome boredom and experience freedom. These findings highlight the importance of better management and supervision of the boarding environment to minimize deviant behavior and enhance positive interactions between students and the local community

Abstract

This At PT Pegadaian UPC Adam Malik in Medan City, research was done. Finding out how much Service Quality, Transaction Ease, and Transaction Security affect Customer Satisfaction at PT Pegadaian UPC Adam Malik Medan City was the aim of this study. This study employed a quantitative methodology, utilizing a sample of sixty questionnaires. SPSS was utilized to process the data. The study's findings suggest that service quality (X1) and customer happiness (Y) are significantly influenced by each other, at least in part (t-test). As the significance value of 0.043 is less than 0.05, it is evident that Ha is accepted and Ho is accepted. Partially (t-test), it was found that Ease of Transaction (X2) does not have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). This is indicated by the acquired significant value (0.242 <0.05), indicating the rejection of Ho and the acceptance of Ha. It was discovered that Transaction Security (X3) and Customer Satisfaction (Y) are significantly impacted simultaneously (F-test). This is demonstrated by the significant value that was achieved (0.005 <0.05), indicating acceptance of both Ha and Ho

Abstract

This studies article explores a novel method to derive Newton’s Standard regulation of Gravitation by using utilising Kepler’s laws of planetary motion. Kepler's empirical laws provided the muse for information planetary orbits, but it become Newton’s formulation of the law of gravitation that unified those observations within a framework of classical mechanics. This observe revisits the connection between Kepler’s legal guidelines and Newton’s idea, presenting an alternative derivation primarily based on Keplerian standards. by way of reformulating key ideas in phrases of orbital dynamics and pressure interactions, this approach offers a clearer physical interpretation of ways Newton's inverse-rectangular law arises from Kepler's observations

Abstract

This research was conducted at MA YASPI Cantayan, Sukabumi Regency. to determine the Influence of Teacher Performance and Work Discipline on Compensation. This study uses the Survey method. The population in this study were MA YASPI Cantayan Teachers, Sukabumi Regency with a sample size of 30 people. Based on the influence of Teacher Performance and Work Discipline on Compensation, it can be shown by the correlation value of R Square = 0.400 which is between 0.40-0.599, meaning it has a moderate relationship, a positive relationship which means that if Teacher Performance and Work Discipline are higher, compensationwill also rise. The coefficient of determination value is 40.0%, indicating that other variables not included in this study have an influence on theremaining 60.0%. This indicates that the role of work discipline (X2) and teacher performance (X1) on compensation (Y) is 40.0%. Based on the research results, the regression equation Y = 0.157 + (0.079) X1 + (0.599) X2 is obtained if the constant coefficient is 0.157, meaning that if the Teacher Performance variable (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) or the variable is stated as 0, then the Teacher Performance value (Y) is 0.157. The coefficient β1 = 0.079 indicates that a one, time rise in Teacher Performance will result in a 0.079 increase in Compensation value.β2 = 0.599 shows that a ten fold increase in work discipline will result in a 0.599 increase in the teacher performance rating

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the October 2023 earthquake on the Zinda Jan district, focusing on the structural integrity of more than 2000 newly constructed buildings situated near fault lines. The specific objective is to identify any vulnerabilities in the design of these structures. Advanced computer analyses, including Linear and Non-linear (Push-over analysis) assessments using Etabs software, were employed to investigate the structural performance of the buildings. The analysis revealed significant insights into the structural integrity of the new constructions. It was observed that certain central columns exhibited inadequate strength, thereby posing a considerable risk of failure during seismic events. This vulnerability primarily stems from a disparity in strength between columns and beams, with the latter being stronger. This research contributes to the field by emphasizing the critical role of meticulous design and analysis in safeguarding buildings located in earthquake-prone regions
