Abstract

The results of learning mathematics is a process of changing new behavior which is the result of giving experiences received by students in the learning process which includes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects whose success can be measured through written and oral tests. The learning outcomes achieved can be good or bad depending on the factors that influence them, including learning motivation and environmental factors study. This study aims to determine the effect of parental attention and peer environment on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Kolaka in 2022 using the Fuzzy logic of the Tsukamoto method. The data obtained in this study came from a questionnaire for the attention of parents and peers that had been filled out by students as well as mathematics learning outcomes obtained through the results of the even semester 2022 daily test scores. Based on the research results obtained in fuzzy calculations consisting of people's attention questionnaires parents and peer environment, it was found that the mathematics learning outcomes achieved were not good at 34.87 towards good mathematics learning outcomes at 65.12.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work culture, and motivation on employee performance at PT. PNM Medan Tembung. The research method employed in this study is quantitative research, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 employees of PT. PNM Medan Tembung. The data were then analyzed using Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results of the analysis indicate that work culture has a significant influence on employee performance, as well as employee motivation. However, no significant relationship was found between the work environment and employee performance. Additionally, employee motivation was found to mediate the relationship between work culture and employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of creating a positive and supportive work culture and enhancing employee motivation to improve individual and organizational performance. A supportive work environment can also influence employee motivation, making it essential for companies to create a conducive and motivating work environment. In conclusion, this research provides insights into the significance of work culture and motivation in enhancing employee performance at PT. PNM Medan Tembung. The implications of this study highlight the importance of companies paying attention to and effectively managing these factors to enhance organizational productivity and efficiency. Furthermore, this research can serve as a reference for future studies in the same field

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Communication, Workload and Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable. This type of research is quantitative research, which is finding scientific proof or testing based on theories and hypotheses. While its nature is the impact of the study, which is looking for influence between one variable and another. This research belongs to a type of comparative causal research that aims to investigate possible causal relationships that exist. The authors chose the sample using saturated sampling techniques because the population size is relatively small. So the number of samples in this study amounted to 150 people. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the the impact of leadership and the workplace environment on employee motivation and work productivity PNM Medan Branch employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the PLS program. and IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0. The unit of analysis used is all employees of the Medan Branch of PNM. The sample consists of 135 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire distributed online. The results of the study show that work motivation can mediate the influence of leadership and work environment significantly on work productivity at PNM Medan Branch

Abstract

This study aims to answer research questions regarding cognitive ability of students in the learning process of christian religious education using a scientific approach at Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School.This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research is carried out at Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School from February to April 2023. The informants identified in this study are 11 informants consisting of catholic religious education teachers, vice principals, and students. Data analysis is performed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing research conclusions. The results of the study show that the process of learning catholic religious education using a scientific approach supports the liveliness of learning activities. The school provides study and learning facilities, such as laptops, projectors, catholic religious education books, and manners for students. The cognitive abilities of students in the learning process of learning catholic religious at Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School have been known to have cognitive skills in each student in learning which has begun to increase

Abstract

The research aims to answer problems regarding implementation teaching strategy for catholic religious education teachers in class XI multiple intelligence-based learning at Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School.This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are students of Class XI Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School. The informants specified in this study are 12 people consisting of catholic religious education students and teachers. The research is conducted during March and April 2023. Data analysis is carried out by reduction, display, and triangulation. The results of the study show that catholic religious education teachers at Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School have implemented appropriate teaching strategies in learning based on multiple intelligences. The suggestion of this research is that multiple intelligences can be used as a focus of teaching strategies for catholic religious education teachers in multiple intelligences-based learning at Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School

Abstract

This study aims to answer research problems regarding development of students' spiritual intelligence through the learning process of christian religious education at Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School.This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Researchers conducted research at Budi Murni 2 Medan Catholic Private Senior High School from March to April 2023. The research subjects are selected by purposive sampling. The informants identified in this study are 11 people, namely the vice principal, religion teacher, and 9 students. Data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and research conclusions.The results of the study show that the development of students' spiritual intelligence is carried out by the teacher through the role of the religious teacher as a good spiritual shepherd for students, helping students fulfill their life mission, inviting students to read the scriptures, involving students in religious activities. Aspects of spiritual intelligence include self-awareness, spontaneity, caring, celebrating diversity, the ability to reframe, and humility

Abstract

This study aims to answer research problems about efforts of catholic religious education teachers in overcoming verbal violence in students at 1 Delitua State Senior High School.This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research is conducted at 1 Delitua State Senior High School from February to April 2023. The research subjects are selected by purposive sampling. The informants determined by the researcher are 15 people consisting of catholic religion teachers, school principals, student affairs teachers, guidance and counseling teachers, peer teachers, and 10 students. Data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and research conclusions. The results of the study show that verbal violence occurs in the school environment in the form of yelling, cursing, humiliating, intimidating, belittling and humiliating, and verbal bullying. Efforts made by the teacher in overcoming verbal violence in the communication aspect, namely the teacher approaches students and provides direction so that students dare to convey the forms of violence they experience

Abstract

Islam as an important force that influences economic development and business performance and it is not impediment to business development, entrepreneurship and skill acquisition. Its economic system view of entrepreneurship is an integral part of wealth creation for Muslims. The objective of this paper is to see how the concept of Islamic dignity of labour could assist Muslim participants in the area of entrepreneurship. The methodology of this research is theoretical, hence; it applied qualitative approach. The data collection was conducted through personal views of experts in the area of Islamic worldview, Islamic entrepreneurship, ethics and understanding of al-Qur’an, Sunnah and other Islamic sources. There is no doubt that if the Islamic concept of dignity of labour is adhered to, it would assist the Muslims to identify the lawful and the unlawful aspects of participation in the area of entrepreneurship. Findings showed effect of the Islamic ethical model on the Islamic entrepreneurship design. It is therefore recommended that whatever role the Muslims want to play in the area of entrepreneurship, the ethics inherent in the Islamic concept of dignity of labour should be applied

Abstract

Psychological changes in pregnant women can become a mental health problem. In Indonesia, 75% are worried about body image during pregnancy and 20% are depressed about their body shape during pregnancy. Preliminary studies at the Bunga Jadi Health Center in January-November 2022 found 371 pregnant women and initial interviews with 5 pregnant women found that they experienced disturbances in body image changes. This type of research is quasi-experimental, non-equivalent control group design. The population is all pregnant women in the working area of the Bunga Jadi Health Center for January-November 2022 a total of 371 people. Lameshow formula, so that the sample of the intervention group is pregnant women who are given empowerment of pregnant women (mental health education 2 meetings within 3 weeks, pregnancy exercise class 2 meetings within 3 weeks and use of VCO 2 times a day after bathing as much as 2 ml for each topical within 3 weeks) and the control group, namely pregnant women from regular exercise classes, each numbering 41 people
