Protrombin time (PT) test is conducted to identify abnormalities in blood clotting factors and assess the treatment that will be done to prevent bleeding. PT examination have several methods, one of wich, namely the method of photo-optic, wich check the protrombin time by detecting the turbidity that occurs as the value of protrombin time. An examination of the PT in influence by some of the things of which namely trigliserides as well as diabetes mellitus. High triglyceride levels will cause the serum to become turbid causing shortening of prothrombin time which is examined by the photooptic method, Based on the test results, it can be concluded that triglyceride levels with prothrombin time coagulation time, obtained the average triglyceride levels obtained 193 and the average coagulation time of 12.65 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. And also after this socialization activity all participants came to understand that there is a relationship between triglyceride levels with the time of coagulation of prothrombin time, which in this case is due to the turbidity caused by the tinnginya triglyceride levels in the blood.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis is known as a highly pathogenic bacterium. These bacteria are aerobic in shape like rods and have resistance to acids. These bacteria can cause tuberculosis (TB). TB disease has been widely known as a fairly high cause of death in the world. Tuberculosis causes the death of nearly one million women each year. Currently not a single country in the world has been free of tuberculosis. Data shows that Indonesia is the third largest contributor to tuberculosis cases in the world. Examination of mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria that are routinely performed in hospitals or health centers is using microscopic diagnosis of acid-resistant basil (BTA). Recently there has been a quick test of Mycobacterium tuberculosis using the semi-quantitative Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction Assay (RT-PCR) method that targets the rpoB gene in Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which can automatically process preparations by extraction of doxyribo nucleic acid (DNA) in catridge. Rt-PCR test results are very specific in detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis. There are some results that are not detected with microscopic examination (BTA) can be detected by RT-PCR technique. However, overall there is no significant difference in results between microscopic methods and RT-PCR. As well as seminar participants can follow and understand the materials submitted and also the examination procedures carried out.

The concept of service quality related to patient satisfaction can be determined by five elements, namely responsiveness, assurance, tangible, empathy and reliability. Patient satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of the performance of health services obtained after the patient compares it with what is expected. Fair and equitable services will be able to lead to satisfaction because the community at this time has begun to be critical in assessing services, especially in the health sector. This community service activity is in the form of measuring the quality of health services as an implementation of patient improvement strategies. Measurement of patient satisfaction is done through filling out a questionnaire sheet which is an instrument for measuring inpatient satisfaction, by patients who are going home. Quality services that provide a health service that is truly in accordance with the needs of the patient and refers to the level of service perfection. The more perfect the health services provided, the better the quality of health services.

Labor pain was a problem that has not received special attention, even though the goal of intrapartum care itself was to reduce pain during labor. It was not uncommon to find that every mother giving birth were very worried about the labor process that would be passed, this can trigger the perception of maternal pain. In addition, there were also mothers who were afraid and couldn’t stand the pain of going through the labor process or opening the birth canal because they feel severe pain during the first stage of labor, this sometimes makes mothers think short and choose the Sectio Cesaria action as one of the best solutions, whereas delivery by Caesarean section has many risks and the postpartum healing process takes longer than those of a normal delivery. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is found that the reduction of labor pain could be done by using effleurage massage. This technique was quite simple and easy to do as a pain relief for mothers during the active phase of labor. This massage was quite easy to do by health professionals such as midwives, and could also be applied by families or mothers who were in labor by giving gentle, long and continuous strokes. Nurses and midwives must have the ability to manage labor pain management for mothers with the delivery process. The aimed of this activities was to increased nurse and midwife’s knowledge in reduce the labour pain intensity.

Data were obtained from medical records, drug information cards and patient interviews. The results of this study were 41 patients who were used as subjects. There were 3 people (7.32%) experienced DRPs and 38 people (92.68%) did not experience DRPs. Of the seven categories of DRPs, there were only 2 categories of DRPs, category 1, namely congenital drug therapy that was not localized (2.44%) and category 2, which was the incidence of too high a dose (4.88%)
