Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) bagaimana pengaruh latihan interval terhadap kecepatan renang gaya bebas 100 meter (2) bagaimana pengaruh tanpa perlakuan latihan interval terhadap kecepatan renang gaya bebas 100 meter (3) apakah latihan interval 1:1 menurunkan waktu tempuh berenang gaya beabs 100 meter. Penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimental semu yang bertujuan untuk menguji secara langsung pengaruh suatu variabel terhadap variabel lain dengan desain pre-test and post-test control group. Pada penelitan ini jumlah populasi atlet renang PR Paotere sebanyak 50 orang, dan pengambilan sampel berjumlah 8 orang atlet laki-laki pada Kelompok Umur 3 (12-14 tahun).Berdasarkan hasil data maka : (1) berdasarkan hasil uji T sampel kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah 4 atlet renang terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada latihan interval terhadap kecepatan renang gaya bebas 100 meter dengan nilai pretest 1.08.8700 postetst 1.06.8300 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,048 (2) tidak ada pengaruh kelompok kontrol terhadap kecepatan renang gaya bebas 100 meter atlet renang PR Paotere (3) latihan interval 1:1 menurunkan waktu tempuh berenang gaya bebas 100 meter sebesar 0,02.04000 atlet renang PR Paotere. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode latihan interval 1:1 dapat meningkatkan kecepatan renang 100 meter gaya bebas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between arm muscle strength and height with smash accuracy in badminton among PB. Karsa Mandiri Makassar athletes. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a descriptive analysis design, normality, and homogeneity. The research subjects consisted of 16 badminton athletes actively training at PB. Karsa Mandiri Makassar. Data collection was conducted through measurements of arm muscle strength using a dynamometer and height using standard measuring instruments. Smash accuracy was measured through a smash skill test in badminton. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to describe the characteristics of each variable. Normality tests were conducted to ensure normal data distribution using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, while hypothesis testing was conducted using linear regression statistical techniques to see the effect of arm muscle strength and height on smash accuracy. The analysis results showed that the data were normally distributed. Additionally, a positive and significant relationship was found between arm muscle strength and smash accuracy (sig. T = 0.003 < 0.05), as well as between height and smash accuracy (sig. T = 0.019 < 0.05). This indicates that the better the arm muscle strength and the taller the athlete's posture, the better the resulting smash accuracy. The F-test result with a probability value of 0.001 indicates significance below the 0.05 significance level. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the independent variables of arm muscle strength and height simultaneously (together) have an influence on smash accuracy.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of normal push up training and decline push up training and the difference between normal push up training and decline push up training on jump serves in the SMAN 6 Jeneponto volleyball game. The sample in the study was 24 people. This research is an experimental study by giving jump serve tests in the form of pretests and posttests. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 25. The results of data testing obtained a t-count value of 5,000 and for the t-table obtained 1,795 and a significance value of 0.000 <α0.05, these results indicate that there is a significant difference. Because the t-count is greater than the t-table, so Ho is rejected, thus meaning that there is a significant effect of normal push up training on jump service ability. The results of data testing obtained a t-count value of 5,082 and for the t-table obtained 1,795 and a significance value of 0.000 <α0.05, these results indicate that there is a significant difference. Because the t-count is greater than the t-table, so Ho is rejected, thus it means that there is a significant effect of decline push up training on jump service ability. Based on the table above, the t-test has a post-test value between the normal push up training group and the decline push up training as follows. The results of data testing obtained a t-count value of 1,292 and for the t-table obtained 2,073 and a significance value of 0.210 greaterα = 0.05, Ho rejected H1 accept means there is a difference in jump serve between students who get normal push up training and decline push up training. Conclusion 1) there is a significant effect of normal push up training on jump serve ability. 2) There is a significant effect of decline push up training on jump serve ability. 3) There is a difference between normal push up training and decline push up training on the ability to jump serve in the ball game of SMAN 6 Jeneponto students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kepuasan wisatawan terhadap destinasi wisata olahraga di Kota Bandung, dengan fokus pada dua lokasi utama, yaitu Kiara Artha Park dan Lapangan Gasibu. Wisata olahraga merupakan fenomena yang semakin berkembang dalam industri pariwisata, dengan pengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kepuasan pengunjung. Data dikumpulkan dari wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Taman Kiara Artha dan Lapangan Gasibu melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung selama dua minggu pada akhir pekan. Skala Likert lima poin digunakan untuk menilai kepuasan wisatawan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics Version 23. Nilai yang dirasakan, dan keterlibatan emosional. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Kiara Artha Park memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang lebih tinggi (72.68) dibandingkan Gasibu (69.92). Aspek emosi mendalam seperti kasih sayang dan inspirasi lebih rendah di kedua destinasi, meskipun Kiara Artha Park unggul dalam hal kesenangan dan nilai yang dirasakan. Strategi peningkatan kualitas destinasi, terutama dalam hal fasilitas dan layanan, diperlukan untuk memastikan pengalaman yang lebih konsisten dan memuaskan bagi semua wisatawan. Pengelola wisata dapat menggunakan temuan ini untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif, meningkatkan loyalitas wisatawan, dan mempromosikan Bandung sebagai destinasi wisata olahraga yang unggul.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the overhead passing ability of female volleyball athletes at SMK KARTEK 2 Jatilawang after undergoing training with a setter ball. The research employs a Pre-Experimental Design using observational methods with data collection through tests. The subjects of this research are 20 female volleyball athletes. The research instrument utilized is the AAHPER to measure overhead passing ability through a Volleyball Skills Test. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis, presented in scores adjusted according to applicable norms. The results indicate that the setter ball training shows a significant difference (0.000) in the overhead passing ability of female volleyball athletes at SMK KARTEK 2 Jatilawang.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the supporting factors for the implementation of volleyball extracurricular training at vocational high schools in Gumelar District. The research method used is descriptive with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires from the population of students involved in the volleyball extracurricular activity, totaling 82 students, using total sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted quantitatively in a descriptive manner and presented in percentage form. The results indicate that the supporting factors for the implementation of volleyball extracurricular training are categorized as "very poor" for 4 students (4.88%), "poor" for 11 students (26.83%), "adequate" for 32 students (39.02%), "good" for 15 students (18.29%), and "very good" for 9 students (10.98%). With an average score of 119.95, these results suggest that the supporting factors for the implementation of volleyball extracurricular training at the school are classified as "adequate."

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the basic futsal skills of the extracurricular participants at the school. This research is a descriptive quantitative study that employs a survey method and data collection techniques through testing. The subjects of the study consist of futsal extracurricular students aged 10-12 years at SD N Karangtalun 05, totaling 20 participants. The instrument used is a basic futsal skills test model for the 10-12 age group developed by (Wijayanti & Kushartanti, 2014). To assess the basic ability to play futsal, four test items are combined into one test series: dribbling, passing, controlling, and shooting. The data analysis technique applied in this study is descriptive quantitative, presented in the form of t-scores adjusted to the applicable norms. The results indicate that the level of basic futsal skills among participants in the extracurricular program at SD N Karangtalun 05 includes 5 students in the very good category, 11 students in the good category, 3 students in the moderate category, 1 student in the poor category, and no students in the very poor category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan ball feeling dan leadder drill terhadap kemampuan dribbling pada pemain Brotherhood Futsal Club. Jenis penelitian merupakan eksperimen dengan one grup pretest-postest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 pemain dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan dribbling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis (uji-t) pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan ball feeling dan ladder drill terhadap kemampuan dribbling pada pemain futsal Brotherhood Futsal Club dengan nilai rata-rata pretest 18,61 dan postest 14,46, dimana thitung (9,837) > ttabel (2,144). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh latihan ball feeling dan ladder drill terhadap kemampuan dribbling pada pemain futsal Brotherhood Futsal Club.

Abstract

In the learning process, there are many challenges faced by physical education teachers at schools, particularly in providing a comfortable learning environment for students. Physical education teachers need to be able to offer engaging learning experiences, whether using tools or making modifications, so that PJOK (Physical Education, Sports, and Health) lessons are enjoyable for students. This research was conducted to understand the challenges faced by physical education teachers in modifying PJOK learning media in elementary schools using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data analysis shows that 1 physical education teacher falls into the excellent category with a percentage of 12.5%, 1 teacher is in the good category with a percentage of 12.5%, 4 teachers are in the moderate category with a percentage of 50%, 1 teacher is in the less good category with a percentage of 12.5%, and 1 teacher is in the poor category with a percentage of 12.5%. The contributing factors include, firstly, inadequate facilities and infrastructure at the school, which do not support the learning process, causing difficulties for the teachers as many students struggle to grasp the material. Second, the relatively low level of creativity among physical education teachers in teaching PJOK. Thirdly, the high workload, especially due to their responsibilities for numerous extracurricular activities and sports at the school, in addition to their classroom teaching duties. The conclusion of this research is that the inadequate facilities and infrastructure, relatively low creativity levels among teachers, and the high workload are significant challenges

Abstract

This study is an experiment that aims to increase student motivation through the implementation of a differentiation learning model in physical fitness courses. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Sport Sciences, Makassar State University with a sample size of 37 students. The sampling technique was carried out using a random sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out using a motivation questionnaire with a Crinbach's Alpha reliability value of 0.960. The questions consisted of 20 items with 5 (five) answer choices. The data analysis technique was carried out using the t-test and the N-Gain test which aimed to determine the extent to which the implementation of the differentiation learning model was effective in increasing student motivation in following the lecture process. Based on the results of the effectiveness test, the maximum value was 89.29; the minimum value was 52.63; and the average value was 75.6. Based on these average values, it can be concluded that the implementation of the differentiation learning model is quite effective in increasing student learning motivation in physical fitness lectures.
