Abstract

Repeat purchase describes a customer’s decision to repurchase the same product or service, reflecting their satisfaction and that their expectations have been fulfilled. This research explores how brand image mediates the relationship between social media marketing and repeat purchase behavior among customers of Kober Mie Denpasar. A total of 130 respondents, selected through purposive sampling, completed a structured survey, and their responses were analyzed using SEM‑PLS 3. The analysis reveals that social media marketing has a direct, positive, and statistically significant impact on repeat purchase intentions. It also enhances brand image, which in turn positively influences the likelihood of customers making repeat purchases. Moreover, brand image functions as a crucial mediator, intensifying the effect of social media marketing on repeat buying behavior. These results underscore the importance for businesses to develop compelling social media strategies that not only generate immediate sales but also cultivate a strong brand image to support lasting customer loyalty.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the challenges in public health that requires effective intervention from the village government. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Kramatsampang Village government in preventing and handling stunting and the obstacles faced in its implementation. The theoretical framework used is Mintzberg's role theory, which consists of three role categories: (1) Interpersonal Role, (2) Informational Role, and (3) Decision-Making Role. The descriptive qualitative method was applied in this study with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted through three stages, namely Data Reduction (Simplification), Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. The results showed that the Kramatsampang Village Government has played an optimal role in supervising health and nutrition programs, although there are obstacles such as cultural influences and low public awareness of environmental hygiene and the importance of balanced nutrition. Overall, the Kramatsampang Village Government has shown a significant role in dealing with stunting, but more effective strategies are still needed in improving information affordability, community participation, and optimizing resources to support the sustainability of the stunting prevention program.

Abstract

This research discusses the Kelingan Adminduk Program Service Getting Closer to the Community. The main focus of this research is to understand and examine the Kelingan Adminduk program service so that it can be closer to the community. In this research, qualitative methods were applied through a series of data collection activities, namely through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The theory used in this research is the public service theory according to Lijan Poltak Sinambela. Based on the findings of the field research, the Kelingan Adminduk program has been implemented well, but the transparency indicator is still constrained by a lack of human resources and limited enrollment tools. Unstable internet connections and SIAK application disruptions are also obstacles faced by officers. To address these challenges, the Cirebon District Population and Civil Registration Office has taken measures such as improving service quality, maintaining and developing infrastructure, conducting routine evaluations, and establishing an open discussion forum for the community.

Abstract

In implementing this system, there are various problems that must be addressed, one of which is the limited human resources and the suboptimal use of SINTREN at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Cirebon Regency. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the quality of services provided by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Cirebon Regency in the implementation of the Integrated Population Information System (SINTREN) in the process of issuing birth certificates. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that SINTREN has great potential to improve the quality of public services in the field of population administration and has been regulated in the regional regulations of Cirebon Regency. However, the reality has not been optimal, as seen from several problems and obstacles. The factors causing the quality of service to be suboptimal are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.  Efforts to optimize the quality of the integrated population information service system of the Cirebon District Population and Civil Registration Office include human resource training, community outreach, and simplification of administrative processes, which are essential for optimizing SINTREN.

Abstract

This study explores the inconsistency in leadership styles among village heads, focusing on the case of Keduanan Village, where leaders initially adopt a democratic approach but gradually shift toward authoritarian practices. Using Soerjono Soekanto's theory of leadership characteristics and a qualitative method through interviews, observations, and documentation, the study finds that although the Village Head claims to use a democratic leadership style, the practice lacks inclusivity and transparency. Key decisions are often made without involving relevant community groups or proper deliberation. The study concludes that there is a mismatch between the stated leadership style and its implementation, highlighting the need for improved democratic practices and more active community participation in village governance.

Abstract

The rapid economic growth in Cirebon City, especially in the trade and service sectors, is not balanced by the availability of adequate parking lots, thus causing an increase in illegal parking that disrupts traffic order. This study aims to analyze the application of collaborative governance in dealing with the problem of illegal parking in Cirebon City, especially in traffic order areas such as Jalan Dr. Sudarsono and Jalan Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation of illegal parking locations, in-depth interviews with stakeholders, and document studies related to parking policies. The data obtained were analyzed using Ansell & Gash's collaborative governance model, which includes four dimensions: initial conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership, and collaborative processes, which are further classified in a hexahelix framework (government, private, academic, community, mass media, and society). The results of the study show that the collaboration carried out by the Parking Unit with various stakeholders has not run optimally, due to: (1) weak coordination between agencies, (2) limited resources in regulatory enforcement, (3) lack of active participation of several hexahelix elements in the decision-making process, and (4) the absence of strict sanctions against illegal parking violators. This study recommends the need to strengthen the role of facilitative leadership and increase the effectiveness of collaborative processes through regular discussion forums and feedback mechanisms involving all elements of hexahelix.
