Abstract

Teacher pedagogical competence is a competency that teachers must have in the form of the ability to organize student learning in the classroom. The issue of this research is how teachers integrate pedagogical competence in the independent curriculum in the digital era at MTS LABORATORY UINSU. The type of research used focuses on in a qualitative approach that involves case studies. The data collection technique used is the observation method, interview and study documents. Interviews are often also said to be interviews conducted with Mrs. Helmiati S.Pd as an arts and culture teacher. Observations or observations are carried out to obtain accurate information from the research object. Documentation, in other words, document study is carried out in the first two sessions. during the interview and secondly when the interview process has been completed as research evidence. The research results show that the analysis of teacher pedagogical competence in implementing the independent curriculum in the digital era has not gone well in accordance with pedagogical competence due to the lack of supporting infrastructure for learning according to the independent curriculum in the digital era .

Abstract

This research was motivated by the author's interest in the short story Nusantara Abad 16 by Eko Darmoko which deals with violence against female characters. The method in this research is a qualitative method that produces written data from texts that refer to social problems. The techniques used are data collection, data analysis, and presentation of data analysis results. After conducting research, it can be concluded that there is a form of violence against women in the short story Nusantara Abad 16. Data collection techniques used library, reading and note-taking methods. The library technique is using written sources to obtain data. The problem discussed in this research is how the forms of violence against one of the female characters in the short story Nusantara Abad 16 consist of public violence, namely: sexual violence and non-sexual violence. This research aims to describe forms of violence against women and explain the causes of violence against women in the short story Nusantara Abad 16.

Abstract

The moral crisis that has plagued us for thousands of years raises deep concerns about the moral values of modern society. The ethical crisis at the turn of the millennium became an increasingly serious and complex problem. Various factors, such as the influence of globalization, technological developments, and social change, shape the context of individual behavior and undermine basic moral values. This essay examines the importance of citizenship education as a key solution for the formation of humanity and social ethics at the turn of the millennium. In today's digital era, citizenship has become an increasingly important part of individual and societal identity. Strengthening citizenship in today's digital era requires citizenship education that is comprehensive and responsive to the challenges of today's digital society. The aim of this brief report is to explain the importance of holistic citizenship education to strengthen citizenship in the digital era and to provide knowledge about how this can be achieved through holistic citizenship education. This research discusses the concept of citizenship education, the role of educational institutions, and the challenges in implementing citizenship values in education. These findings highlight the importance of citizenship education to address the current moral crisis and highlight the need for cooperation between states, educational institutions, and society to achieve this goal.

Abstract

Education is an important suggestion in improving and developing human resources in a nation. conservation has the meaning of preservation, namely to preserve or maintain the carrying capacity, quality, function and ability of the natural environment in a balanced manner. Conservation education is education that provides a positive influence on behavior, attitudes and ways of thinking related to the management of natural resources and the ecosystems that exist in it. The need for conservation education is to foster an attitude of environmental care in children and adults. To form humans who are aware of the importance of preserving rivers, it is necessary to foster, direct and make someone have a soul that loves the environment. Parents as the first and main educators in the household have a very big role in shaping children's attitudes and behavior to care about the environment.

Abstract

This research examines the learning management of the package C program at PKBM Generasi Amanah Sampali Percut Sei Tuan, Medan Estate, Deli Serdang, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra 20371. The aim of this research is to find out how the package C program learning is managed at PKBM Generasi Amanah Deli Serdang Regency . This research uses a qualitative approach and a case study type of research. The subject of the research is the package C manager. This research data was collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data is processed by data reduction, data presentation, as well as conclusions and verification. The results of the research show that this research examines the learning management of the Package C program at PKBM Generasi Amanah, Deli Serdang Regency through several stages, namely: Planning which includes identifying the needs of learning residents, preparing teaching modules. Implementation which includes activities for determining schedules and dividing classes and implementing learning using variations. methods, approaches, media and learning resources; Supervision which includes monitoring and follow-up carried out by the manager or head of the institution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif terhadap fenomena Pengaruh Kompensasi,Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Kepolisian pada Polsek Kecamatan Johan Pahlawan Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Metode Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini teknik Total Samplin. Data yang digunakan adalah data Primer dan data Skunder. Teknik analisis data yang akan digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,uji asumsi klasik, Uji analisis regresi linier berganda,pengujian hipotesis menggunakan softwere SPSS dan koefesien Determinasi. Hasil pengujian ini  menyatakan bahwa Kompetensi,Disiplin Kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Kepolisian  pada Polsek Johan Pahlawan Kabupaten Aceh Barat.

Abstract

The mbecek tradition is a tradition passed down from generation to generation in the village of Tempuguruh, Banyuwangi. Mbecek is not an activity of attending a celebration by bringing souvenirs to give to the person having the celebration. With this tradition, the people of Tempuguruh village will make an effort to be present to fulfill the invitation that has been given. Usually they will bring donations in the form of money and basic necessities to help people who are having a celebration. Mbecek is not only for going to weddings, sometimes also for attending circumcision parties, thanksgivings and various other events. However, this research focuses on weddings. The traditional values contained in mbecek attracted the author's attention to research further into the existence of mbecek in Temuguruh village, Banyuwangi district. The value of social order is formed in this tradition, the temuguruh community will attend this celebration immediately because they comply with the norms that exist in social life. So like it or not, people will mbecek when they receive an invitation. The research method in this writing uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, so that researchers can explore the lives of the Tempuguruh village community in carrying out the Mbecek tradition. So that researchers get detailed information to find out the existence of the mbecek tradition that exists among the people of Temuguruh Village.

Abstract

Settlements of fishermen are usually inhabited by people whose main livelihood is dependent on the sea, and the building pattern is located on the coast or sea waters; a close relationship between the lives of fishermen and nature is shown by the settlement pattern located on the seashore. Fishermen's settlements are formed from similarities in culture and main livelihoods; other factors shape the character of a fisherman's settlement. This study aims to obtain the character of the fishermen's settlement pattern on the island of Galo-Galo both from the Settlement Pattern, Land Use Pattern, and Road Network Pattern so that it can be the direction and strategy for the sustainable development of fishermen's settlements, especially in communities located on small islands. Fishermen's houses and docks. The land condition of Galo-Galo village is sloping with craggy soil. Land use in Galo-Galo village tends to approach the coast of the fishermen's settlement pattern. Galo-Galo Village also includes other important places, such as landing places for fish catches and places for selling catches. Fish landing sites are usually located near the beach and are used to clean, process, and preserve fish caught by fishermen. Meanwhile, where the catch is sold, it is usually taken directly to the city.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the design of media development and determine the effectiveness of media development. This research includes research on development using the development method. The development methods used are interviews, tests, and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Where in the results of the study it can be seen that the support for the game of snakes and ladders was developed using development methods such as analysis, design, which in this case when analyzing the development of this field, students are excited to le jiarn PAI again, initially they feel bored learning PAI, which means poor communication. effective occurs when playing the game of snakes and ladders while learning PAI in class. So, the Snakes and Ladders game aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in terms of PAI knowledge and skills

Abstract

To increase student enthusiasm and learning outcomes, learning is needed that applies innovative and creative learning models and media. One learning model that can be used is the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model with infographic media. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of implementing the Jigsaw learning model assisted by infographic media in speed reading (scanning) material in an effort to improve student learning outcomes in literacy AKM. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection instruments were carried out using observations and tests. Based on research results, the application of the Jigsaw learning model assisted by infographic media on speed reading (scanning) material was able to improve learning outcomes with learning outcomes in cycle I reaching 67 with a percentage of 33.3% of which 30 students only completed 10. Meanwhile, learning outcomes in cycle II reached 76.67 and the percentage of students who completed was 66.6%, where of the 30 students, 20 students had passed.
