Abstract

The main problems of this research are 1) What is the meaning of online buying and selling? 2) How is online buying and selling implemented? 3) What is the Law on Online Buying and Selling in Islamic Law?. In this research, the author utilizes a qualitative research model, the author's technique for collecting data is by utilizing reading sources from books, journals and websites. Which I then analyzed and put it in written form. E-Commerce is a process of buying and selling products electronically by consumers and from company to company with computers as intermediaries for business transactions. The media that can be used in E-Commerce activities is the world wide web internet. The implementation of online buying and selling is that online sales and purchases are often only based on trust, which means that the perpetrators of online buying and selling are often not clearly known, so that quite a few of these buying and selling models end in fraud. For more details regarding the implementation of online buying and selling, it can be explained in detail as follows: implementation of transactions (contracts) in online buying and selling, payments in online buying and selling, delivery of goods, online buying and selling locations, online buying and selling components. When viewed from its operational system, e-commerce according to contemporary jurisprudence is a tool, media, technical method or facility (wasilah) which according to sharia rules is flexible, dynamic and variable. This includes undisciplined dunya (worldly technical issues) during the corridor of sharia for Muslims to master and utilize developments of the times for common prosperity. According to the rules of fiqh as stated by Wahbah Zuhaili, the basic principles of muamalah transactions and the conditions related to them are permissible as long as they are not prohibited by the sharia or contrary to the propositions.

Abstract

This research discusses modernization, democratization and civil society in Islamic education as an effort to answer the challenges of contemporary developments. The modernization of Islamic education aims to adapt the education system to advances in science and technology, so that it remains relevant to the needs of the times. The democraticization of Islamic education focuses on implementing democratic values such as justice, equality and participation in the education system, to overcome inequality and the marginalization of certain groups. Islamic education civil society involves the active role of the community in providing education through various organizations and non-governmental institutions. The philosophical basis of these three movements is the philosophy of Islamic education, which prioritizes the formation of people who are faithful, knowledgeable and devout, as well as adaptive to changing times. This research uses a qualitative approach with library methods to collect and analyze data from various sources. The research results show that modernization, democratization and civil society in Islamic education can improve the quality and relevance of Islamic education in the modern era.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether service quality and product quality affect customer satisfaction in Fastfood Restaurants.In this study has several problems such as limited questionnaire data collection, some respondents are less responsive. This study also determined the population and sample where the population was all customers of KFC Fastfood Restaurants in Palembang City and for the sample of 105 respondents. From the research that has been done, researchers draw conclusions that the data obtained is primary data. For sample acquisition using non-probability sampling techniques where this method is usually used for data processing using multiple linear analysis data processing using SPSS applications. This research shows the results that service quality, product quality have a positive influence on customer satisfaction at KFC Fastfood Restaurant in Palembang City.

Abstract

This article discusses the planning of the Islamic education system in the view of the Ecclesiastes No. 20 Year 2003. Islamic education is understood as a process of change and Islamic values through the process of self-development, with the aim of achieving the perfection of life. In any activity, planning is an important and strategic component that serves as a guideline when conducting an activity in order to a goal, goal, or goal expected.The author searches for information about the Islamic Education System Planning: A View of the Law No. 20 of 2003 through a variety of library information, including books and scientific journals. As one of the elements of the national education system, Islamic education has the right to exist and to have the opportunity to advance and thrive in Indonesia as a form of fulfilling the educational needs of Muslim communities that are majority citizens because Islamic religion education is an integral part of the National Education System. The State has an obligation or responsibility to promote Islamic religious education. In the Islamic educational system, planning serves as a basic benchmark, direction and guidance in determining decisions, in conducting and directing educational activities, in improving the quality of education in accordance with the national educational development as the realization of educational goals in order to create an individual with a Muslim personality based on the values of Islamic teachings that originate from the Quran and the Sunnah.

Abstract

This article aims to describe students' learning motivation, as well as examining how Learning Motivation influences MI students' Arabic language lessons at MIN 6 Medan City. The research method used is a qualitative method in the form of literature study and field study. With data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and document studies. The results of the research show that motivation greatly influences the interest of MI students, especially in MIN 6 Medan City, in studying Arabic. From the observation results, it was found that students who have high learning motivation will obtain better learning compared to students who have low learning motivation. So in improving the learning outcomes of a subject, efforts are needed to increase student motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how capital and labor influence furniture production in the Mulyo Joyo furniture business. This research is quantitative descriptive in nature, the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, where the results of the research show that simultaneously capital and labor and increase, this  increases the amount of furniture production. From this research, information was obtained relating to the total revenue and profits obtained by the furniture business. When compared with the total revenue and profit in 2020, the total revenue and profit from the furniture business has decreased because production in 2020 decreased.

Abstract

Sholat dhuha merupakan salah satu sholat sunnah yang dilakasanakan minimal 2 rakaat dalam seminggu. siswa siswi SMP N 1 Padang Gelugur semua diwajibkan melaksanakan sholat dhuha supaya bisa tertib dan disiplin, karena sholat dhuha dapat membentuk perilaku yang baik (akhlakul karimah). Namun disisi lain, masih banyak siswa yang kurang tertib, sering terlambat dalam mengikuti sholat dhuha. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjelaskan tentang manfaat sholat dhuha bagi siswa SMP N 1 Padang Gelugur dan manfaat dilakukan sholat dhuha yaitu untuk pembentukan akhlakul karimah siswa di SMP N 1 Padang Gelugur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di SMP N 1 Padang Gelugur. Sumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. dalam pengumpulkan data, penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa (1) Manfaat sholat dhuha bagi siswa SMP N 1 Padang Gelugur adalah siswa merasa nyaman, tenang, pikiran menjadi jernih, serta lancar membaca surat yasin. (2) Manfaaat sholat dhuha dalam pembentukan akhlakul karimah siswa di SMP N 1 Padang Gelugur adalah siswa memiliki perilaku yang lebih baik, seperti disiplin dalam melaksanakan sholat dhuha dan menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari di SMP N 1 Padang Gelugur. Seperti tepat waktu dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pembelajaran tatap muka dan blended learning terhadap hasil belajar pada mareri algoritma dan pemrograman siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Jawai ditinjau dari gaya belajar. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 70 siswa dan sampel penelitian sejumlah 70 siswa dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah ANOVA dua jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak  terdapat interaksi antara pendekatan pembelajaran blended learning dengan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Jawai pada materi Algoritma dan Pemrograman.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of student conditions and learning environment on the learning motivation of Office Administration Education students at the State University of Medan. The research method used is quantitative. The data analysis technique employed is statistical analysis through hypothesis testing using the T-test. The data collection technique utilized was a questionnaire distributed online, containing relevant questions regarding student conditions, learning environment, and learning motivation. The findings of the study indicate that student conditions and learning environment do not have a significant influence on the learning motivation of Office Administration Education students.

Abstract

The current development of human resources has a huge influence on the company. Business competition is currently very competitive and entrepreneurs who run micro and macro businesses must be more able to develop and compete competitively. This research aims to determine the role of competency (Z) in mediating selection (XI) and training (X2) on employee performance (Y) at the Nganjuk Sadex (Shuttlecock) factory. Using a quantitative approach, the research subjects were employees of the Nganjuk Sadex (Shuttlecock) factory. The employee sample consisted of 80 production employees. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The research uses the Smart-PLS method. The results show that; (1) selection has a significant effect on competency, (2) training has an insignificant effect on competency, (3) selection has an insignificant effect on employee performance, (4) training has a significant effect on performance, (5) competency has a significant effect on employee performance, (6) competence mediating selection has a significant effect on employee performance, and (7) competence mediating training has a significant effect on employee performance.
