Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of information on the official website of the Toba Regency Government. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study assesses the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. The results show that overall, the accuracy of information on the official website of the Toba Regency Government is fairly good, but it requires periodic rechecking and improvement. Some identified shortcomings include the insecurity of certain websites, the presence of empty pages without information or data, and suboptimal navigation options that lead visitors back to the homepage. Additionally, the lack of information updates is a significant issue, considering the importance of providing up-to-date information to the public about activities and recent developments. Therefore, it is recommended that efforts for regular improvement and updates be undertaken to enhance the quality and reliability of the Toba Regency Government's website.

Abstract

In emergency situations, the military's role becomes important and has a major impact on the security, stability and survival of a nation. Emergencies can take the form of war, natural disasters, internal conflicts or serious threats to national security. The military's role is primarily to maintain national security and state sovereignty. Therefore, clear laws and good governance are needed to ensure the military's role in emergency situations is carried out based on the principles of justice, transparency and accountability. In this research, normative legal research is used. Where normative legal research is done by researching materials in libraries or secondary data. In the Indonesian state constitution, it is briefly stated about how to determine the state when it is in a state of emergency. As an implementation of the constitutional mandate, Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perpu) Number 23 of 1959 was issued (Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perpu) Number 23 of 1959 concerning the Revocation of Law Number 74 of 1957 (State Gazette Number 160 of 1957) And Determination of a State of Danger. This law also covers the entire role of the military if the country is in a state of emergency, whether civil, military or war. The military, as stated in the law, takes a fairly large part in handling emergencies. The military's role during the conflict has been the focus of debate regarding its activities, policies and impact on the people of Aceh. The TNI's role in the Aceh war was, among other things, a response to GAM activities accused of separatism. Military operations include military security operations and anti-military policies.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the KPU's policy in using SIREKAP as a tool by providing another alternative to the KPU's objectives, namely that the KPU can use other information technology media to publish the results of voting and vote counting at the polling station level, not just SIREKAP. Methods Research methods, empirical law (non-doctrinal), case and policy approaches, data collection using documentation, observation and interviews and combining with literature review of legal documents relevant to the object under study, and analyzed descriptively. The research found that Sirekap, which was widely criticized by the Indonesian people, was predicted to be a tool, but was not actually a tool and even made things difficult, created differences in views, and created problems during the publication of the results of the count and recapitulation in stages. Sirekap as a publication media that shows transparency should be able to use alternative social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Websites, and others that can publish images or videos.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pegawai di berbagai departemen di Kota Palembang, dengan jumlah responden pengguna sebanyak 109 orang. Analisis data melibatkan tektnik statistik deskriptif, korelasi dan regresi untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara variabel independen ( gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja) dengan variabel independen (gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja) dengan variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di dunia bisnis di palembang. Temuan penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan praktis bagi pemimpin dan manajer di palembang untuk mengoptimalkan gaya kepemimpinan dan strategi motivasi kerja guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

One of the current development concepts is to use Regional Autonomy (decentralization) through policy Number 32 of 2004. This policy tries to determine how development is based on the wishes of the community, whether the community is capable of managing its area in development or vice versa. Community-based development (people centered development) is a democratic development model and enlivens the atmosphere of development at the grassroots. In this way, it is hoped that this pattern can improve various problems that occur among the community, realizing local wisdom, so that the maturity of the community in development will be visible and have the effect of strengthening unity and cohesion.

Abstract

Indonesian law consists of two separate legal frameworks such as general criminal law and military law. General criminal law applies to civilians and is based on general principles of law and human rights. In contrast, military law is specific to TNI soldiers, with a focus on state security and military discipline, which can conflict with individual rights. The two legal instruments have differences in terms of principles, which of course can have legal implications. This difference also opens the door to opportunities for legal imbalances between military and criminal law in its enforcement. Human rights protection becomes fragile when the law raises question marks. This research focuses on the differences in the principles of criminal law and national military law against human rights, using a normative juridical method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach to review regulations, norms, concepts, principles that will be associated with human rights.

Abstract

The aims of this research were find out the types of errors in writing recount text, the research and the sample was tenth grade students of  X. In this study, descriptive qualitative research was the methodology employed.  The study's results, which examined different forms of student errors, were obtained from their recount texts in the form of essay tests. In order to determine how the errors happened, the researcher also conducted interviews to gather information. The study's findings showed that MA Al Ishlah students continued to make mistakes in their recount texts. It was evident that the mistakes made by the students included addition, subtraction, distortion, and disarray. These mistakes resulted from students applying the rules of their first language too broadly (intralingual), from them generalizing the rule and applying it insufficiently (interlingual), from their lack of motivation to write with correct English grammar (carelessness), and from the methods used to present the material.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of leadership in developing guidance and counseling systems in the educational environment. a leader who plays an important role in developing the guidance and counseling system in his school environment to create quality education. Quality education consists of three elements: management and leadership, educational learning, and independent guidance and counseling. Guidance and counseling is a way to ensure that education is carried out well through the education system. Leaders are also the ones who overcome various problems that exist in schools. Good leadership must be able to motivate, inspire and direct all school members towards the vision and mission that have been set. In writing this scientific article, the method used in this research is the method of collecting library data by reading, taking notes and processing research data which is then concluded as research material. The research results show that the role of the school principal in developing the guidance and counseling system in the school environment, the efforts made by the leader are carrying out the role as a leader by making plans and deliberating; as a manager by creating collaboration between guidance and counseling teachers to support the implementation of counseling guidance in schools.

Abstract

Trauma adalah suatu gangguan atau kerusakan yang mengakibatkan hilangnya atau putusnya kontiunitas dari jaringan tubuh akibat kekerasan atau ruda paksa. Traumatologi adalah ilmu yang mempelajari berbagai luka atau cedera oleh karena kekerasan serta interaksi antar luka dan kekerasan itu. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode kualitatif karena metode ini merupakan metode jurnal yang memberikan penjelasan lebih analisis dan bersifat subjektif.  D adalah pria 18tahun mengalami stress pasca trauma (PTSD) yang diakibatkan karna orangtuanya sering bertengkar dan ayahnya sering memarahinya. Langkah-langkah penanganan yang dapat dilakukan antara lain mengurangi respon emosional, mendorong pengingatan kembali dan "berdamai" dengan peristiwa itu, mengembangkan strategi coping yang lebih efektif, serta membantu masalah residual.

Abstract

Every religious person has certain basic principles in living life according to the teachings of their religion. For Catholic Christian believers, the basic principles of life are the teachings of Christ himself. Living the teachings of Jesus is an ideal Christian way of life. So the spirituality of Jesus Christ becomes the basic principle of Christian life. The text Philippians 2:1-11 talks about Jesus Christ and His primacy which is reflected by Paul. This research is intended to explore understanding of the spirituality of Jesus Christ in this text as a life guide for Christian believers. The method used is a library research method with a descriptive analysis approach. The study of the text Philippians 2:1-11 is carried out from the perspective of the spirituality of Jesus Christ as the basic principle of Christian life. The results of this research inspire Christian believers to always live the spirituality of Jesus Christ in their daily lives, especially servant spirituality which has the dimension of humility.
