Abstract

Technological developments in the economic sector not only provide convenience in transactions, but also have challenges in implementation. Challenges related to security and consumer protection in digital transactions. The aim of this research is to find out the legal regulations for consumer protection for digital transactions in the era of digitalization and to find out legal protection for consumers in the DANA digital transaction application. The type of research method used in this research is a normative juridical approach. In this case, the data sources relied on are secondary data, such as statutory regulations, scientific journals and legal literature. The data collection method uses library research, and data analysis is carried out using a qualitative approach. The results of this research are that to protect consumers, the ITE Law and UUPK have provided a clear legal umbrella. Article 7 letter (f) UUPK regulates the responsibilities of e-wallet parties, including providing compensation if there is a violation of the agreement. Meanwhile, Article 19 explains the provisions for compensation for losses that may arise from the use of e-wallet services, confirming the responsibility of service providers towards their consumers. Thus, clear and firm legal protection for consumers in electronic transactions is very important to prevent losses in the future, as well as liability for service providers.

Abstract

Currently, the world is experiencing complex and dynamic developments, with its problems. People around us are often faced with social and economic challenges such as conflict, social inequality and poverty. Education for sustainable development is expected to produce a generation that has a sustainable mindset. Currently, Indonesia is trying to improve the quality of its education through implementing the "Merdeka Belajar" curriculum. It is hoped that this step will be a great opportunity for Indonesia to improve the quality of education and increase its competitiveness when compared to other countries. The aim of writing this article is to analyse the role of education in supporting sustainable development. This writing is descriptive and uses various relevant literary sources such as scientific journals. This writing uses data collection techniques or literature studies which are based on information presented in previous research. This article discusses the very important role of education in sustainable development, both domestically and at the global level. Apart from providing knowledge and skills, education also shapes character, increases social, environmental and economic awareness, and teaches individuals responsibility. Programs such as SATAP, SM3T, and Calistung play a major role in supporting quality education and sustainable development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKN) pada siswa kelas 1 SDN Srondol Kulon 01 dengan menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menjawab tantangan pemahaman konsep kewarganegaraan pada siswa kelas 1 dengan mengadaptasi metode pembelajaran sesuai dengan perkembangan kognitif dan emosional mereka. Dalam penelitian ini, Model PBL diimplementasikan sebagai strategi inovatif dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan minat, kreativitas, dan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam pembelajaran PKN. Pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) digunakan dengan empat tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dengan melibatkan 28 siswa kelas 1, hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman materi PKN setelah menerapkan PBL melalui media Game Quizizz. Siklus pertama mencatat peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 29%, menunjukkan respons positif terhadap strategi pembelajaran ini. Siklus kedua memperlihatkan rata-rata kemampuan kognitif mencapai 85%, mengonfirmasi efektivitas PBL dalam meningkatkan pemahaman. Artikel ini juga memberikan gambaran langkah-langkah konkret yang diambil oleh SDN Srondol Kulon 01 dalam mengintegrasikan PBL ke dalam kurikulum PKN kelas 1, memberikan panduan praktis bagi pendidik lain yang ingin memperkaya metode pembelajaran di kelas 1 SD. Meskipun menggunakan Quizizz memiliki kelebihan dalam mengukur penguasaan materi secara online, kelemahan terkait ketersediaan jaringan internet di tempat pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low quality and performance of teachers in dealing with work. Teachers experience boredom, tension, and even experience stress which arises from workloads that are too difficult, heavy and excessive, inadequate work time and equipment, resulting in stress for teachers. . The general aim of the research is to describe and analyze teacher performance assessment management in improving teacher competence at SMP Muhammadiyah 48 Medan. This research uses a qualitative approach through descriptive analysis methods with observation, interview and documentation techniques. Management is a typical process aimed at achieving a goal effectively and efficiently. Competency is the knowledge, skills and abilities mastered by someone who have become part of themselves so that they can carry out cognitive, affective and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. The results of the research show that: 1) Planning shows that the planning aspects have been carried out in accordance with the conditions and capabilities of the school (SMP) concerned, 2) Organizing shows that it is in accordance with the principles of organizing, 3) Implementation has met the criteria for programs in implementing performance teacher, 4) The evaluation is in accordance with established procedures by means at the end of the lesson the facilitator carries out an assessment (supervision), 5) The obstacle is the lack of ability of the principal to carry out supervision effectively and the lack of motivation from the teacher himself, 6) The solution is for the principal to provide Motivation and encouragement for teachers to be enthusiastic in improving their performance.

Abstract

The beauty industry, especially the skincare sector, is experiencing rapid growth in Indonesia. Facetology, as one of Indonesia's local skincare brands, has succeeded in building a strong brand image through unique visual branding and quality products through social media. To maintain and improve the image that has been built, it is necessary to carry out analysis to determine sentiment, mentions and public reach of the company to develop its social media. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods with a type of netnography using media monitoring analysis tools Brand 24. Sources of social media data collected by researchers from Brand24 were X (Twitter), TikTok, videos, news, forums, podcasts, blogs, and websites.

Abstract

The problem of the study was the leadership of the Principal in the management of teacher performance and the improvement of the quality of learning at Dwiwarna Private Junior High School in Medan City. The established research method is descriptive-analytical research using a qualitative approach. The location chosen as the research site is at Jl. Arca Building No. 52. While the subjects sampled for the study were the Principal and some teachers. The leadership of the Principal was judged to be very effective in the management of improving the performance of teachers at Dwiwarna Private Junior High School. The leadership strategy of the Principal in improving the quality of learning in Dwiwarna Private Junior High School in general can be grouped through the following steps: (1) The Principal always fosters the commitment of all teachers to uphold the spirit and values that have been established together; (2) The Principal along with all the relevant teachers evaluates the extent to which the overall components of the school system can go for the advancement of the school; and (3) Develop the school culture as an implementation and institutionalization that leads to working habits within and outside of school.

Abstract

The way of life of the early Church written in Acts 2:41-47 is a model of Christian life for the Church throughout the ages. The spirit that underlies this way of life is a communitarian-eucharistic spirit, namely a communion centered on Christ that is present in the eucharistic meal. The fundamental question regarding this is how this spirit was lived by the early congregation and inspired the Church today. To answer this question, this research was conducted using the literature study method. The research results are discussed using a descriptive analysis approach to provide an overview of the communitarian-eucharistic spirit lived by the early congregation and draw out its relevance for the Church today. In this way, this communitarian-eucharistic spirit can animate the life of the Church today in its liturgical duties, preaching, communion, service and witness of faith in contextual society.

Abstract

The use of internet-based technology by the public continues to increase.  The most popular and effective server for using information systems is the internet. One form of technology that supports the stability of the ease of financial system services and increases economic efficiency is E-Wallet. DANA is a form of Indonesian digital wallet with non-cash transaction services that are more effective, transparent, and secure, coinciding with the development of E-wallet. DANA's design makes non-cash transactions and non-card wallets efficient. Interest in using a digital wallet in a person is influenced by various supporting factors, such as understanding financial literacy. Financial literacy is a measure of a person's capacity to handle their money wisely, which is reflected in their attitude, knowledge, and efficacy towards future financial well being. This research uses Smart-PLS data processing software with 114 respondents covering all people in Indonesia from various age groups, education, and income. The results of this study use the analysis of convergent validity test, reliability test, inner model test, and hypothesis testing.

Abstract

Sri Lanka and Indonesia are two countries that have a large debt relationship, the complexity of international debt management. Both must confront a variety of policies and strategies to deal with their debt, including issues such as interest rates, terms, payment structures, and political and economic impacts. Rising debt is often part of ambitious economic development strategies, but can raise concerns about long-term financial sustainability. State debt management is the process of managing the debt owned by a country. The main goal is to ensure the sustainability of state finances and prevent crises that could harm the economy as a whole (Aribowo et al., 2023). The Debt Management Office (DMO) is one approach that the Sri Lankan and Indonesian governments can use to manage debt more effectively. By using DMO, both countries can manage their debt more efficiently, improve financial sustainability and reduce the risks associated with external debt. A comparison between Sri Lanka and Indonesia shows that a strong and independent DMO approach is essential for effective and sustainable debt management.

Abstract

In a country, the function of the government is very important, because if the government does not function well it will have a big impact on the stability of a country. Therefore, government must be held by people who understand the function of government. The government is an organization that has the power to create and implement laws and regulations in certain areas. The government has the power and institutions that take care of state matters and the welfare of the people. Umar bin Abdul Aziz was caliph for no more than 3 years, but he succeeded in reviving the glory of Islam as in the days of his predecessors. After he was sworn in as caliph, there were many changes in government policy. He made policies that were different from the previous government in the fields of politics, economics and religion, he also took a firm stance towards government officials.
