Abstract

Social media is software that has been widely used by humans in this era of globalization, where social media is used as communication material in various corners of the world. Social media is very diverse, where currently young people are more closely connected to the Instagram application. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of using Instagram as a development medium in the field of design, focusing on Fashion Design students. Where Instagram social media can provide source material for Fashion Design students in designing. The research method used in this research uses a qualitative approach obtained from a literature review regarding the application of media for learning media, material sources, and the use of Instagram among students. Where students can access material sources from social media Instagram.

Abstract

Financial literacy includes the ability to look at financial alternatives, discuss money and financial matters, and plan for the future. Anyone can experience the long-term benefits of financial literacy if they have good financial literacy. In addition, people can make investment or savings decisions by understanding financial literacy. This study conducted a literature survey or literature review by collecting information using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Further discussion can focus on effective financial literacy strategies in improving investors' understanding of stock market dynamics. From this, it can be concluded that financial literacy has a crucial role in shaping wise investment decisions, and research in this regard can be expanded to explore more aspects that can improve the understanding and application of financial literacy in various economic and investment contexts.

Abstract

The preamble to the 1945 Constitution reflects the great enthusiasm of the Indonesian people in fighting to achieve independence and build a sovereign state. Historical analysis of the formulation of the preamble to the 1945 Constitution is important to understand the historical flow and values contained in the process of formulating the preamble to the 1945 Constitution and the figures who played an important role in it. The purpose of this research is to remind readers that the opening of the 1945 Constitution was not born out of thin air, but was motivated by worrying social and political conditions in the past, where the Indonesian people were still colonized and not yet independent. This research uses a historical analysis approach to reveal the historical flow of the formulation of the preamble to the 1945 Constitution until its completion. Data was obtained from primary sources, namely the BPUPKI Session Minutes book, as well as relevant secondary sources. The process of formulating the preamble to the 1945 Constitution began on April 29 1945 with the formation of BPUPKI and ended with the reading and ratification on August 18 1945 by the Indonesian Independence Preparatory Committee (PPKI). The results of this research provide in-depth insight into the historical flow of the formulation of the preamble to the 1945 Constitution as well as the values contained in it and the figures who played an important role in it. This article provides implications in strengthening understanding of the history of Indonesia's struggle for independence and the values contained in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution. However, it has limitations in its limited focus on historical analysis, lack of inclusion of contemporary perspectives, and limited historical sources available for research.

Abstract

Aplikasi SALAMAN merupakan aplikasi pelayanan administrasi kependudukan yang dikelola oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Bandung. Aplikasi ini menjadi salah satu perwujudan dari pelaksanaan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) atau e-government. Aplikasi SALAMAN mendapatkan tanggapan yang baik dari masyarakat Kota Bandung, tetapi belum semua masyarakat mengetahui bahkan memahami aplikasi ini. Selain itu, masih ada masyarakat yang merasa pelayanannya masih tidak jelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pelaksanaan yang sudah diterapkan dalam aplikasi ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi pustaka. Pada implementasinya, bahwa aplikasi ini dapat dikatakan cukup berjalan dengan baik, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kendala dan kekurangan didalamnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pemberian insentif dan disiplin kerja  terhadap kinerja petugas pencatat meter air Perumda Air  Minum  Tirta Intan baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh petugas pencatat meter air Perumda  Air  Minum Tirta Intan dan dilengkapi dengan data sekunder baik dari literatur yang tersedia  dari dalam maupun luar Perumda Air Minum Tirta Intan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil yang memperlihatkan bahwa secara uji simultan insentif dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,419. Secara parsial insentif dan disiplin masing-masing juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa insentif dan disiplin dapat menjelaskan kinerja dengan koefisien korelasi antara kedua variabel tersebut adalah kuat.

Abstract

In this research, the researcher is interested in examining the challenges, impacts and perspectives of Islamic law on information technology challenges. The author uses a normative legal research methodology and a sharia approach. The author concludes that there are many challenges in information technology with the emergence of content that is wrong or not in accordance with Islamic teachings. Content like this can confuse Muslims and can even spread wrong understanding about the Islamic religion. The impact of this technological development is quite diverse, one side of life becomes easier, but on the other side it is harmed. There are many aspects that must be considered due to the impact of the use of information technology, especially on the morality and morals of the younger generation of Muslims. Muslims are expected to have a foundation, namely the teachings of Islam itself. At the same time, to face challenges, foundation, motivation, inspiration and faith are also needed. Here it is necessary to strengthen and strengthen the foundations of life in order to be able to face threats and avoid the detrimental aspects of the great battle of information technology. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention and raise awareness again about the purpose of life according to Islam and to be responsible for actions in this world and their consequences in the afterlife.

Abstract

This research contains the results of observations regarding the analysis of behavior patterns and motivations in playing online gambling on students in the digital era. In this age of technology, there are negative and om impacts. Of the many negative impacts arising from technological developments, the practice of online gambling is one of them. The rise of online gambling practices attacks not only parents, but also has an impact on students, especially students. This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining knowledge about the various factors that encourage students to practice online gambling, motivation, and behavior patterns caused by online gambling practices. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods conducted on 10 informants who are college students. The results of the research conducted show the emergence of consumptive behavior patterns, dependence, and addiction to online gambling. The phenomenon of online gambling also has risks for the perpetrators, such as decreased performance productivity, financial problems, mental health problems, and can trigger online gambling players to commit criminal acts. Then it is found that a person's motivation in practicing online gambling varies, including curiosity and economic needs.

Abstract

Social conflict is an interesting social phenomenon to study and research. This has given rise to various conflict theories Researching and studying social conflict is an interesting social phenomenon. As a result, many theories of conflict have been developed. To help us identify and understand the many conflict theories that are out there, a mapping of conflict theories is required. Broadly speaking, the theories can be divided into two categories: classical and modern. The following are the luminaries of classical sociological conflict theory: Nicolo Machiavelli, Thomas Hobbes, Jean Bodin, Polybus, and Ibn Khaldun. Conflict hypotheses were put forward by contemporary sociologists Lewis A. Coser, Ralf Dahrendorf, and Karl Marx. According to traditional conflict theory, conflict arises from the innate tendency of humans to dominate and interfere with each other, especially in terms of power. More sophisticated than structural functionalism, modern conflict theory was born out of criticism of the theory..

Abstract

This research aims to assess the level of tolerance between Muslims, Catholic Christians and Protestants on Jalan Letda Sujono, a sub-district in Medan City, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The main focus of research is interactions between groups and their impact on social harmony, with analysis of conflict and differences in religious views. The method uses a qualitative approach with literature study, showing that harmony between religious communities is maintained through personal and communal tolerance. The Medan Tembung Village community emphasizes dialogue, education and cooperation as the key to maintaining harmony, with policy recommendations to increase tolerance in the area. This research illustrates the harmonious balance on Jalan Letda Sujono and underlines the importance of respecting diversity as cultural richness, with Medan Tembung Village as an example of a harmonious and peaceful environment through an attitude of tolerance and harmony.

Abstract

Language is an arbitrary system of sound symbols used by members of a society to cooperate, interact, and identify themselves. The problem in this study is the misuse of punctuation marks and errors in writing words on signboards in the Kayuagung area. This study aims to describe the errors in the use of punctuation marks and word writing errors on signboards in the Kayuagung area in particular. Thus it can provide information, how to use punctuation and write words correctly in accordance with Enhanced Spelling (EYD) so that these mistakes are expected not to be repeated again. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used in this study is to use observation techniques, documentation, see notes. The object used is a signboard or signpost located in the Kayuagung area. The result of this study is that there are still many errors found in the use of punctuation marks on signage for one's title. Errors in writing words such as errors in the use of standard words, and errors in combining words.
