Abstract

Correspondence is an important form of written communication in the world of education. The variety, form, and type of letters used in educational contexts are very diverse, reflecting the various communication needs and goals between the parties involved, including students, teachers, parents, and administrative parties. Official educational letters usually include notification letters, permission letters, invitation letters, certificates and decision letters. Each type of letter has a specific format and structure according to its purpose and function. For example, notification letters are often used to convey important information such as changes to school schedules or activities, while permission letters are used by students or parents to request permission to be absent. Invitation letters are generally used to invite parents or external parties to school events. Apart from that, certificates and decision letters are used to provide official statements or decisions related to academic and administrative processes. A good understanding of the types, forms and types of letters is very important for all parties in the world of education so that communication can run effectively and efficiently. In this research the author used a qualitative method with a library research approach. Library research is research that functions to obtain information from books, magazines, documents, historical records or in other words the facilities contained in the library.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the financial condition of overseas students is in managing their finances independently. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method by distributing a digital questionnaire in the form of a Google Form which is shared on social media. This research was conducted on overseas students in Indonesia based on class, gender, region of origin, and monthly pocket money, as well as the influence of lifestyle on their financial management. The results of this research show that women have better financial management compared to men in their daily lives. The pocket money that overseas students receive every month also influences their financial management. The application of money management in everyday life is very important for overseas students. Therefore, researchers provide effective ways regarding how to manage finances well.

Abstract

PMII dan HMI adalah salah 1 organisasi ekstrernal kampus HMI dan PMII keduanya adalah organisasi kemhasiswaan di indonesia. Dimana keduanya memiliki tujuan yang sama namun hanya berbeda penuturannya. Kedua organisasi ini sangatlah familiar di telinga masyarakat dengan anggota yang tersebar di seluruh indonesia.HMI adalah sebuah organisasi mahasiswa yang didirikan di Yogyakarta pada tanggal 14 Rabiul Awal 1366 H bertepatan dengan tanggal 5 Februari 1947, atas prakarsa Lafran Pane beserta 14 orang mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Islam (sekarang Universitas Islam Indonesia). Sudah sering kita lihat banyak keributan antara PMII dan HMI yang terjadi di Universitas Islam Negri Sumatera Utara, yang menjadi pertanyaan besar disini adalah mengapa hal ini terus terjadi, apakah tidak ada Tindakan tegas terhadap masalah ini? Sedangkan keributan ini adalah suatu perbuatan yang dilarang di kampus ataupun kegiatan yang bisa merugikan kampus. Oleh karena itu Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mecari tau atau mengetahui mengapa keributan itu terjadi sehingga saat kedepannya nanti tidak ada keributan antara organisasi PMII dan HMI di Universitas Negri Sumatra Utara. Dan metode penelitiannya adalah Analisa data yang bersifat kualitatif yang tidak bisa diukur dengan angka data yang dikumplkan melalui observasi, wawncara dan dokumentasi .

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling Management is very important in improving the quality of education by providing the support and intervention that students need to reach their maximum potential. In an effort to improve the quality of education, BK management must also be oriented towards customer satisfaction, namely students and parents. BK management must be able to provide very high satisfaction to customers by improving the quality of BK services and increasing student participation in the learning process. This article examines how the implementation of effective BK management can improve the quality of education through strengthening learning motivation, improving student behavior, and reducing the level of delinquency. teenager. Through literature study, it involves theoretical studies. The research results show that good guidance and counseling management contributes significantly in shaping students' character and academic achievement, thus emphasizing the importance of integrating guidance and counseling in strategies to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Sejumlah kriteria kafaah dalam  perkawinan – agama (al-din, al-tadayun), harta (al-mal/alyasar), merdeka (al-huriyah), profesi (al-hirfah/al-shinaah), tidak cacat fisik/mental (al-salamah min al-uyub) yang diatur syariat Islam sebagaimana tertulis dalam berbagai kitab-kitab fikih bertujuan agar pasangan suami isteri mencapai kebahagiaan, kelaurga yang dibangun menjadi harmonis, sakinah mawaddah wa rohmah. Namun, dari semua kriteria-kriteria tersebut hanya agama yang tetap dijadikan syarat  dalam perundang-undangan perkawinan di dunia Islam kontemporer. Hal ini menarik untuk diteliti lebih jauh untuk melihat alasan apayang melatar belakanginya. Dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriftif yang berbasis data kepustakaan (library reseach), ditemukan fakta bahwa hanya kriteria agama yang mempunyai landasan yang kuat dari nash al-Qur’an dan hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW, yang dimanapun dan sampai kapanpun akan tetap dipertahankan dalam perundang-undangan perkawinan di dunia Islam. Sementara kriteria-kriteria lainnya ditetapkan hanya berdasarkan ‘urf, adat kebiasaan masyarakat setempat yang pasti berbeda antar satu wilayah dengan wilayah lainnya serta akan mengalami perubahan seiring perubahan zaman dan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknnologi.

Abstract

Muslim fashion trends have experienced significant changes in the last few decades, along with increasing awareness of Islamic identity and the influence of globalization. This article examines Muslim fashion trends from the perspective of Islamic law with a focus on the Sharia principles governing clothing and how the latest trends reflect or challenge these norms. This research uses a qualitative method by using literary analysis from books, journals and other reliable sources. The research results show that despite efforts to adhere to Sharia principles, social and cultural dynamics influence the interpretation and application of Islamic law in Muslim clothing.

Abstract

The food industry is experiencing an increase so that the need for food packaging is high. Food packaging usually uses plastic or disposable packaging. Plastic packaging has different permeability properties, therefore the right plastic packaging is needed to prevent damage. Indonesia, especially East Java, has an abundant corn harvest, corn waste is often considered just waste without economic value, causing serious environmental problems, such as burning waste. This research was carried out with the aim of utilizing corn husk and cob waste so that it can add economic value to farmers by being used as material for making environmentally friendly containers. This research is a qualitative and quantitative research. This combined method is called a combined research methodology. The results of observational research, interviews and questionnaires conducted by research focused on the use of corn husk and corn cob waste. The results of the researcher's observations saw that there was a lot of corn being sold in the market and the researcher also saw that the corn husks were scattered and piled up without any utilization. Meanwhile, for corn cob waste, the researcher did not see any such waste in the market, but the researcher looked for information that there was a lot of corn cob waste when he only took the seeds. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that corn waste has great potential to be used as environmentally friendly packaging material and adds economic value for corn farmers and traders. The food industry sector has a high need for packaging, but the plastic packaging that is generally used can damage the environment. Utilizing corn waste as packaging material can reduce the negative environmental impacts of using plastic packaging and provide additional economic benefits for farmers.

Effective inventory management helps companies meet customer demand in a timely manner, prevent shortages that can disrupt the supply chain, and minimize excessive storage costs. The use of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is very important to understand the urgency of this method in the context of trading companies, especially children's fashion at Muna fashion stores. The correct strategy for developing a business means that a business still requires many methods to achieve success. In this article we will discuss EOQ squeeze in the Muna fashion shop business.

Abstract

Effective communication is an important component in creating productive collaboration in an educational environment. This research aims to identify the role of effective communication in improving collaboration in Indonesian schools, examine the factors that influence successful communication, and provide practical recommendations for implementation at various levels of education. The methodology used includes a qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological approach. The research results show that clear, open, and timely communication between teachers, students, and parents is the main key in building effective collaboration. The main obstacles found include differences in perception, lack of time, and technological limitations. To overcome this obstacle, communication training for teachers, the use of communication technology, and school policies that support the active participation of all parties are needed. This research concludes that the implementation of effective communication can increase trust and cooperation, which will ultimately improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Recommendations include communication training, use of technology, development of supporting policies, increased parental involvement, and ongoing evaluation.

Abstract

Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) is a competition event held to assess participants' ability to read, memorize and understand the Al-Quran. This competition has several categories, including Tilawah (recitation), Tajwid (application of reading rules). Participants from various levels compete to show their skills in reading and understanding the Koran according to established rules. The jury consisting of tajwid experts and ulama is responsible for assessing participants based on certain criteria. The MTQ competition is not just a competition, but also a means to strengthen spiritual connections with the Koran and increase understanding of Islamic teachings.
