Abstract

Indonesia, sebagai salah satu negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia dengan 17.508 pulau, mengadopsi asas desentralisasi yang diatur dalam UU No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah. Asas ini memberikan otonomi kepada daerah untuk mengatur pemerintahannya sendiri, namun tetap memerlukan pembinaan dan pengawasan yang baik untuk mencegah pelanggaran dan penyalahgunaan kekuasaan, sebagaimana diatur dalam PP No. 12 Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Probolinggo dalam melaksanakan fungsi pembinaan dan pengawasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini mengkaji kinerja Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Probolinggo melalui analisis dokumen seperti Laporan Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (LAKIP) dan Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Probolinggo memiliki kinerja yang baik dalam menjalankan pembinaan dan pengawasan, terbukti dengan capaian SAKIP yang mencapai nilai 81 pada tahun 2023 dan Maturitas SPIP yang mencapai Level 3 dengan skor 3,110. Meski demikian, terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya optimalisasi inovasi dan pemahaman yang terbatas terhadap sistem pengendalian internal. Kesimpulannya, meskipun Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Probolinggo telah menunjukkan kinerja yang baik, masih ada ruang untuk peningkatan terutama dalam hal inovasi dan pemahaman internal. Temuan ini dapat menjadi kontribusi penting bagi perbaikan kinerja inspektorat daerah di masa mendatang.

Abstract

The Influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of New Balance Shoes (Case Study on Students of Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya). This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the brand image and product quality on the purchase decision of New Balance shoes in Bhayangkara University Jakarta students of as consumers. This research is a quantitative research where the object used is students who have bought New Balance shoes. The data used in this study is primary data. The sampling method for this number of studies uses the Lemeshow formula. The number of samples used in this study is 100 respondents. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.1 application. The results of this study show that brand image and product quality on purchase decisions together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. This research has limitations in the object of research that is only carried out on students of Bhayangkara University Jakarta Raya, Management Study Program, Class of 2020, this can be the next researcher's suggestion. The novelty in this study is that it combines brand image variables and product quality on purchase decisions in one research model.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah University of Science and Technology needs an efficient management information system to manage meeting rooms in its environment. The management of meeting rooms that has not been done has caused schedule clashes, and delays in the process of borrowing and using meeting rooms. Therefore, this study aims to develop a meeting room management information system that can improve efficiency and effectiveness in managing meeting rooms at Muhammadiyah University of Science and Technology. To improve efficiency and order in managing meeting rooms at Muhammadiyah University of Science and Technology. The method used in this study is a literature study to collect information and understand concepts related to meeting room management systems and system development. This study involves data collection, such as observation, interviews, and needs analysis, to understand the problems and needs of users in meeting room management. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the efficiency of meeting room use, reduce the potential for schedule clashes, and strengthen the communication process between users and related parties. In addition, it is also expected to provide real-time information on meeting room usage and historical data that is useful for further decision making. This study includes the development of a meeting room management information system, system implementation, and testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the proposed system. In addition, an evaluation of the system that has been developed is also carried out to measure its success in increasing efficiency and effectiveness in managing meeting rooms at the Muhammadiyah University of Science and Technology.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran tematik merupakan model pembelajaran terpadu yang menggunakan pendekatan tematik yang melibatkan beberapa mata pelajaran untuk memberikan pengalaman yang bermakna kepada siswa, pembelajaran tematik banyak menawarkan model-model pembelajaran yang menjadikan aktivitas pembelajaran itu relevan dan bermakna bagi siswa. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh  model pembelajaran tematik membawa pengaruh yang relevan kepada peserta didik dalam belajar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas dapat peneliti simpulkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran tematik adalah sebuah pendekatan pembelajaran yang menggunakan tema untuk mengintegrasikan beberapa mata pelajaran dan tujuan strategi pembelajaran tematik yaitu untuk memberikan kemudahan kemudahan bagi peserta didik dalam memahami dan mendalami konep materi yang tergabung dalam tema. Landasan pembelajaran tematik mencakup tiga aspek utama: filosofis, psikologis, dan yuridis. Prinsip-prinsip strategi pembelajaran termasuk berorientasi pada tujuan pembelajaran, mendorong aktivitas siswa, memperhatikan individualitas siswa, mengintegrasikan aspek kepribadian, menciptakan interaksi, menginspirasi, menjadikan pembelajaran menyenangkan, menantang, dan memberikan motivasi kepada siswa. Pembelajaran tematik memiliki karakteristik yang meliputi pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa, penekanan pada pembentukan pemahaman dan kebermaknaan, pengalaman langsung, perhatian terhadap proses, keterkaitan materi, pemisahan aspek yang kurang jelas, menyajikan konsep dari berbagai aspek, fleksibilitas, hasil pembelajaran sesuai dengan minat dan kebutuhan siswa, serta menggunakan prinsip belajar sambil bermain dan menyenangkan, serta Pembelajaran tematik memiliki kelebihan dan kelemahan. Kelebihannya meliputi motivasi siswa, pemahaman yang bermakna, pengembangan keterampilan sosial, dan kesesuaian dengan perkembangan anak. Namun, kelemahannya meliputi tuntutan akan guru yang berkualitas, kemampuan siswa yang baik, akses terhadap sumber pembelajaran yang memadai, keluwesan dalam kurikulum, sistem penilaian yang terpadu, dan pengurangan penekanan pada mata pelajaran tertentu.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the practice of Sufism in the Tanjung Morawa B Village community, identifying the factors that influence its implementation, as well as its impact on local social and cultural dynamics. Sufism, which is an effort to cleanse the soul and achieve closeness to God, shows the values of wisdom and simplicity in everyday life. This research uses a descriptive analytical method that combines semi-structured interview techniques, non- participant observation, and documentation. Primary data was collected through interviews with Village Heads, religious leaders and local community leaders, as well as through direct observation of Sufism practices. Secondary data was obtained from related documents such as village history, geography and demographic data. The research results show that the people of Tanjung Morawa B Village face challenges from changing times and materialism which often diverts focus from spiritual aspects. However, Sufism teachings such as zuhud still have an important role in reminding people about the balance of life. The practice of Sufism in this village is implemented through the maqamat and ahwal stages, although the community's understanding is not as complex as in big cities. Factors that influence the practice of Sufism in this village include cultural background, the role of religious figures, as well as economic and educational factors. The impact of Sufism practices on social and cultural dynamics in Tanjung Morawa B Village includes increasing the community's spiritual and moral awareness, although modernization and materialism often pose challenges.

Abstract

Sustainable agriculture and plantations are at the heart of efforts to address global challenges related to soil sustainability and productivity. One important aspect in increasing soil productivity is the use of fertilizers. This article examines the effects of organic and inorganic fertilizers on soil chemical properties, with the aim of gaining an understanding of the effects of organic and inorganic fertilizers on soil fertility. Organic fertilizers such as manure have the advantage of increasing the organic matter content in the soil. Increasing organic matter increases the cation exchange capacity of the soil, improves soil structure and increases water holding capacity. This makes the soil more fertile and better able to support plant growth. In contrast, inorganic fertilizers such as urea directly supply essential nutrients to plants. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contained in inorganic fertilizers rapidly increase plant growth. However, excessive use of inorganic fertilizers can increase soil acidity and disrupt the balance of soil nutrients. This article also discusses the importance of using a combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers. The combination of the two produces a positive synergistic effect where organic fertilizers increase nutrient retention from inorganic fertilizers and vice versa. Therefore, the integration of the two can provide optimal long-term benefits for the soil. By better understanding the impact of these fertilizers, we can develop more effective strategies to sustainably improve soil fertility.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the financial statements of Eastparc Hotel by using financial ratios to determine its performance. The methodology used in this article is quantitative descriptive analysis method, which seeks to explain the research findings by presenting financial statement data relating to the company's performance. This research has identified specific issues to be investigated about the financial performance of the Eastparc Hotel company, specifically focusing on the company's financial statement data. on 31 December 2021 to 31 March 2022. Based on the results of the research analysis obtained, PT Eastparc Hotel Tbk showed improvements in several aspects of profitability, especially in terms of operational efficiency and financial management. However, the decline in gross profit margin needs to be examined and analysed further to ensure the right strategy in managing costs and revenues. Nonetheless, improvements in net profit margin, ROI, and ROE indicate better financial performance and effectiveness in using resources and equity. In addition, the company successfully reduced reliance on debt, increased the use of equity capital, and delivered better returns to shareholders. This analysis provides important insights into the company's financial health and performance as well as areas that require improvement to ensure sustainability and continued growth.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the representation of ideology in the discourse of socio-political conflict in mass media texts, especially in news texts regarding the polemic of the hashtag Ganti Presiden. This study aims to describe ideology in the superstructure, macrostructure, and microstructure of the discourse of socio-political conflict in mass media texts. The benefits of this study are: (1) It can provide theoretical contributions to critical discourse studies, especially regarding superstructure, macrostructure, and microstructure using the Teun A. van Dijk model. (2) For readers and further researchers, they can gain new insights and understanding of van Dijk's study in the discourse of socio-political conflict in the mass media and as reference material or references for further research. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with the techniques and strategies of critical discourse analysis of the Teun A. van Dijk model. The data sources in this study come from two daily newspapers, namely Tribun Timur and Fajar, published in Makassar. The results of the study show that there are three aspects in the critical discourse analysis model of Teun A. van Dijk, namely the super structure consisting of the beginning, middle, and end, the macro structure consisting of actors, events, and groups, and the micro structure consisting of experiential sentences, relational sentences and word choices.

Abstract

Fermentation is a food processing technique that has been used for a long time and offers increased shelf life and sensory quality of the product. One of the microorganisms that has great potential as a fermentation starter is amylolytic yeast which has the ability to break down starch into simple sugars through the enzyme amylase. This research aims to review the potential of amylolytic yeast in the fermentation of livestock food products, covering various types, characteristics and applications in the livestock product food industry. This research uses a literature review method from various scientific sources in the last 10 years. The analysis results revealed the characteristics of amylolytic yeast, including tolerance to environmental variations and adaptability to various food substrates. Various types of yeast such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Candida, Debaryomycces have been proven effective in improving sensory quality, nutritional value, and production efficiency in livestock food products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran Gembol di Kabupaten Katobu, Kabupaten Muna. 2) Sebagai bahan informasi bagi pelaku usaha gembol UD. Anugrah Jati Hutama di Kabupaten Katobu, Kabupaten Muna 3) Sebagai bahan referensi penelitian lebih lanjut yang sejalan dengan penelitian ini. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif analisis SWOT terkait variabel internal (IFAS) dan variabel eksternal (EFAS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kendala eksternal bisnis Gembol adalah kurangnya bahan baku untuk Gembol sedangkan kendala internal adalah kurangnya promosi Gembol. 1) Batasan promosi perlu diatasi untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan dengan menggunakan media sosial, misalnya Instagram, Facebook. 2) Meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja dengan memberikan pelatihan yang memadai terkait peningkatan soft skill terkait pengelolaan kayu jati UD. Anugraha Jati Utama. 3) Access point dalam pengambilan bahan baku perlu ditingkatkan agar proses distribusi kepada konsumen tidak mengalami kendala, dengan menyediakan fasilitas kendaraan yang sesuai dengan kapasitas produksi jati 4) Alat/mesin tradisional dengan meningkatkan kapasitas mesin produksi sehingga proses produksi sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Perusahaan perlu menambahkan mesin produksi modern agar kualitas produk tetap terjaga.
