Abstract

Globalization has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the governance system. This study aims to analyze the performance of local government organizations in the implementation of technology and its impact on social and cultural changes. Using a literature review approach, this research collects and analyzes various relevant literature sources, including academic journals, books, and research reports. The results of the analysis indicate that local governments face various challenges, such as budget constraints for investing in information technology infrastructure and a lack of technical skills among staff. Nevertheless, small initiatives such as the use of mobile applications for public issue reporting show potential for improving service efficiency. This study also identifies key factors influencing the successful implementation of technology in local government operations, as well as the importance of innovation to meet the demands of increasingly critical citizens. These findings are expected to provide insights for policymakers in formulating more effective strategies to address the challenges of globalization

Abstract

Indonesia, a nation with a Muslim-majority population, holds significant potential for implementing Islamic legal concepts in handling conflicts and physical clashes. These concepts, such as tabayyun (verification), tahkim (arbitration), musyawarah (deliberation), islah (reconciliation), and amar ma’ruf nahi munkar (enjoining good and forbidding wrong), offer a comprehensive and value-based approach. This paper aims to analyze these Islamic legal concepts in depth and explore their application within Indonesia’s diverse social context. The analysis will draw upon primary Islamic sources like the Quran and Hadith, alongside secondary literature from Islamic scholars and legal experts.This research aims to:Analyze the concepts of Islamic law in dealing with conflicts and physical clashes in Indonesia.Develop a framework for applying these Islamic law concepts in the context of Indonesia’s pluralistic society.

Abstract

This study aims to use a quantitative approach to the phenomena that occur at Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Nagan Raya 2. The data method used in this study is the Total Sampling technique with a sample of 66 customers at BSI Kcp Nagan Raya 2. The data used are Primary data and Secondary data. The data analysis techniques that will be used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Simple Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Testing using SPSS22 Software and Determination Coefficient. From the results of the Customer Satisfaction Path Analysis Test, it is able to mediate the relationship between Service Quality and Customer Loyalty with a direct influence value of 0.023 and an indirect influence of 0.1406, which means that the indirect influence value is greater than the direct influence value. These results indicate that indirectly X through Y has a significant influence on Z.

Abstract

A child is a person who is still a minor. If children are not properly guided, they will lose their direction which causes children to commit crimes that can harm others and also the child themselves. The role of parents is also in providing education, advice, habits, and supervision of children, as well as giving sanctions/punishments as a form of early education for children. Therefore, this study was conducted so that the public can understand the importance of guiding and directing their children so that they can become people who are useful for the nation and state.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of coconut fiber waste (Cocopeat) and rice husks with sawdust on the growth rate of oyster mushroom mycelium (Pleurotus Ostreatus). The type of research used is quasi-experimental research or pseudo-experiment with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) model with 3 repetitions. This study uses the ANOVA test, then continued with the Duncan test if the treatment has an effect. The treatment given to the planting media per baglog is 700 grams of coconut fiber powder (Cocopeat), 420 ml of water, 80 grams of agricultural lime. 700 grams of rice husks, 420 ml of water, 80 grams of agricultural lime. And 700 grams of sawdust planting media, 420 ml of water, 80 grams of agricultural lime. In the control treatment with sawdust planting media, treatment A with coconut fiber waste planting media (Cocopeat), and treatment B with rice husk planting media. The parameters tested in this study were survival, growth in length of oyster mushroom mycelium (Pleurotus Ostreatus), and environmental factors. The results of the study on survival showed that there were no contaminated baglogs such as yellow spots, green spots, and rotten baglogs. And the results of the growth of mycelium length, treatment A was the best treatment, namely treatment with coconut fiber waste planting media (Cocopeat). Treatment A had the highest average mycelium length of 8.7 cm. While in environmental factors, the results of observations on the temperature of the mushroom house were obtained in the range of 25 °C-30 °C.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to find defects that occurred on a system of the helm and isuzu elf minibus suspension system, to repair, and to find out how well the system would serve after repaired.The process of the steering wheel and rekondisi suspension system minibus isuzu elf started by identifying damage to components.This is achieved by check the, the physical condition, performance, and measurement of components.After that, improvements in the wheel and suspension system minibus isuzu elf done by replacing or repairing damaged components, there is no complete components.Then penyetelan and testing done.The damage to the identification system covering damage on springs and shock an absorber spiral and mistakes of some components including myrrh, bolt, and rubber with a bushing.The identification damage to suspension system covering damage to link ball joint in drag, relay rod, tie rod, and tie rod end. Improvements in steering includes replacement of damaged all the components.The results show that testing rekondisi system steering and suspension minibus isuzu elf this back to function properly.

Abstract

This study aims to identify translation errors from English to Indonesian in the Netflix Original Series. The data in this study were taken from the subtitles of the Netflix Original Series entitled "The Queen's Gambit" which consists of 7 episodes. The reading and writing method was the data collection method chosen in this study, while in analyzing the data, the Error Analysis method was used using the List of Translation Errors from NAATI as a reference. The results of the study found 56 translation errors classified into 7 categories, namely Distortion with 12 errors, Unjustified Omission with 21 errors, Inappropriate Register with 10 errors, Unidiomatic Expression with 6 errors, Error of Grammar with 1 error, Error of Spelling with 3 errors, and Error of Punctuiation with 3 errors. Where Unjustified Omission which is a translation error by removing elements from the source language to the target language is the most common error.

Abstract

Inseparable from the importance of the internet as a communication tool, advances in communication and information technology have occurred rapidly. Since the marketplace offers a place to sell online, sellers don't need to worry when selling online. Students are also influenced by the increasingly widespread phenomenon of hedonic lifestyles. Not all hedonistic students come from upper-class families, so their lifestyle has certain characteristics. This study explores the hedonism and lifestyle of Buana Perjuangan University students when using the Marketplace Marketplace. The method used is qualitative, using interviews and observations of several students. The research results show that the hedonism and active lifestyle of Buana Perjuangan University Karawang students greatly influences their shopping behavior at Shopee. Students who have an active and hedonistic lifestyle tend to buy things more often and make impulse purchases.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, algoritma dalam media sosial telah menjadi alat yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan efektivitas bisnis. Latar belakang penelitian ini berfokus pada peran algoritma dalam personalisasi konten, optimasi engagement, akurasi pencarian, dan deteksi konten berbahaya. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana algoritma dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis sentimen dari komentar dan ulasan serta untuk memahami dampaknya terhadap persepsi publik terhadap merek, produk, dan isu tertentu. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis data teks melalui teknik pemrosesan bahasa alami dan model pembelajaran mesin untuk menilai emosi dan opini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma dapat secara efektif meningkatkan relevansi konten, meningkatkan interaksi pengguna, dan memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang sentimen publik, yang memungkinkan perusahaan untuk membuat keputusan strategis yang lebih baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun algoritma memiliki potensi besar dalam memperbaiki pengalaman pengguna dan memaksimalkan hasil bisnis, penting untuk menjaga transparansi dan etika dalam penggunaannya untuk menghindari masalah privasi dan penyalahgunaan data.  Penelitian juga menyoroti pentingnya pemantauan berkelanjutan dan penyesuaian algoritma untuk memastikan mereka tetap efektif dan etis. Algoritma yang digunakan dalam media sosial harus dioptimalkan secara reguler untuk mengadaptasi perubahan dalam perilaku pengguna dan tren industri. Selain itu, harus ada upaya terus-menerus untuk mengatasi potensi bias yang mungkin muncul dalam proses analisis data, agar hasil yang diperoleh tidak hanya akurat tetapi juga adil. Kebijakan privasi yang jelas dan perlindungan data yang ketat juga menjadi aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan. Dengan pendekatan yang hati-hati dan proaktif dalam pengelolaan algoritma, perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan teknologi ini untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan mencapai tujuan bisnis, sambil membangun kepercayaan dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar etika dan regulasi yang berlaku.

Abstract

This study was conducted based on the problem of low student learning outcomes due to the Islamic Religious Education learning process which tends to be passive because in the learning process that occurs the teacher always uses conventional strategies. This study aims to determine whether the application of the synergetic teaching learning strategy has an effect on student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject of class X SMA Negeri 1 Bahorok. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a nonequivalent control group design. The research conducted with this form has a sample consisting of an experimental group and a control group of 72 students. The research instrument used in data collection was a multiple-choice learning outcome test. The data analysis technique in this study used the t-test type of independent sample t-test which must first meet the analysis prerequisite test in the form of a normality test and a homogeneity test. Hypothesis testing in this study used the independent t-test so that the results of t count (3.044)> t table (2.030) were obtained which means that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The research findings show that there is a significant influence of the synergetic teaching strategy on student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject. So that the learning process using active, innovative, creative, and fun strategies is worthy to be implemented with the hope of improving student learning outcomes, especially in Islamic Religious Education subjects.
