Abstract

Untuk mengetahui pendidik dalam pendidikan islam metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini yakni pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan yang menggunakan buku dan literatur lainnya sebagai objek yang utama. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang menghasilkan informasi berupa catatan dan data deskriptif yang terdapat didalam teks yang diteliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pendidik dalam pendidikan islam adalah yang mengajarkan ilmu kepada manusia dan manusia pula yang mempunyai kewajiban baginya untuk mentransferkan ilmu itu kepada manusia lain demi kemaslahatan manusia termasuk alam didalamnya. Pendidik hendaknya mengembangkan dan membersihkan jiwa peserta didik agar dapat mendekatkan diri kepada Allah swt., menjauhkan dari keburukan, dan menjaganya agar tetap berada pada fitrahnya.

Abstract

Putusan  Pengadilan Negeri Tangerang nomor 581/Pdt.P/2017/PN.Tng, mengabulkan permohonan ganti kelamin Rizky Hermawan atas nama Sutinah pada tanggal 21 Agustus 2017. Padahal, Sutinah terlahir dengan alat kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan. Maka didaftarkan dengan jenis kelamin perempuan karena alat kelaminnya yang paling menonjol. Tetapi ketika mulai beranjak dewasa, Sutinah merasakan bentuk fisik yang lebin condong kepada bentuk fisik laki-laki. Kemudian yang menjadi pertanyaan, apa peran status interseks dalam praktik ibadah Islam, khususnya berkenaan dengan pewarisan, mengingat penjelasan sebelumnya bahwa ada sejumlah perbedaan berbasis gender antara praktik pria dan wanita?  Berdasarkan rangkaian pembahasan dalam konteks penelitian di atas, penulis memandang adanya beberapa pokok masalah menarik yang dapat disajikan sebagai fokus penelitian ini.Pertama mengenai pandangan Islam terhadap status jenis kelamin intersks. Kedua, kedudukan hukum status interseks terhadap hak waris  (Putusan Nomor : 581/Pdt.P/2017/PN.Tng). Dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus (Case study). Studi kasus termasuk dalam penelitian analisis deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan terfokus pada suatu kasus tertentu untuk diamati dan dianalisis secara cermat sampai tuntas. Perlunya dilakukan pengujiam secara cermat dasar hukum yang dipakai dalam Putusan No. 581/Pdt.p/2017/PN.Tng dan mengesahkan hak-hak yang diwariskan dalam putusan tersebut, maka dalam hal ini harus dilakukan pemeriksaan yang seksama terhadap semua faktor yang relevan Analisis ini akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kerangka hukum yang digunakan dalam konteks ini.  Hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan bahwa pandamgan Islam terhadap status jenis kelamin masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Putusan Nomor 581/Pdt.P/2017/PN.Tng memberikan kemudahan bagi individu interseks terkait hak waris, namun tetpa memunculkan jangkauan dalam kalangan ulama dan cendekiawan Muslim. Perlu adanya kajian lebih dan diskusi yang melibatkan berbagai pemangku kepentingan lebih lanjut untuk mencari solusi yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam dan juga melindungi hak-hak individu interseks dalam konteks hukum waris.

Abstract

Employee branding is a strategy that makes workers ambassadors or representatives of the company, both inside and outside the work environment. This article discusses the perspective of employee welfare through the implementation of employee branding. The focus is on the benefits received by workers, both psychologically, financially, and socially, as well as the challenges they face. This article also reviews company support to ensure the success of employee branding programs.

Abstract

Hospitals manage clinical governance well to be able to provide good and satisfying services for patients. Efforts to improve service quality in hospitals are related to risk management and patient safety. So, in writing this article to find out the relationship between the implementation of risk management and patient safety to improve the quality of hospital services. The research design used was Systematic Literature Review. The literature selection process uses the PRISMA method (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis). Risk management and patient safety is a systematic effort to identify, analyze, evaluate and control dangerous risks to patients. Risk management control in hospitals is applied thoroughly and in various ways to maintain and improve the implementation of risk management and patient safety, as well as to support the improvement of service quality in the hospital. Improving the quality of health services in hospitals in implementing risk management and patient safety can be done by several things such as accreditation, implementing patient safety, implementing safety using patient safety goals (SKP) in SNARS (National Hospital Accreditation Standards), implementing surgical safety checklists, management support for the implementation of patient safety, support from government, leaders, and all hospital staff, awareness of patient safety, and monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

Amendments to the Mineral and Coal Law (UU Minerba) 2025 provide priority access to religious organizations and small and medium enterprises (UKM) in the mining sector. This policy aims to increase community economic participation and encourage equal distribution of welfare. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to analyze the implications of this policy. The results of the study show that religious groups have the potential for community-based economic empowerment, workforce education, and the application of ethical principles in mine management. SMEs, on the other hand, can contribute to the diversification of the local economy, although they face challenges in terms of capital and technology. This amendment also has broad socio-economic impacts, including the potential to increase community welfare, the risk of conflicts of interest, and environmental challenges. Therefore, clear regulations and assistance programs are needed to ensure the implementation of this policy is effective and sustainable.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of sharia business management in everyday life. The main focus of the study is how sharia principles are applied in various aspects of business, including transactions, business management, and the relationship between business owners and employees. With a qualitative approach, this study analyzes relevant literature to explore the benefits and challenges in implementing sharia business management. The results of the study indicate that the application of sharia principles, such as honesty, fairness, and transparency, can improve the relationship between business owners and consumers, as well as create a fairer and more sustainable economic system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara fear of missing out (FoMO) dan perilaku oversharing di media sosial Instagram. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 152 pengguna aktif Instagram. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanaya hubungan positif yang siginifikan antara FoMO dan oversharing. Semakin tinggi Tingkat FoMO seseoerang, semakin cenderung individu tersebut untuk berbagi informasi secara berlebihan di Instagram. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahawa FoMO merupakan factor yang berkontribusi pada perilaku oversharing sebagai Upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan validasi sosial dan mengurangi kecemasan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of social activities of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) at MIN 3 Medan. PMI's social activities include health education, blood donation and first aid training. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results showed that PMI activities had a significant positive impact on increasing students' health awareness, including knowledge about disease prevention and the importance of blood donation. Additionally, first aid training improves students' skills in handling emergency situations. This social activity also succeeded in building cooperation between PMI and schools, which had an impact on increasing community participation in health programs. On the positive side, there are challenges faced, such as limited resources and lack of parental participation in supporting activities. This research concludes that PMI's social activities at MIN 3 Medan are very useful and need to be improved to expand their reach and impact. Recommendations are provided to strengthen collaboration between PMI, schools and the community in order to improve student health and safety.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an influence between work discipline and employee performance at the One-Stop Manunggal Administration System Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study is all employees at the One-Stop Manunggal Administration System Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency which totals 45 employees, and the sample drawing technique used is saturated sampling. Data were obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The method used in this study is an associative quantitative research method. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is shown that the work discipline variable has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sidenreng Rappang Regency One-Stop Administrative System Office because the significant value of the t-test (0.002) is smaller than 0.5. The contribution of work discipline to employee performance can be said to be significant from the analysis that has been carried out at the One-Stop Manunggal Administration System Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. And it is suggested to the next researcher that it is hoped that this research can be developed again by adding other variables or indicators that can affect employee performance.

Abstract

Gender issues related to the central role of housewives in waste management have a great influence on the handling and management of waste in households. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by holistically examining the ecofeminism movement of the Astagina community. Women, who are seen as the largest producers of household waste, have a big role in overcoming community problems. The existence of social movements that care for the environment such as the women's ecofeminism movement not only saves nature, but also proves the equal role between women and men in protecting the ecosystem. Pro-environmental behavior in every decision-making from the cognition of protecting the environment is the motive for the emergence of self-efficacy in Astagina women to recycle household waste. The ecofeminism movement carried out by the Astagina women's community also provides awareness and knowledge to Klaten women so as to provide motivation and psychological encouragement to care for the environment by recycling waste through recycling which becomes useful goods
