Abstract

The presence of Pomacea canaliculata as an invasive species infreshwater tilapia pond ecosystems in rural West Java, particularly in Pakemitan and Sukamaju Villages, has shown a significant impact on ecological balance and the economic productivity of fish farmers. This study to analyze the ecological and socio-economic impacts of P. canaliculata eggs using a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data were collected through direct field observation, structured interviews with local farmers, and review of relevant scientific literature. The findings indicate that P. canaliculata eggs are abundant on moist surfaces around the pond and hatch within 7 14 days, contributing to the degradation of aquatic plants like water hyacinths, a decline in water quality, and increased fish feed consumption. Interviews releaved that farmers struggled to control the spread manually due to snails rapid life cycle and high adaptability. Supporting literature confirms the species voracious feeding behavior and its potential to reduce aquaculture productivity. Based on data synthesis, this study recommends combining manual and biological control strategies through a geo-ecological approach, including routine egg removal, use of natural predators such as ducks, and periodic pond maintenance and cleaning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji mengenai pengaturan ambang batas pencalonan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden dalam Pemilihan Umum dan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji mengenai urgensi penentuan ambang batas sebagai syarat pengajuan Calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden. Metode penelitian hukum yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian hukum yuridis normatif, yaitu mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini bersifat normatif. Pembahasan yang dimaksud ditujukan untuk menelaah struktur-struktur rasional, sistem-sistem hukum yang berlaku, hal ini dilakukan untuk pengolahan ilmiah terhadap bahan-bahan normatif hukum, sehingga pembentukan hukum akan semakin profesional. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan pengaturan ambang batas persyaratan pencalonan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden tidak secara tegas diatur dalam Pasal 6A ayat (2) UUD 1945, hanya diusulkan oleh Partai Politik atau gabungan Partai Politik, namun dalam Pasal 222 UU Pemilu mengatur Pasangan Calon diusulkan oleh Partai Politik atau Gabungan Partai Politik yang memperoleh Kursi Paling sedikit 20% dari jumlah kursi di DPR, atau memperoleh 25% dari suara sah. Urgensi penentuan ambang batas syarat pengajuan pasangan Calon Presidenan dan Wakil Presiden agar mendapat dukungan dari Partai Politik Peserta Pemilu. Tetapi selain itu diharapkan perlu penyempurnaan Undang-Undang Pemilihan Umum mempertegas bahwa setiap Partai Politik Peserta Pemilu yang mendapatkan kursi di DPR dapat mencalonkan Pasangan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden. Sedangkan penentuan ambang Batas dihapuskan dan disesuaikam dengan bunyi Pasal 6A ayat (2) UUD 1945, Pasangan Calon diusulkan oleh Partai politik, atau Gabungan Partai Politik tanpa penentuan ambang batas.

Abstract

Background: Delayed diagnosis of breast cancer is one of the behaviours commonly experienced by the public due to several risk factors that influence it. Objective: This study aims to identify risk factors that influence the delay in diagnosis of cancer in patients with breast cancer. Objective: This study aims to identify risk factors that influence the delay in diagnosis of cancer in patients with breast cancer. This type of research is a literature review with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) model. Articles were obtained from online databases, namely Google Scholar and Neliti with a range of years 2020-2024. The results of the literature review found that the risk factors that affect the delay in diagnosis of cancer in breast patients include the level of education and knowledge, geographical location of the area in access to health services, information exposure, SADARI behaviour, husband support, feelings of fear and anxiety, misdiagnosis, age with a range of examinations at health services. As for some other risk factors that are not associated include family history of cancer, economic factors, initial complaints and alternative treatments. Education level and knowledge as well as SADARI behaviour are the factors that appear the most as risk factors that affect the delay in cancer diagnosis in breast cancer patients.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the forms of social disparities in the inculcation of ethical values in Tabone Public Primary School 062 as well as analyze the role of teachers, parental parenting patterns, and the environment in addressing such inequalities through an inclusive and educational approach to education. The social disparities that occur in schools are often triggered by differences in socioeconomic status, parenting patterns, as well as the influence of learners residential environments. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that teachers have a central role as educators, coaches, and guides in helping learners deal with the social challenges they experience. Additionally, positive parenting patterns of parents as well as a supportive environment also contribute to a childs social and psychological development. Public School 062 Tabone has made various efforts to reduce social disparities, such as through Islamic Religious Education-based counseling guidance, moral learning, teacher example, and the application of punishment of an educational nature. This study affirms the importance of a multidimensional approach in addressing social inequalities in school environments in order to create an inclusive and equitable education.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bilingual merupakan pendekatan strategis dalam meningkatkan kemampuan linguistik peserta didik sejak dini, khususnya di tingkat sekolah dasar. Dalam konteks pendidikan abad ke-21, penguasaan bahasa asing seperti Bahasa Inggris menjadi kompetensi penting yang harus dikembangkan tanpa mengesampingkan peran bahasa ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pembelajaran bilingual melalui studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh dari berbagai referensi relevan yang membahas metode, teknik, strategi, evaluasi, serta tantangan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran bilingual di sekolah dasar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran bilingual membutuhkan metode yang kontekstual, teknik yang bervariasi seperti penggunaan bahasa bergantian dan media bilingual, serta strategi yang memperhatikan perkembangan peserta didik. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk memastikan efektivitas pembelajaran, sementara tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya pelatihan guru, dan inkonsistensi dalam penggunaan bahasa. Oleh karena itu, keberhasilan implementasi pembelajaran bilingual memerlukan dukungan menyeluruh dari guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology in the global era, it has created an easy and instant lifestyle for the millennial generation. However, this lifestyle can evolve into a consumptive one that hurts the social and economic values of the Indonesian nation. In order not to lead to negative things, the millennial generation must not forget the cultural roots (local wisdom) that already exist because in it there are noble values that must be preserved, in addition to continuing to enjoy modern culture. This study was conducted to explore, understand, and further examine the application of Banyumas local wisdom in the current era of globalization. A qualitative descriptive methodology was employed in this study. This study succeeded in finding the characteristics of Banyumas local wisdom in the social field in the form of cablaka/blakasutha/thokmelong, ngapak language, and rembugan. The implementation of Banyumas local wisdom in the social field is carried out by applying the philosophy of cablaka, rembugan, and the egalitarian values of ngapak language for the millennial generation in the global era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the results of the development of the Quiz Game Application what the code to improve user programming skills with various programming languages. The research method used is research and development (Research and Development / R & D) which aims to design, develop, and test the effectiveness of an interactive quiz game application called What the Code in improving user programming skills in various programming languages. Research Results The results of the study are arranged based on the ADDIE development model, but the development model does not reach the Evaluation stage. The following are the results: (1) Analysis: based on the results of the analysis of user needs, curriculum, and general difficulties in learning programming, (2) Design: Designing game structures, question scenarios, multi-language features using programming languages (Java, JavaScript), and gamification systems. (3) Development: Application development with technology frameworks according to needs (React Native and Flutter). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the quiz application developed using the ADDIE method can improve user programming skills with various programming languages.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, which began in March 2020, has had a significant impact on public health in Indonesia. Although case numbers have started to decline, understanding the spatial spread of the virus remains crucial for effective response efforts. Conventional analyses that rely solely on descriptive statistics often overlook spatial relationships between regions. This study combines Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis (ESDA) and K-Means Clustering to examine the spatial distribution of COVID-19 cases and group Indonesian provinces based on the number of cases, recovery rates, and mortality rates. The data used include Indonesias provincial shapefiles from GADM and COVID-19 case data from Data Wrapper. The analysis reveals three main clusters. Cluster one includes DKI Jakarta, West Java, and Central Java, characterized by high case numbers and mortality rates, with below-average recovery rates. Cluster two consists of East Java, North Sumatra, and South Sulawesi, with relatively low case numbers, very low recovery rates, and high mortality rates. Cluster three comprises 26 other provinces with lower case numbers, high recovery rates, and low mortality rates. These findings indicate that COVID-19 transmission in Indonesia is not spatially uniform, highlighting the need for targeted intervention in high-risk areas.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in providing inclusive and quality education. Indonesia's Kurikulum Merdeka, with its project-based and contextual learning approach, offers opportunities to integrate SDG values. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as infrastructure disparities, limited teacher competencies, and geographic and cultural obstacles. This study aims to examine the opportunities and challenges of SDG integration into Kurikulum Merdeka and to provide strategic recommendations for improving its effectiveness. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach, analyzing journal articles, policy documents, and relevant research reports. The findings indicate that although there is significant potential to develop a generation that is sensitive to global issues, several challenges must be addressed, including limited teacher understanding, unequal distribution of educational resources, and cultural barriers. To enhance SDG implementation, it is recommended to improve teacher competencies, provide learning materials tailored to local needs, and foster collaboration with surrounding communities. In addition, an effective monitoring system is essential to oversee and evaluate the progress of SDG implementation in education. The role of Teacher Education Institutions (LPTKs) is also vital in preparing educators capable of integrating SDG values into the teaching and learning process. This study is expected to offer guidance for policymakers and education practitioners in formulating more efficient strategies to achieve sustainable development goals.
