Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and service quality on consumer buying interest at the Petak 25 coffee shop in South Tangerang. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling with Random Sampling type. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, namely normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis tests, namely t tests and F tests The results of this research are that product quality has a significant effect on consumer buying interest with the regression equation Y = 8.457 + 0.820 X1. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount> ttable (14.837>1.984). Service quality has a significant effect on consumer buying interest with the regression equation Y = 5,764 + 0,864 X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount> ttable (13,445>1,984). Product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer buying interest with the regression equation. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount > ftable (130.21 > 3.090). Thus it can be concluded that product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer Purchase Interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative, with a total of 60 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests. The result of this study is that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 11.346 + 0.704X1. The value of the correlation coefficient of 0.744 means that both variables have a strong degree of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 55.3%. Test the hypothesis obtained the value of t count > t table or (3.628 > 2.001). indicating that there is a significant influence between work motivation and employee performance Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12.422 + 0.682X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.682, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 50.3%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (3.749 > 2.001). indicating that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. Motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7,472 + 0,459X1 + 0,354X2. The value of the correlation coefficient or the degree of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is obtained at 0.788, meaning that it has a strong level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 62.1%.  Test the hypothesis obtained the value of F calculate > F table or or (46,685 > 3,16). indicating that there is a simultaneous significant influence between motivation and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT Gosilat Indonesia Depok City employees. The method used partially and simultaneously is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 50 respondents. Data analysis techniques use instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests, hypothesis tests. The results of the research show that simultaneously the leadership and work discipline variables have a significant effect on the performance of PT Gosilat Indonesia Depok City employees with a value of 0.920 while the remainder is (100 - 84.6% = 15.4%), while the partial test shows that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance of PT Gosilat Indonesia Depok City with a calculated t value > t table or (8.884 > 1.677). This is also reinforced by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Meanwhile, work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of PT Gosilat Indonesia Depok City employees with a value of tcount > ttable or (13.651 > 1.677). This is also reinforced by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that leadership and work discipline influence employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the Tetra Aquafish Store in Depok City. The type of research used is quantitative research using an associative approach. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, the sampling method used is slovin. Data analysis uses regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are Price (X1) and Product Quality (X2) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) with the regression equation obtained Y = 3.424 + 0.510 X1 + 0.655 X2. The coefficient of determination has a simultaneous effect of 67.5. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Tcount>Ttable or (10,416>1,291). This is strengthened by the value ρvalue < sig. 0.1 or (0.000<0.1). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between price and consumer satisfaction. Product quality is obtained by the value tcount>ttable or (12.151>1.291) with the value ρvalue>Sig.0.1 or (0.000>0.1). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, this shows that there is a simultaneous influence between Product Quality and Consumer Satisfaction. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount>Ttable or (95.432>2.36), this was also confirmed by ρvalue<sig.0.1 or (0.001<0.1). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, this shows that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between price and product quality on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Global Ardhitya Swamandiri. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used Saturated Samples and obtained a sample of 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 5.739> 1.672 and significant to employee performance by 0.602, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a tcount of 5.793> 1.671 and significant at 0.605. Together work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with Fcount 22,735> 2,770 and a significant value of 0.666.

Abstract

The distribution of drugs has entered the warning zone in the South Tangerang City area, one of which is in Setu Village. This has the potential to increase the number of drug abuse in Setu Village. This research aims to find out the implementation of the Drug Abuse Prevention Program Policy in Setu Village as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. The Program Implementation approach uses theory according to Edward III (1980), namely the Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure approach. This field research uses qualitative research. The technique for collecting informants uses the Snow Ball Technique. As well as data collection obtained from the results of interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The location of this research is in Setu Village, Setu District, South Tangerang City. The results of the research show that the main problem in the implementation of Drug-Free Villages in Setu Village is still the lack of anti-drug volunteers. Then the achievement was the formation of a Volunteer Agent and Recovery Agent in the Setu sub-district whose members consisted of local people, both youth and community leaders. These volunteers will help the sub-district government to socialize and carry out supervision and control for those suspected of being involved in the activities of consuming or distributing illegal drugs (narcotics). Supporting factors for the implementation of the Bersinar Village Program Policy are the support from the City Government and the South Tangerang City BNN, which has provided facilities such as a secretariat, budget funding sources provided by the BNN. And the inhibiting factor is the lack of volunteers in implementing the program in the Setu sub-district which can be an obstacle in implementing the drug-free sub-district program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Assets in PT Ciputra Development Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. This type of research uses a quantitative method, the data used is in the form of secondary data obtained from the official website of https://www.ciputradevelopment.com. Data analysis techniques used the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Test, Determination Coefficient Test, Hypothesis Test using SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the Current Ratio (CR) partially has a negative and significant effect on the Return on Assets (ROA) in PT Ciputra Development Tbk for the period 2013-2022 based on a significant value of < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.5) and tcount > ttable (-4.155 > 2.365). And simultaneously the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). This is evidenced by the value of (Fcal 13.556 > Ftabel 4.737) with a significant value of (0.004 < 0.05)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline and work training on employee productivity at PT Karya Tetangga Tuku in South Tangerang. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The sampling technique used probability sampling and a sample of 89 respondents was obtained. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The research results of work discipline and work training have a significant effect on work productivity with a coefficient of determination of 31,8%. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test of work discipline on work productivity obtained tcount > ttable or (5,704 > 1,988), and the work training hypothesis test of work productivity obtained tcount > ttable or (4,585 > 1,988). Work discipline and work training simultaneously have a significant effect on work productivity with the regression equation Y = 15,075 + 0,347X1 + 0,268X2. The results of testing work discipline and training on work productivity obtained a calculated F value > F table or (20,071 > 3,100), this shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between work discipline and work training on work productivity.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of NLP (Natural Language Processing) methods in everyday language use in virtual assistant Chatbots. The issue at hand is the lack of interactivity when communicating with Chatbots, caused by the use of formal language without voice output and a complicated interface. This problem was identified from three respondents through a ChatGPT satisfaction questionnaire. The goal is to meet user needs by making the Chatbot more interactive by adding voice output and an easy-to-use interface. The development method used is the Waterfall Model. In this study, the author developed a Chatbot system using machine learning, specifically the Gradio App as the interface, Python as the programming language, Visual Studio Code as the text editor, MySQL as the database, and the ChatGPT API as the main engine. By applying rules to the Chatbot system, it produced everyday language output and voice output using the TTS (Text to Speech) feature from the ChatGPT API. The research results showed that from a questionnaire of 24 respondents, ChatGPT users who directly tested Chillbot provided positive feedback, with a user satisfaction rate of 87.17%. It is hoped that this system can help advance technology, assist many people in dealing with problems, and better understand user intentions in interactions with Chatbots.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) on Return on Equity (ROE) at Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. This research method is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach that is carried out using a comparison of quantitative data in the form of financial statements. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that partially the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has a significant effect on Return on Equity where the T-count is greater than the T-table (1.905> 1.859) and the significance value is smaller than 0.05 (0.098 <0.05). The Operating Expenses Operating Income variable has a significant effect on Return on Equity where the T-count is greater than the T-table (1.986> 1.859) and the significance value is smaller than 0.05 (0.087 <0.05). Based on the results of the F test, it shows that simultaneously Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) where the F-count is (2.916) which is greater than the F-table of (4.12) and the significance (F-statistic) is 0.120 which is less than 0.005. Based on the determination coefficient value (R2) obtained a value of 1.05210, this explains that the presentation of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 45.50% and the remaining 54.50% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
