Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Dropship Graphic Indonesia either partially or simultaneously. The research used uses a quantitative approach. The sample used in the research was 75 respondents using Slovin. The data collection methods used were observation and questionnaires. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that work motivation and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneouslys.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous influence of leadership style and workload on employee performance at the Pamulang District Office. The method used is quantitative associative. The research population was 61 people and all of them were the sample in this study. The data analysis techniques used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, descriptive analysis, regression testing, correlation coefficient testing, coefficient of determination testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that leadership style and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. A company can achieve its goals if it has a good leader and employees receive a normal workload resulting in good performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the impact of the physical work environment and work discipline partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees at the PT Pos Indonesia (persero) office of the branch of ciputat tangerang south. The method used in this research is the quantitative descriptive method, the sample used is the simple random sampling technique. The population and sample in this study was a population of 140 employees and a sample of 58 respondents. Research results show that there is a partial influence on the physical working environment and employee performance. Where the simple linear regression equation Y = 18,819 + 0,426 X1, the correlation test r = 0,614, included in a strong catagore, the determination coefficient of 33,7%, the t-test of t counts greater than the table or 5,821 > 1,672 H0 was rejected and Ha accepted. The results of the study that there is an influence between work discipline and employee performance in a partial way. Where a simple lineary regression Equation Y= 14,568 + 0,637 X2, the correlation test R = 0,692, included in the strong catalogue, a determination factor of 47,9%, a t-tone test larger than the t table 7,172 > 1.672 or H0 were rebut and Ha received. The result of the research that there was an effect between the variable of the physical work environment and the working discipline on the employee simultaneously. Where the ratio of the double regression Y= 9,967 + 0,239 + 0,461 X92, the core test of X was heard with the value of 0,751 of the work line, the test could include more than 544%, the physical performance of employee can be determined with the size of a variable work environment.

Abstract

This research is based on experience in an agricultural area in the field of rice farmers who are still lagging behind in the field of technology in agricultural processes in that area. Considering that the agricultural land in North Sumatra is around 766,760 hectares, there are still areas that are lagging behind in rice harvesting equipment, where farmers still harvest manually, which is considered to be less effective. In an effort to increase the efficiency of the rice harvest process and yields, tools are needed to help speed up the harvest process using a Rice Thresher Machine which will be distributed in the Simalungun area, North Sumatra. Precisely in Sibuntuon village, Kec. Dolog Pardamean, Kab. Simalungun, Prov. North Sumatra.

Abstract

Mellilnjo (Gneltum gnelmon lilnn), is one of the many plantation plants found on the island of Java. All parts of the mellilnjo plant can be utilized, especially the mellilnjo fruit which can be processed to become elmpilng mellilnjo. (Abdllah Arkha, 2017). Testing the distance between the blade of the bat and the bearing with a distance of 10, 13, and 16 mm at an engine rotation speed of 1,500rpm with 0.5 hp. From the results of testing 10mm, 13mm and 16mm, the most efficient is 16 mm.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Website Quality and Promotion on Purchase Decisions on the Lamudi.co.id website, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, with a population of 9,250 consumers. The sampling technique used Slovin’s formula, resulting in a sample of 99 consumers. Data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this  study indicate that  Website Quality has  a  significant  effect  on  Purchase Decisions, with the regression equation Y = 10.492 + 0.723 X₁. With a correlation coefficient of 0.490, the two variables have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is 0.428, meaning that purchase decisions are influenced by Website Quality by 42.8%. The hypothesis test obtained a t-value > t-table (8.525 > 1.984), so H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. Promotion also has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, with the regression equation Y = 6.425 + 0.742 X₂. With a correlation coefficient of 0.388, the two variables have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is 0.489, meaning that purchase decisions are influenced by Promotion by 48.9%. The hypothesis test obtained a value of (9.629 > 1.984), so H₀ is rejected and H₂ is accepted. Website Quality and Promotion both significantly influence Purchase Decisions, with the regression equation Y = 2.119 + 0.393 X₁ + 0.505 X₂. With a correlation coefficient of 0.752, Website Quality and Promotion have a strong relationship with Purchase Decisions. The coefficient of determination is 0.566, meaning that purchase decisions are influenced by Website Quality and Promotion by 56.6%. The hypothesis test obtained an F-value > F- table (65.508 > 3.09). Thus, H₀ is rejected and H₃ is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and location on purchasing decisions at McDonald's Cisauk Suradita both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative method with descriptive approach. while obtaining data is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results of the research on service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions partially, as evidenced by the regression equation Y = 3.723 + 0.826 X1., the correlation coefficient of 0.767 means that the two variables have a strong relationship. The determination value is 0.588 or 58.8% while the remaining 41.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable or (11.820> 1.984) This is also reinforced by the value of ρ value < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 <0.05). Location has a significant effect on purchasing decisions partially as evidenced by the results of the regression equation Y = 6.675 + 0.731X2, the correlation coefficient of 0.669 means that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. The determination value is 0.447 or 44.7% while the remaining 52.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable value or (8.905> 1.984) This is also reinforced by the ρ value < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05)]. The results of research on service quality and location simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the results of the regression equation Y = 0.227 + 0.633 X1 + 0.277 X2. The correlation coefficient between the independent variable and the dependent variable is obtained at 0.787, meaning that it has a strong relationship. The simultaneous coefficient of determination is 0.620 or 62% while the remaining 38% is influenced by other factors. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained Fcount> Ftabel or (79.034> 2.700) This is also reinforced by the ρ value < Sig.0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there can be a significant effect simultaneously between service quality and location on purchasing decision interest.

Abstract

discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Lihe Auto Parts Indonesia Cikarang Pusat with a sample of 80 employees. The method used is quantitative method. The data analysis used in this research is classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, t test and F test. The results of this study are motivation has a significant effect on employee performance on regression Y = 5.022 + 0.826 X1, a correlation value of 0.867 means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 5.397 + 0.879 X2, the correlation value of 0.828 means that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3.125 + 0.565 (X1) + 0.339 (X2). The coefficient of determination is 77.3% and the rest is caused by other variables not examined in this study. The test results on the first hypothesis obtained the value of t count> t table or (15.355> 1.991). Based on the results of testing the second hypothesis, the value of t count> t table or (13.029> 1.991) is obtained. Based on the results of testing the third hypothesis, the value of F count > F table or ( 135.246 > 3, 12). This shows that simultaneously the variables of Motivation and Work Discipline have a significant influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This reasearch aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance partially and simultaneously at the Amaris Tendean Hotel Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative analysis method, namely using 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this research are using instrument test, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicolinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regressionanalysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, as well as hypotheses using the t test and f test. The results of the regression equation are Y=15.156+0.647X1+0.743X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained was 0.877, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable had a very strong level of influence with a coefficient of determination or simultaneous influence of 79.0%, while the remaining 21.0% was influenced by variable not examined in the research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT. ID Express Logistik Indonesia West Jakarta Warehouse Processing Division. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated samples totaling 52 employees. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test with SPSS version 26 application. Based on the results of the study, the determination coefficient value was 75% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (12.258> 2.009), this is also strengthened by a significant value of 0.000 <0.005. Thus Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. This means that leadership style (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. ID Express Logistik Indonesia West Jakarta. Based on the determination coefficient value of 80.8% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (14.511> 2.009), this is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.000 <0.005. Thus Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. This means that work motivation (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. ID Express Logistik Indonesia West Jakarta. Leadership style (X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 2.880 + 0.299 X1 + 0.649 X2 + α. The determination coefficient value is 82.4% while the remaining 17.6% can be influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the calculated F value> F table or (114.470> 3.191), this is also reinforced by a probability significance of 0.000 <0.05. Thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT. ID Express Logistik Indonesia West Jakarta.
