Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and the physical work environment on employee performance at PT Rodaniaga Kokoh Nusantara, Tangerang Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative with associative properties. The sampling technique used saturated samples and a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. The data analysis method in this research uses the SPSS IBM application version 29. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 65.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (10.314 > 2.002). The physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 65.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (2.068 > 2.002). Work discipline and the physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.934 + 0.728X1 + 0.065X2. The coefficient of determination value is 65.4% while the remaining 34.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (53.758 > 3.16).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the role of motivation in improving employee performance at Sinohydro Corporation Limited South Jakarta, to know what are the indicators that support motivation in improving employee performance at Sinohydro Corporation Limited South Jakarta as an effort to improve employee performance. researchers use a qualitative approach, qualitative research aims to obtain in-depth data, a data that contains meaning. The results of this study obtained from interviews with the researchers to the objects indicate that the relationship between employees and superiors is very influential, because by having a good boss, friendly and wanting to mingle with his employees and provide input to all to work in a relaxed but sure manner, both managers and employees. others, so that employees can work well and comfortably. Skills must exist every work. If the motivation to work is high but the skills are still lacking, it will not affect work. So it's good that Skill is accompanied by motivation so the work will be good and smooth. Internal motivational factors that drive employee performance at Sinohydro Corporation Limited South Jakarta are working diligently in order to achieve the desire to be able to survive, own, gain recognition, gain career paths in accordance with the theory of work motivation according to Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara. External motivational factors that drive employee performance at Sinohydro Corporation Limited South Jakarta are a strategic location and a clean workplace, appropriate salaries and bonuses, managers who guide and provide direction, and job security in accordance with the theory of work motivation according to Mangkunegara.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Motivation and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Organik Adil Sejahtera, South Tangerang. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique employed a saturated sample, resulting in a sample of 62 respondents. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumPTion tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The results show that Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient value of 20.2%, and hypothesis testing yielded t-count > t-table (3.902 > 1.671). The Physical Work Environment also has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination coefficient value of 71.3%, with hypothesis testing showing t-count > t-table (12.254 > 1.671). Motivation and Physical Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 2.928 + 0.070X1 + 0.981X2. The determination coefficient value is 71.8%, while the remaining 28.2% is influenced by other factors not studied, such as Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, and Compensation. Hypothesis testing obtained an F-count > F-table value (75.039 > 3.150).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Working Capital Turnover and Debt to Asset Ratio on Net Profit Margin partially and simultaneously at PT Semen Indonesia ( Persero ) Tbk for the period 2013-2023. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data source of this research is secondary data. The data analysis methods used are classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression equations, t tests and F tests. The results of the study based on the Working Capital Turnover t test partially had a negative and insignificant effect on Net Profit Margin, where the t test (- 1.254) < t table (2.262) with a significance level (0.241> 0.05), meaning Ho accepted Ha rejected. The Debt to Asset Ratio t test partially has a negative and significant effect on Net Profit Margin, where the t test count (-4,238) < t table (2,262) with a significance level of (0.002 < 0.05), meaning Ho is accepted Ha is rejected. The F test is influential and significant where the Fcount test (8.587)> Ftable (4.46) with a significance level (0.010 <0.05) means that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted, and the multiple linear regression equation shows Y = 33.829 - 0.002X1 + -0.558X2, meaning that if WCT and DAR = 0, then Net Profit Margin is 33, 829, while the results of the coefficient of determination R2 (R Square) = 0.682, meaning that there is a contribution of the influence of Working Capital Turnover and Debt to Asset Ratio on Net Profit Margin of 68.2% and the remaining 31.8% which is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio and Debt To Assets Ratio on Return On Assets at PT Indocement Tunggl Prakarsa, Tbk in 2013 - 2023, both partially and simultaneously. The research method uses descriptive analysis methods with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used in this research is secondary data. Secondary data taken is the financial report of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. From the results of the Partial Test (T Test) of Current Ratio on Return On Assets, tcount>ttable is 6.420>2.36462 and the significance value is 0.001>0.05, so partially the Current Ratio variable has a significant effect on the Return On Assets variable. Meanwhile, the Debt To Assets Ratio towards Return On Assets shows a value of tcount <ttable, namely 3.420<2.36462 and a significant value of 0.008<0.05, so partially the Debt To Assets Ratio variable does not have a significant effect on the variable Return On Assets. Based on the F Test, the Current Ratio and Debt To Assets Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Assets. It can be seen that the calculated F is greater than the F table, namely 7.261>4.74 and the significant value is 0.001>0.05, meaning that the variables Current Ratio and Debt To are simultaneous. Assets Ratio has a significant effect on the Return On Assets variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Dara Plastik Ciseeng Bogor Store. This research method uses a causal associative method with a quantitative approach. in this study, samples were taken using non-probability sampling techniques using the Incidental method and quota sampling with a sample size of 100. The data were processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis tests, research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, quantitative analysis, simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, t tests, and F tests, using SPSS 26. The results of the study Price has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at the Dara Plastik Ciseeng Store. significance value (0.107> 0.05) then this test is Normal. Regression equation Y = 17.679 + 0.695 X1 + 0.180 X2. Multiple Correlation Coefficient R 0.641 Price and Product Quality have a strong relationship Purchasing Decisions. R Square value 41.1% Price and Product Quality affect purchasing decisions. t count value > t table ( 7.268 > 1.661 ) and Sig. value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05 ). Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Dara Plastic Ciseeng Store. t count value > t table or ( 4.918 > 1.661 ) and Significant value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05 ) while the Price and Product Quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Dara Plastic Ciseeng Bogor Store. f count value > f table ( 33.872 > 3.09 ) and Sig. < 0.05 or ( 0.000 < 0.05 ). Thus Price and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions at Dara Plastic Ciseeng Bogor Store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Klip Plastik Indonesia Tangerang City. The sample used is a saturated sample technique totaling 60 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. The method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The results showed that Leadership Style (X₁) and Job Satisfaction (X₂) had an effect on employee performance (Y) with a regression equation of Y = 22.973 + 0.222 X₁ + 0.256 X₂ with a coefficient of determination of 41.0%. The results of hypothesis testing partially affect leadership style on employee performance with the test results t count> t table or 5.516> 1.67155 then Ho₁ rejected Ha₁ accepted. Partially job satisfaction affects employee performance with the test results t count> t table or 5,710> 1,67155 then Ho₂ is rejected and Ha₂ is accepted. The results of hypothesis testing simultaneously the value of F count> F table or 19.829> 3.159 then Ho₃ is rejected and Ha₃ is accepted. It can be concluded that the results of the study show that leadership style and job satisfaction affect employee performance at PT Klip Plastik Indonesia Tangerang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT Lestari Mandiri Erajaya North Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative which is associative. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique totaling 65 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between workload and employee performance, with a correlation value of 0.758 and a determination value of 71.2%, while 28.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing shows that t count (5.341) is greater than t table (1.999) and the Sig. value (0.000) is less than 0.05, so H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. Furthermore, the study also found a significant positive effect between work environment and employee performance, with a correlation of 0.703 and a contribution of 79.5%. Hypothesis testing shows t count (7.853) is greater than t table (1.999) and the Sig. value. (0.000) is less than 0.05, so H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. In addition, there is a simultaneous positive influence between workload and work environment on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 10.258 + 0.251 X1 + 0.546 X2. The correlation coefficient value of 0.720 and the determination coefficient of 71.9% indicate a strong relationship. Hypothesis testing shows that Fcount (33.395) is greater than Ftable (3.15) and the Sig. value (0.000) is less than 0.05, so H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This finding confirms that both workload and work environment contribute significantly to improving employee performance at PT Lestari Mandiri Erajaya North Jakarta.

Abstract

The research in this thesis is motivated by the phenomenon of the increasing number of companies in the food sector, especially bread. Competition is currently getting stronger and tighter, so the company must have a strong strategy to face this competition. One of the strong strategies, for example, is the improvement of the physical work environment infrastructure that supports employee productivity and the application of the right leadership style. This will increase employee productivity and produce output that is in accordance with the company's target. This study aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Physical Work Environment on Employee Productivity at Mako Cake and Bakery Depok, both separately and simultaneously. The method used is Saturated Sample with a population of 44, where all members of the population are used as respondents. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, and analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that Transformational Leadership Style has a significant influence on Employee Productivity (tcount> ttable) with a regression equation Y = 11.025 + 0.776X1, and a correlation value of 0.779 which shows a strong relationship. Physical Work Environment also has a significant effect on Employee Productivity (tcount> ttable) with a regression equation Y = 10.863 + 0.852X2 and a correlation of 0.843 which indicates a strong relationship. Simultaneously, these two variables affect Employee Performance (F count > Ftable) with a regression equation Y = 8.547 + 0.284X1 + 0.621X2 and a correlation value of 0.860, indicating a strong relationship, while the coefficient of determination of 86% indicates 14% is influenced by other factors. This means that if there is an increase in the transformational leadership style variable and the physical work environment, employee work productivity will also increase. The variable that has the most dominant influence on employee work productivity is the physical work environment variable by 84.3%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employe Performance at PT. AWOT Global Logistict Cirendeu branch. Hypothesis testing uses associative research design, statistical analysis methods consisting of multiple linear regression alaysis, partial testing (t-test) and cofficient of determination testing. The results of this tesearch were partial testing (t-test). Shows that the Work Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance, the Work Motivation variabel together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable, with a value of Fcount > Ftable (43,024 > 3,18) with a significance value of (0,000 > 0,05). And through the coefficient of determination test a value of 59,8% was obtained, meaning that these result show that the contribution of Work Discipline and Work Motivation result to the Employee Performance variabel is 59,8% and the total sample was 55 employees.
