Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return on Asset (ROA) at PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company Tbk for the period 2013-2022 in the last 10 years partially and simultaneously. The research method uses a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The independent variables used in this study are Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio while the dependent variable is Return on Asset. The population used in this study is all financial reports of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company Tbk. The sample used is the balance sheet and profit and loss financial statements at PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company Tbk, with sampling in this study using the Purposive Sampling method. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, correlation test, determination coefficient test, simple and multiple linear regression equations, t test and F test then this test uses SPSS 25. Based on the results of the t test shows that 1.679 t count value 1.679 <t table 2.364, it is concluded that the Current Ratio (X1) partially has no significant effect on Return On Asset (Y). Based on the results of the t test shows that the t count value of the Debt to Equity Ratio variable is 0.582. Because the t count value is 0.582> t table 2.364, there is a significant effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) on Return On Asset (Y). Based on the results of the simultaneous F test count of 2.055 with a significant value of 0.015. the F table value is 4.35. So that the calculated F 2.055 > F table 4.35, then the Current Ratio (X1) and Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) have a simultaneous effect on Return On Asset (Y).

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Total Assets Turnover on Net Profit Margin partially, simultaneously and to test the feasibility of the regression model at PT Blue Bird Tbk for the 2014-2023 period, the research method used was quantitative analysis. The data used is secondary data, company financial data used for 2014-2023. The variables used are Current Ratio (X1) and Total Assets Turnover (X2) to Net Profit Margin (Y). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = -20.153 + 0.011 X1 + 0.478 X2. Partial test results show that the Current Ratio has a significant value of 0.683 > 0.05 with a tcount of 0.425 < ttable 2.365, so the Current Ratio has no influence and is not significant on the Net Profit Margin. Meanwhile, the partial test results for Total Assets Turnover have a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05 with tcount of 4.841 > ttable 2.365, so Total Assets Turnover has a significant and significant influence on Net Profit Margin. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, Current Ratio and Total Assets Turnover, have a significant effect on Net Profit Margin with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, and a fcount value of 26.744 > ftable 4.74.

Abstract

This research is titled “The Influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT TeleNet Kota Tangerang”. This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT TeleNet Kota Tangerang. This type of research is quantitative. The analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, t-tests and F-tests. The population in this study is employees of PT TeleNet Kota Tangerang using a saturated sample, which is 62 respondents. The results of this study based on the determination coefficient show that Motivation and Discipline have a contribution to Employee Performance of 0.726 or 72.6% while the remaining 27.4% are other variables that are not studied. The results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 6.971 + 0.215 X1 + 0.570 X2. The value of the correlation coefficient of Motivation (X1) to Performance (Y) is 0.759, which means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship, the coefficient value of Incentive (X2) to Performance (Y) is 0.707, which means that both variables have a strong level of relationship. The results of the simultaneous influence of the independent variable on the bound variable were obtained with a value of Fcal = 78.101 > a value of Ftable = 3.15, so that it can be concluded that partially or simultaneously there is an influence between Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance of PT TeleNet Kota Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at BMKG Region II. This study uses quantitative research with descriptive methods. The number of samples used in this study was 80 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that the Work Environment (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a determination coefficient value of 58.8% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable (10.559> 1.990). Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a determination coefficient value of 65.1% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable (12.052> 1.990). The Work Environment (X1) and Motivation (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a regression equation Y = 3.966 + 0.767 (X1) + 0.809 (X2). The coefficient of determination value is 73.0%. Hypothesis testing shows that Fcount > Ftable, namely (104.217 > 3.12).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial effect of work motivation on employee performance at Pendopo Restaurant, the partial effect of work discipline on employee performance at Pendopo Restaurant, and the simultaneous effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Pendopo Restaurant. This is a quantitative study, with a population of 50 respondents and a sample size of 50 respondents, using a saturated sampling technique. The method applied is quantitative. Data analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The research results indicate that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline also has a positive effect on employee performance. Additionally, both work motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and physical work environment on the employee performance of CV. Prima Indonesia - South Tangerang. The population in this study were employees of CV. Prima Indonesia-South Tangerang as many as 57 people. The sampling method in this study uses saturated sample technique, the data analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, instrument test (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test (normality test, multicolinerity test, and heteroscedasticity test), correlation test, coefficient of determination test, regression test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS Ver.25. The results of this study are Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 48.5%, and hypothesis testing obtained t value> t table or (7,190> 2.004). Physical Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 38.8%, and hypothesis testing obtained t value> t table or (5,902> 2,004). Work discipline and Physical work environment have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously with the regression equation Y = 3.510 + 0.523X1 + 0.2342X2, The coefficient of determination is 52.7% while the remaining 47.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count> F table or (30.130> 3.170)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Alif Asgar Barbershop in South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research in this writing is associative while the type of data in this study is quantitative. The population is 10, 623 with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula and the sample in this study was 100 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable or (10. 765> 1. 661) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, the regression equation Ŷ = 7. 544 + 0. 426 X1, the correlation value is 0. 722 where the value is in the interval 0. 60 to 0. 799 meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship level and a determination coefficient value of 52. 1%. Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the hypothesis test obtained tcount> ttable or (8. 615> 1. 661), thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. The regression equation Ŷ = 13. 054 + 0. 411 X2, the correlation value is 0. 656 where the value is in the interval of 0. 60 - 0. 799 meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship with a determination coefficient of 43. 1%. Service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the hypothesis test obtained Fcount> Ftable or (80. 793> 3. 09), thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The regression equation Ŷ = 5. 513 + 0. 305X1 + 0. 231X2, the correlation value is 0. 785 where the value is in the interval of 0. 60 to 0. 799 meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination is 61. 6% while the remaining 38. 4% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kenyamanan layanan dan pengalaman pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Bayu Wisata Tour & Travel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan jasa transportasi bus pariwisata pada Bayu Wisata Tour & Travel yang berjumlah 81.341 pelanggan. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga menghasilkan 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji analisis kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan alat bantu Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kenyamanan layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, pengalaman pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kenyamanan layanan dan pengalaman pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The Influence of Job Stress and Work Morale on the Performance of PT DIKA Employees, Telemarketing Division NTB (New to Bank) of Bank BCA. The research method uses quantitative methods with a total of 73 respondents at PT DIKA, Telemarketing Division NTB (New to Bank) of Bank BCA. Data collection techniques include: 1) Primary Data (Observation and Questionnaire). 2) Secondary Data (books, journals and articles). The data analysis technique is instrument testing (validity test and reliability test). Classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test). The hypothesis tests used are multiple linear regression, partial test, summation test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research show that: 1) Job stress has a positive influence on employee performance, as evidenced by the calculated t value of 3.033 > t table 1.994 with the hypothesis regression line equation being 0.391 (X1). 2) Work Morale has a positive influence on Employee Performance as evidenced by the calculated t value of 5.505 > t table 1.994 with the hypothesis regression line equation being 0.534 (X2). 3) Work Stress and Work Morale have a positive effect on Employee Performance as evidenced by the calculated f value of 41.696 > f table 3.128 with an f significance of 0.000 < 0.05 and an R2 value of 0.544 or 54.4%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Equity at PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method with testing using SPSS version 25 and hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study is the financial statements of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk for the period 2013-2023. The results of this study indicate that partially Current Ratio has no effect and is not significant to Return On Equity obtained tcount 0.438 < t table 2.26216 with a significant value of 0.673 > 0.05. While partially Debt to Equity Ratio has an effect and is significant to Return On Equity, with the results obtained thitung |-6,090|> ttabel 2,26216 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously the variables Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have an effect on Return On Equity, with the results obtained Fhitung 35.669> Ftabel 4.46 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the independent variables consisting of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio contribute 87,4% to Return On Equity, while the remaining 12,6% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
