Abstract

Generation Z, born and raised in the digital era, possesses unique characteristics as digital natives, positioning them as potential actors in driving innovation in economic development policy in Indonesia. Gen Z, particularly university students, play roles not only as technology users but also as creators of sustainable development solutions. This study aims to examine the role of Gen Z students as agents of change in the formulation and implementation of economic policies, especially in the digital economy sector. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, the research found that Gen Z students demonstrate high levels of participation in various activities such as digital-based entrepreneurship, public policy advocacy, and the use of social media and information technology to strengthen the economic ecosystem. They are also active in creative and collaborative communities that foster crosssector innovation. These findings highlight the importance of involving young generations in public policy processes and the need for institutional support, such as business incubators, entrepreneurship training, and access to funding. The strategic implication of this study is the necessity for governments and stakeholders to design inclusive, adaptive, and responsive policies that align with the dynamics and aspirations of today’s generation in order to enhance their contribution to national creative economic development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh literasi dan inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Batu Merah, Kota Ambon. Fenomena yang menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini, yaitu masih rendahnya tingkat kinerja UMKM, dipengaruhi oleh masih rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan di kalangan pelaku UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada pelaku UMKM di Desa Batu Merah. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen (literasi dan inklusi keuangan) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja UMKM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik literasi maupun inklusi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM di Desa Batu Merah. Peningkatan literasi keuangan dan inklusi keuangan, berkontribusi pada peningkatan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam membuat keputusan keuangan yang lebih baik, mengelola risiko, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.

Abstract

The Payakumbuh Police Integrated Police Service Centre (SPKT) plays a crucial role in ensuring fast, efficient, and professional public services. Despite innovations such as the use of information technology, the construction of SPKT rooms, and the launch of SPKT Mobile, obstacles remain, including limited personnel, suboptimal facilities, and slow complaint responses. This study aims to analyse the SPKT (Integrated Police Service Centre) personnel services at the Payakumbuh Police. The research method employed a qualitative approach with purposive sampling of 15 informants, analysed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results showed relatively good efficiency through time management, information system utilisation, and personnel training. Document processing effectiveness was relatively fast, but report responses, particularly at night, were relatively slow. Service quality and public satisfaction remained low, while compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) was lacking due to minimal training and supervision. It is recommended to improve personnel competency, accelerate response times, digitise services, and conduct routine supervision.

Abstract

PT. ABCD merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengangkutan dan pengolahan air limbah. Menurut manjemen perusahaan rute distribusi armada yang ada kurang optimal, sehingga menyebabkan waktu pengiriman kurang efesien, yang berdampak pula pada waktu kerja driver yang berlebih. Penelitian ini berfokus pada implementasi Nearest Neighbor (NN) dalam perencanaan pola rute armada PT ABCD dengan menggunakan metode Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window (VRPTW), untuk pengambilan air limbah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan, terminimalisisrnya waktu tempuh, jarak tempuh, biaya distribusi, dan waktu proses dalam pengambilan air limbah oleh PT. ABCD. Dengan perbandingan antara rute awal yang sudah ada, dengan hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode VRPTW, maka didapatkan selisih hasil waktu tempuh kendaraan mencapai 1 jam 48 menit 14 detik, selisih jarak tempuh 7,1 km, selisih biaya distribusi sebesar Rp. 6.390, dan selisih waktu proses selama 2 jam 58 menit 04 detik. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengendalian biaya makanan dan minuman pada industri perhotelan, dengan fokus pada GN Resort Bali. Pendekatan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya makanan aktual di GN Resort Uluwatu melebihi standar biaya makanan yang telah ditetapkan pihak hotel, sehingga mencerminkan adanya inefisiensi dalam pengelolaan biaya serta menurunkan profitabilitas secara keseluruhan. Inefisiensi tersebut terutama disebabkan oleh ketidakakuratan pencatatan produksi, pemanfaatan bahan baku sisa yang tidak optimal, ketiadaan resep baku sebagai acuan pengendalian, serta kelemahan dalam manajemen penyimpanan. Kondisi ini meningkatkan biaya operasional dan menimbulkan risiko kerugian finansial, sehingga menegaskan perlunya penerapan pengendalian biaya yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The transformation of Indonesia's healthcare system is being accelerated through the National Health Insurance (JKN) Program, with coverage reaching 98.45% by 2024. The shift in payment mechanisms from fee-for-service (FFS) to Indonesian Case-Based Groups (INA-CBGs) package rates poses challenges for regional public hospitals (RSUD) with BLUD status, particularly in the fair and performance-based distribution of services. This study aims to evaluate the service distribution formula in effect at Sijunjung Regional Hospital and formulate a system based on the proportion conversion method, which converts INA-CBG claims into unit rates per service type by considering unit contributions, individual roles, and performance. The study used secondary data from January 2025 with total sampling, including data on revenue, service distribution, service decrees, performance assessments, and service formularies. The analysis shows that the existing formula has weaknesses, including an imbalance of medical and paramedical services of up to 13%, a disproportionate distribution of supporting services, a division of nurses that does not reflect workload, a uniform room index despite different patient numbers, and weak distribution rules at the room level. The study recommends a proportion-conversion formula based on the principles of no work, no pay; propriety; equality; and proportionality to increase human resource motivation, support the performance of regional general hospitals, and maintain service quality in the JKN era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan belum optimalnya sumber daya dalam pengendalian limbah industri di Desa Muktisari Kecamatan Cipaku Kabupaten Ciamis. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya jumlah pegawai yang menangani pengendalian limbah industri, serta sering terjadinya kebocoran pada saluran yang menghubungkan dari setiap pabrik ke Instalasi Pengelolaan Air Limbah (IPAL). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sumber daya dalam pengendalian limbah industri di Desa Muktisari Kecamatan Cipaku Kabupaten Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor sumber daya belum berjalan optimal. Hal ini dilihat dari minimnya tenaga kerja yang kompeten dan terlatih dalam bidang pengendalian limbah, dan kurangnya pengawasan baik dari pihak Pemerintah Desa maupun pemilik pabrik yang mengakibatkan kebocoran tidak terdeteksi sejak dini.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a key factor in maintaining customer loyalty and business sustainability, especially in service sectors such as internet providers. This study aims to evaluate how significantly product quality, pricing, and service quality influence customer satisfaction at PT. Trika Global Media (Trikamedia), a provider of internet access services in Gianyar Regency. A quantitative research method was employed, involving 98 respondents who are active Trikamedia customers. The data were analyzed using several techniques, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, F-tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that product quality, price, and service quality both individually and collectively have a significant and positive impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Although PT Dinasty Han Djaya has generally demonstrated a high level of customer satisfaction, the company still faces a gap in achieving its internal customer satisfaction target due to weaknesses in supporting service aspects such as delivery speed and packaging conditions. Therefore, a more in-depth analysis is needed to examine the factors that influence customer satisfaction comprehensively. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality and perceived value, and customer experience on customer satisfaction at PT Dinasty Han Djaya in Bandar Lampung. A quantitative approach was employed in this research, and the data were collected through the administration of questionnaires to customers of PT Dinasty Han Djaya in Bandar Lampung. The research population comprises all clients who have used the services or products of PT Dinasty Han Djayaa who have used the products or services within the past three months. With 123 respondents as the sample, the study concludes that service quality, there are strong relationship between perceived value, customer perception, and customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle on personal financial management of students at the Faculty of Law, Andi Djemma Palopo University. The population of this study was all students at the Faculty of Law, Andi Djemma Palopo University, and a sample of 50 respondents was used. This study used a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis (MLA) in this study indicate that simultaneously, financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant and positive effect on personal financial management. Partially, financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant and positive effect on personal financial management. These results further support the assertion that the better an individual's financial literacy and lifestyle, the better their financial management.
