Abstract

Investasi asing di Indonesia memberikan dampak yang cukup besar dalam meningkatkan transformasi ekonomi Indonesia menuju industri modern. Penelitian ini mengkaji kepentingan investasi Indonesia dalam melakukan perjanjian IK-CEPA dengan Korea Selatan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi manfaat dalam kerangka perjanjian IK-CEPA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis dekriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder yang dihasilkan dari sumber-sumber terpercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepentingan investasi Indonesia dari perjanjian IK-CEPA menghasilkan perlindungan hukum bagi para investor asing, meningkatkan arus investasi asing langsung, serta memfasilitasi transfer teknologi yang penting bagi pengembangan berbagai sektor strategis di Indonesia.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan mendasar dalam cara sistem keuangan beroperasi, dengan teknologi blockchain menjadi salah satu inovasi utama dalam menunjang keuangan digital yang aman, efisien, dan transparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perkembangan, manfaat, tantangan, serta implikasi adopsi teknologi blockchain dalam konteks keuangan digital melalui tinjauan pustaka terhadap berbagai literatur ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menelaah 41 artikel ilmiah yang relevan dari berbagai database terkemuka dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa blockchain memainkan peran strategis dalam meningkatkan transparansi transaksi, memperkuat sistem pelaporan keuangan, dan mendorong inovasi model bisnis baru, termasuk dalam sektor UMKM, perbankan, dan e-commerce. Meskipun demikian, adopsi blockchain masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala seperti keterbatasan regulasi, kesiapan infrastruktur, serta resistensi organisasi dan psikologis dari pengguna. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sinergi antara pemerintah, pelaku industri, dan akademisi dalam menyusun kebijakan, membangun kapasitas teknologi, serta mendorong literasi digital agar implementasi blockchain dalam sistem keuangan dapat berlangsung optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Saving behavior is an important aspect of personal financial management that supports individual financial stability, especially among Generation Z. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, materialism, and financial inclusion on Generation Z’s saving behavior in Banyumas Regency. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, materialism, and financial inclusion on the saving behavior of Generation Z in Banyumas Regency. Using quantitative approach, data was collected from 145 respondents using purposive sampling technique and analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on saving behavior, while materialism and financial inclusion have no significant effect. The findings reinforce the role of multidimensional financial literacy encompassing attitudes, behaviors, and knowledge in shaping attitudes and behavioral controls that support saving habits. The practical implications of this study emphasize the importance of comprehensive financial education to shape healthy financial habits from a young age. The findings are relevant in designing national financial education policies that are more contextualized and impactful in strengthening the financial resilience of the younger generation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, competence, and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. Indo Graha Utama. The research method used is quantitative with an associative research design. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 200 respondents working at PT. Indo Graha Utama. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS). The results of the study indicate that compensation, competence, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, job satisfaction mediates the influence of compensation, competence, and work environment on employee performance. Thus, this study contributes to the understanding of the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of organizational factors on employee performance. The results of this study can be used as a reference for improving employee performance through enhancing job satisfaction.

Abstract

Globalisasi telah memfasilitasi penyebaran norma dan standar lingkungan melintasi batas negara. Seiring dengan operasionalisasi negara-negara dan perusahaan secara global, mereka semakin dituntut pertanggungjawabannya atas praktik lingkungan oleh konsumen, investor, dan regulator di seluruh dunia. Tekanan untuk memenuhi standar lingkungan internasional ini telah menyebabkan perubahan perilaku individu, di mana orang-orang mencari produk ramah lingkungan dan perusahaan yang memprioritaskan keberlanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari semua karyawan yang bekerja di Kantor Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai Solo. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling probabilitas. Dengan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) GHRM memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) Komitmen karyawan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3) Perilaku pro-lingkungan karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the impact of transportation accidents on investor confidence and stock price volatility in transportation companies. The main objective is to examine the effect of profitability, firm size, and firm growth on stock prices in the transportation sector following accident incidents. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data derived from the annual reports of transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample was determined through purposive sampling based on specific criteria relevant to transportation accident cases. A total of 11 companies were selected as the research sample covering the period 2022–2024. Data analysis was conducted using EViews 12 software. The findings reveal that profitability, firm size, and firm growth simultaneously affect stock prices. In general, transportation accident incidents exert a negative pressure on the stock performance of transportation companies listed on the IDX. The study confirms that internal factors such as profitability, firm size, and growth remain crucial determinants of stock prices, particularly when companies face external shocks such as transportation accidents. The implication is that companies need to strengthen financial performance and ensure transparent information disclosure to maintain stock value stability and mitigate the adverse effects of unexpected events.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi rebranding yang dilakukan untuk mengubah persepsi masyarakat terhadap olahraga billiards di Kampung Pondok, Kota Padang. Billiards yang semula dipersepsikan negatif sebagai aktivitas malam yang identik dengan rokok, perjudian, dan pergaulan bebas, kini tengah mengalami transformasi citra melalui pendekatan rebranding yang modern, inklusif, dan berbasis komunitas. Pendekatan teori yang digunakan mencakup Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Labeling Theory, dan Resource-Based View (RBV). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, melibatkan tujuh informan dari kalangan Gen Z dan pelaku industri billiards. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi rebranding yang efektif melibatkan penguatan identitas visual, peningkatan kenyamanan fasilitas, penyusunan narasi sosial yang positif, serta pemanfaatan aset tidak berwujud seperti komunitas dan loyalitas pelanggan. Perubahan persepsi masyarakat terhadap billiards mulai terlihat, terutama di kalangan muda, namun masih terdapat tantangan berupa stereotip sosial dan nilai konservatif yang diwariskan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan strategi komunikasi rebranding yang sensitif terhadap dinamika budaya dan sosial lokal.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of organizational psychology perspectives into human resource management (HRM) to enhance job satisfaction. It examines the psychological factors that influence employee motivation, engagement, and well-being, highlighting the role of leadership, workplace culture, and HRM strategies in fostering a supportive and productive work environment. This study adopts a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, synthesizing findings from various disciplines related to HRM and organizational psychology. The research analyzes existing literature to identify key theoretical frameworks, best practices, and psychological insights contributing to job satisfaction. Sources were selected from reputable databases, including Elsevier, Emerald, Wiley, and Springer, to ensure the study's reliability and academic rigor. The findings highlight that motivational factors, such as autonomy, recognition, and career development, significantly contribute to job satisfaction. Additionally, leadership style plays a crucial role, as transformational leadership fosters higher motivation and engagement than transactional approaches. A positive organizational culture that promotes fairness, well-being, and inclusion enhances employee commitment and reduces turnover. The study further supports Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, confirming the importance of both intrinsic and extrinsic factors in shaping job satisfaction. This study offers practical and managerial insights for organizations seeking to enhance their HRM strategies through psychological approaches. It suggests adopting employee-centered policies, including flexible work arrangements, well-being programs, and leadership development initiatives. Future research should focus on empirical validation and explore technology-driven HRM models in diverse industries.

Abstract

The rise in fuel prices has significantly increased operational costs for public transportation, particularly affecting online ride-hailing services such as Grab Bike in Mamuju Regency. This study aims to analyze the impact of fuel price increases on the income of Grab Bike drivers. A quantitative approach was employed using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to a sample of 95 drivers, determined using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling. Data analysis included instrument validity and reliability testing, partial t-test, simple linear regression, correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that fuel price increases have a significant effect on driver income, with a t-value of 4.362 exceeding the critical t-table value of 1.66159 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient (R) of 0.825 demonstrates a very strong relationship, while the R² value of 78.1% shows that variations in driver income are largely explained by changes in fuel prices, with 21.9% influenced by other factors. These findings highlight the critical role of fuel price fluctuations in shaping the economic sustainability of Grab Bike drivers, suggesting the need for further investigation into external factors affecting online transportation income.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of task aversiveness and fear of failure on employee procrastination at the Secretariat Office of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of West Sulawesi Province. Procrastination is understood as a deviation in work behavior, where employees deliberately and repeatedly postpone the completion of tasks that are actually part of their core duties and responsibilities. A quantitative approach was applied using multiple linear regression analysis, since the study involved two independent variables and one dependent variable. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 95 respondents, all of whom are civil servants (Aparatur Sipil Negara or ASN) at the Secretariat Office of DPRD West Sulawesi Province. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The findings reveal that task aversiveness (X1) has a significant effect on procrastination, with a t-value of 3.492 greater than the t-table value of 1.986, and a significance level of 0.001 (< 0.05). Similarly, fear of failure (X2) also shows a significant influence, with a t-value of 5.065 exceeding the t-table value of 1.986, and a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). These results indicate that both independent variables significantly affect employee procrastination. Moreover, the simultaneous F-test results show that the calculated F-value of 36.436 is higher than the F-table value of 3.095, with a significance level of 0.000 (< 0.05). This confirms that the regression model used is suitable for explaining employee procrastination at the Secretariat Office of DPRD West Sulawesi Province.
