Abstract

This research explores efforts to implement Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the village level through the Community Service Program (KKN) which involves students. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participant observation as data collection techniques. This research was conducted in Wiroditan Village, Bojong District, Pekalongan Regency. The results of this research show that the implementation of SDGs in this village includes education and public health promotion, improving educational facilities, and business development and digital marketing workshops for women. Research findings show that through collaboration between students, village government and local communities, various programs that support the achievement of SDGs have been implemented in the village. This research provides valuable insights for parties involved in sustainable development at the local level.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the management of educational organizations at SMA Negeri 1 Tebingtinggi. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative research methods. The instrument used was teacher interviews at SMA Negeri 1 Tebingtinggi. The results of the research conducted show that the management of educational organizations at SMA Negeri 1 Tebingtinggi plays a very important role for educational organizations at the school, including guidance and counseling teachers, subject teachers, homeroom teachers and other school staff.

Abstract

Storytelling or storytelling is an imaginary story that is considered not to have really happened, either by the teller or by the listener. Fairy tales are not bound by normative and factual provisions regarding actors, time and place. The perpetrators are imaginary creatures who have the wisdom or lack thereof to arrange human problems in all kinds of ways. Fairy tales are told mainly for entertainment, although many also depict truth or even morals. From the description above, the researcher concludes that storytelling or storytelling is a type of prose in old Malay literature that does not really happen in relation to the social environment. and passed down orally from one generation to the next. This community service is carried out as an embodiment of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education for Lecturers at PGRI University in Palembang and L2 Dikti Palembang. The target to be achieved in the implementation of Community Service (PKM) is that lecturers can apply and develop their academic skills. Abstract

Strategies and methods are a way to improve the quality of education so that students become part of changes in education for the better. Schools can use strategic management to plan strategies to improve their quality. The factors underlying strategic management are analysis of various aspects, both internal and external, which is often called SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats). This analysis activity considers the strengths, weaknesses and internal environment of the school. In this article the author examines the resolution of students' learning difficulties by implementing the SDGs Number 4 program. The learning problems experienced by students originate from internal and external factors that influence their level of understanding. Internal factors come from within students, while internal factors come from outside students. Difficulties originating from within students (internal) include: students' health conditions, interest in learning, students' attitudes, habits, and students' lack of motivation in learning. Meanwhile, learning difficulties that originate from outside the student (internal) consist of: the school environment, the atmosphere of the home and living environment, and the influence of gadgets. As educators, teachers try to overcome this problem. Apart from the efforts made by teachers, several government efforts to address problems in the world of education include: SATAP, educational programs in the 3T area, and calistung. Quality education can be realized if problems in the world of education are handled well by professional staff. The SDGs achievement strategy is a method implemented by the government to improve the quality of education listed in the 4th SDGs goal, namely Quality Education that is fair and equitable and provides opportunities for lifelong learning for all age levels

Abstract

Local entrepreneurship training programs are an important instrument in efforts to increase the economic and social independence of communities and achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This research aims to explore the role and implications of entrepreneurship training programs in the context of achieving sustainable development goals. The research method used is a literature study to analyze various relevant sources about entrepreneurship training programs and their impact on the SDGs. Local entrepreneurship training programs have positive implications for achieving SDGs, especially in alleviating poverty (SDGs 1), improving community welfare (SDGs 3), and economic empowerment (SDGs 8). Through BUMDes support, this program can make a significant contribution to sustainable development at the local level.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and provide input on the influence of school principals on the quality of graduates. This research problem was solved by observing and obtaining data through school academics at Parlaungan Waru Sidoarjo Islamic High School and processing the data obtained using formulas. The influence of the principal's leadership at Parlaungan Waru Sidoarjo Islamic High School is included in the very good category with a sample frequency of 13 people and a percentage of 81% with a mean score of 557. Improving the Quality of Graduates at Parlaungan Waru Sidoarjo Islamic High School is included in the very good category with a sample frequency of 13 people and percentage of 91%, with a mean score of 588%. There is an influence of the principal's leadership on the quality of graduates at Parlaungan Waru Sidoarjo Islamic High School with a significance value of 0.000, the comparison shows that 0.000 < 0.111 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The article entitled "Cimory Dairyland Mini Zoo as a Means of Environmental Conservation and Interpretation Education at SDN Kalibanteng Kidul 03" generally aims to find out how Environmental Conservation and Interpretation Education is at SDN Kalibanteng Kidul 03. Based on the activities that have been carried out it can be shown that Environmental Conservation and Interpretation Education at SDN Kalibanteng Kidul 03 by conducting outing class activities to Cimory Dairyland Mini Zoo in Semarang Regency, outing class activities also seek to empower individuals with the skills and motivation necessary to take informed and responsible action to protect and preserve the environment. Conservation education is very important to increase public awareness and skills regarding forest and environmental conservation. This is done so that people have attitudes, actions and ways of thinking that are in accordance with efforts to preserve conservation areas, therefore how Conservation Education and Environmental Interpretation can be taught in an integrated manner from elementary schools.

Abstract

Character education is an important aspect that must be considered in forming individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also have high moral and social integrity. In the context of higher education, especially in student dormitories, character education becomes increasingly important considering that dormitories are places where students spend most of their time and interact intensively with fellow residents. Semarang State University (UNNES) as one of the teacher education institutions in Indonesia, has a strategic role in producing prospective educators with character. Dormitory 2 PGSD UNNES Ngaliyan, with the vision of creating a healthy, superior and prosperous life, is committed to activating a character building and development program that trains independence, sensitivity, responsibility and leadership. This study used qualitative research methods. This qualitative approach is used to describe and analyze individual or group phenomena, events, social dynamics, attitudes, beliefs and perceptions. The research was carried out by means of observation and interviews containing questions for related parties according to the topic raised by the author. The results of this research are regarding the method used in the process of cultivating character in Dormitory 2 PGSD UNNES Ngaliyan, namely by creating regulations that the dormitory residents must adhere to and holding various kinds of activities involving the dormitory participants. In Dormitory 2 PGSD UNNES Ngaliyan activities there are various kinds of activities, namely in terms of spirituality there are mandatory congregational prayers for Muslims and Sunday worship for non-Muslims, activities for the Prophet's birthday, halal bihalal, and so on.

Abstract

Food and life are inseparable in the living world. Humans today consume millions of different kinds of fatty foods. Despite its many uses, oil is currently a major source of environmental issues. Disposing of spent cooking oil waste continuously without taking the environment into account can have detrimental effects on both the environment and the ability of humans to survive. So, in order to reduce household waste—especially that which has the potential to harm the environment—innovation must be introduced to society. It is possible to turn used cooking oil waste from fried food vendors or domestic frying pans back into soap. This program attempts to increase public awareness of environmental issues while offering instruction and support in soap-making techniques.

Abstract

The reading ability of students in Indonesia still shows a worrying condition. In the modern era enriched with technology, improving reading skills as a dynamic source of knowledge has not been achieved. In the field, it was found that there were differences in reading abilities between students; Some students can read fluently without any problems, while others are not able to read well. This research aims to explain the problems that occur in students who are not proficient in reading in high grades and the solutions provided. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to analyze students' reading skills. Research subjects included 56 class 5 students from SDN 105326 Bangun Rejo, consisting of 20 class 5A students, 18 class 5B students, and 18 class 5C students, as well as teachers who taught in these classes. Primary data was collected through interviews with teachers and students as well as observing learning activities at school. Secondary data was obtained from documentation collected to strengthen the validity of the data. The research results show that optimizing classroom and school management which enables good learning facilities, creating a conducive learning environment, as well as the role of parents and the surrounding environment can increase students' awareness in maximizing their reading skills.
