Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Role of Inventory Accounting Systems in Improving the Inventory Internal Control Structure at Putri Mayasari Cilandak. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a case study approach and the data collected consists of primary and secondary data. Then Primary Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, while Secondary Data is collected through library research to determine the role of the inventory accounting system in improving the structure of internal inventory control. The results of the study found that the role of the inventory accounting system in improving the internal control structure of inventory has been implemented properly and correctly. Abstract

This study examines the role of a Javanese nobleman and hero from among the royal palaces in an effort to defend Indonesia's independence during the Indonesian revolution of independence. K.G.P.A.A. Paku Alam VIII, then, a representative of the Sultanate of Yogyakarta under Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono IX together to make Yogyakarta as the territory of the Provisional Government of the Republic when Jakarta was successfully ruled by the Dutch allies. Both figures were also involved in the 1 March 1949 general attack event along with General Sudirman and Suharto in the face of Dutch milier aggression in Yogyakarta. In this study will discuss more specifics on the role of both figures in relation to the Independence Revolution period during the period of 1945-1949.

Abstract

Realizing the quality of public services in order to support government administration in which there must be responsive to be able to provide services quickly, namely in the completion of administrative management in accordance with predetermined operational standards and precisely where the accuracy in terms of clarity of information regarding administrative completeness must be known. The purpose of this study is to find out how the quality of public services in Rancaekek Kencana urban village in Bandung district. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data analysis technique used is a model of data analysis techniques (Miles & Huberman, 1992) in (Sugiyono, 2017) namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing / verification. Based on the research results obtained that can be seen not said to provide a maximum service related to the process of public service activities to the community, especially in the process of administering administrative files such as handling a family card recommendation letter (KK) where there is not yet a maximum reflection of service from the apparatus the government as a provider of public services in terms of responsiveness, reliability, guarantee, empathy, and tangible in terms of supporting services to the community. Therefore the researcher concludes that the village government office should be able to provide services quickly, carefulness in providing services must be more careful and must evaluate the services provided in terms of facilities and infrastructure Keyword: quality of public service, urban village

Abstract

This study aims to describe the placement of employees, work environment, motivation and performance as well as analyzing its influence on the Civil Servants of Balai Besar Pemerintahan Desa in Malang. The study was conducted by using descriptive analysis and path analysis with a significance level (α) 0.05. Samples taken were civil servants at the Balai Besar Pemerintahan Desa in Malang with a total of 31 people. The results showed that the placement of employees and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on motivation indicated by coefficients of 0.518 and 0.756 and sig 0.005 and 0.010. Employee placement and work environment had a positive and significant effect on performance with coefficients of 0.735 and 0.764 and sig values ​​of 0.000 and 0.001. Motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance with a coefficient of 0.989 and sig 0,000. Motivation had not been able to mediate the effect of employee placement and work environment on performance. This is because the results of the value of the direct effect was greater when compared to the indirect effect. Keyword: Employee Placement, Work environment, Motivation and Work performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Big Data has on the audit process in government institutions. The research method used is to read and study manuscripts, reports and some other literature relating to the problem to be examined. So the results obtained by Big Data affect audit in government institutions.

Abstract

The principle in prioritizing satisfaction is philosophy in the library. One of the many things considered is to provide quality services such as services that can meet students' needs and their expectations. The problem in this research is how to affect the quality of service relibiality, responsiveness, assurance, empathy dan tangibles on student satisfaction in using the library of Senior high school 1 of Padangsidimpuan and to know dimensions of service quality are most influential in students’ satisfication in utilizing the library. Samples taken were 78 people from all of these populations 98 students consisting of students registered as members of the library using the Slovin formula. Data from this research were collected through a questionnaire. nstruments of validity were tested using descriptive analysis supported by survey methods, hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression with 95% evidence intervals (α = 5%). The results showed that the dimensions of reliability, date power, assurance, empathy and tangibles had a positive influence on student satisfaction of 0.215 with a significant level of 95%. This shows that 21.5% of students' satisfaction in using library of Senior High School 1 of Padangsidimpuan can be influenced by several dimensions such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles and the remaining 78.5% is influenced by other independent variables that have not been displayed. The most influential dimension in satisfying students in using the Library of Senior High School 1 of Padangsidimpuan is the responsiveness dimension.
