Abstract

Behavior counseling system using DISC method in the holistic development bandung community that is running in implementing a counseling counselor must come to the counseling place and must make an appointment to the counselor in terms of the time of counseling in technical implementation of counseling put together in one room there is no comfort in filling it because it is made in the same time then in terms of privacy it is not maintained so that the filling is less focused because in terms of charging it is not right wrong in filling in this problem is a picture of yourself then in filling must focus on knowing the results too long can take several hours or even one day, it is necessary to have a support application to speed up counseling services. The aim of the research is to facilitate the community and counselee in terms of counseling without having to come directly to the counseling place and is not limited by space and time and can speed up counseling services that have been consuming quite a long time. In this study using the Action Research and data collection techniquesused observation, interviews and literature studies while the design model used is the waterfall programming language PHP. The results of the research that were delivered include designing a website for counselees and admin design for counselees in the service of making it easy for the counselee to go to the web then log in for data security and fill in personal data if you don't have an account then you can see the company profile so that the counselee believesthat his personal data is guaranteed after the counselee is ready conduct counseling enter the counseling form and fil in a number of statements and the results can immediately be seen and can print out independently, the design for the admin is to be able to see counselees who do counseling on the website can be seen from the date the counselee wants to do counseling. The conclusions produced include a behavior counseling system that has used a more effective and efficient servant website and is beneficial to society at large.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge about LAN network can be overcome by an expert with his knowledge and experiences. Expert systems are developed together with the existence of the information technology. The development of expert systems is aimed as aid facilities to provide solutions in our lives. This expert system can help technicians to get solutions quickly and can save the time. Expert systems use computer technology to integrate, manipulate and display information or features. Expert systems can also help in taking better solutions. This system uses forward chaining method which is the inference method using logical reason that is started from the previous fact to examine the validity of hypotheses. This system is created using JAVA Netbeans program and database using MySQL. This system is provided an expert menu for knowledge management, so the expert can add, change and delete the knowledge. This system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling.

Abstract

In this era , the need for technology is indispensable in various fields of need, insepa rable from the economic field in the field of community welfa re, one of which is work programs to facilitate achieving goals, one of which is the work carried out by the Ministry of PUPR, namely the program for fla ts, specia l houses, and stimula nt assistance for self -help housing. based on pre-determined criteria. Electre is one of the methods used to rank and determine the best alternative. The basic concept of the electre method is to deal with outranking relationships by using pairwise comparisons between alternatives under each criterion separately. Which produces a computerized system that can automatically determine people who a re eligible to receive public housing assistance, based on the criteria va lues entered. This decision supportsystem is designed usingthe PHP programminglanguage.→Abstract

Abstract

Employees are the company's most important asset, without the role of employee’s activities cannot be realized. Employees are serious in determining the plans and goals that must be achieved. Therefore, PT. Unibless Indo Multi periodically selects the best employees to increase the spirit of performance and employee dedication to the company. Theselection of employees will be done computerized, so it is necessaryfor a system when considering all the criteria that support to determinethe best employees. To support the decision-making system, a decision-making method is needed. PT employees choose the methods used in the decision support system are SAW and AHP methods. The SAW method is often called the weighted summation method. At the same time, the Analytical Hierarchy Process is a decision-making process that finds thebest solution by outlining complex problems into a more complex form. Based on the results processed in this study with the use of either SAW and AHP method in the first rankobtained by Taufik with thesame weight which is 0,66.

Abstract

Classroom is a place that use by student to learn. Each classroom equipped by electrical equipmentand tool including 4 lamps and 2 fans. When learning activities is over in some classroom, lamps and fans still on. The cause of this condition is dueto manual control, the result is electricity to be wasteful. As a result, electricity supply is run outbefore one month use and it can obstruct the learning activitiesif the power goes out. The aim of theresearch is to build a system that able to controls electricity equipment in the classroom and make a monitoring power consume remotely so can be effective and efficient. The system design is use prototype method that is a design software technic, while in designing web, with Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Control design and monitoring use Raspberry Pi 3 B+ as microcontroller and web as interface user media. Relayconnected with raspberry pi through General Purpose Input Output (GPIO) as automatic switch. USB Converter serial as interface for communicating raspberry pi with PZEM-004T module as current, voltage and power reader. The result of the study Can control and monitor the use of power consume in electrical equipment remotely web based. The system is completed by daily report of power consumeand warning notification on the web when kWh almost running out. This research is useful in preventing wasting electricity and running outof electricity while learning is in progress.

Abstract

The bank is a financial institution that has many activities, oneof which is to serve housing loan (KPR) activities. As the human population increases, primary needs such as housing also increase. The existence of a Developer who will provide Home Ownership Loans is also needed for prospective buyers. With various offers, potential home buyers are difficult to make a decision. Therefore the authors through the Decision Support System (SPK) and thedesign of the Home Ownership Loan system providea solution for prospective buyers in choosing the best mortgage with a Decision Support System using the SMART method. The SMART method is a multi-criteria decision-making technique based on the theory that each alternative consists of a number of criteria that have values and each criterion has a weight that describes how important it is compared to other criteria.

Abstract

In higher education, the completion of a thesis within a 1 -year timeframe is a prerequisite for graduation. The selection of a thesistopic is influenced by personal interest, the expertiseof the thesis supervisor, and data availability. This research is designed to analyzethe thesis topics of Economics Faculty students at Garut University using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) Modeling method. Utilizing quantitative and qualitative approaches, this research applies the concept of big data with techniques such as Data Crawling, Data Preprocessing, and Text Mining. The research successfully conducted topic modeling using the LDA method. The analysis showed that topic modeling with the LDA algorithm resulted in seven common thesis topics used in the students' thesis titles. With this, theresearch contributes to the understanding and efficacy in the determination of students' thesis topics. It is hoped that the results of this research can be utilized to assist in the efficient completion of theses.

Abstract

Vehicle care is one of the businesses that is quite profitable with quite large capital. However, with this capital it becomes a fairly large and long-term income, and fromthis capital every year the price of this capital will definitely increase because of the area of theland. However, in business, there is a problem that often occurs in each of these safekeeping, namely realtime accounting and data in photos and numbers. Then this research aims to make itcivil in managing the daycare. The model and method used uses Extreme Programming (XP) development and, why did I take mobile programming because in this case study it is better for device users who are indeed flexible. The feasibility of this system is seen from the point of view of its functionality and according to the user from what is needed according to the case study. The programming language used is Java, and testing is to display the success of system functionality using ablack box, then for modeling using the unified model language (UML) for flow using this system, the database used is firebase. The purpose of this research is to get a solution to the problems that exist in the place, namely in data collection and reporting to the owner by providing input within certain hours and then conveying it to the owner, with this application providing solutions to problems that occur at this research location.
