Abstract

Abstract− The development of technological progress triggers a new system mechanism in life, from the beginning of life to the end, this life habit is better known as e-life, which means electronics which influences various desires and needs for survival. The payroll administration system that is currently running at the An-Nadwah Kuala Tungkal Islamic Institute, even though it already uses an office system such as Excel, is still considered conventional, it can be seen that its management still uses an agenda book and submission of payroll slips which only uses screenshots of data in Excel, thus causing errors. and reducing wages for employees. This is what prompted Peniti to conduct research with the aim of analyzing and designing a web-based payroll administration information system using the unified modeling language (UML) method and designing a system prototype that is expected to solve the problems that occur in the payroll system that is currently running. Abstract

To improve the quality of education for students as the nation's next generation, teachers are needed who are competent in providing education to students. The main task of teachers is to educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess and evaluate their students. Therefore, activities are held which aim to motivate teachers to improve their competence, one of which is a competition for selecting outstanding teachers. Meanwhile, the implementation of selecting outstanding teachers at SMA Adhyaksa 1 Jambi has not followed the proper procedures, where each teacher who will be selected must meet the assessment criteria that have been determined, such as pedagogical, personality, professional, social and performance that has been achieved. The obstacles faced in this assessment include the large number of criteria and participants. One method that is suitable in the process of selecting outstanding teachers is the Electre method because these criteria will be very relevant if the process of selecting outstanding teachers is used. The electre method is a multi-criteria decision making method based on the outranking concept by comparing alternatives and appropriate criteria in pairs. The aim to be achieved in this research is to carry out an analysis of the decision support system for selecting outstanding teachers at SMA Adhyaksa 1 Jambi.

Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia is a complex and ongoing issue. The government attempts to address this through social assistance programs such as Cash Social Assistance (BST), Direct Cash Assistance (BLT), RASKIN, and the Family Hope Program (PKH). Kerinci Regency in Jambi Province, with a population of 255,736 people, still has many communities in need of assistance, especially in Siulak Subdistrict. According to a 2021 BPS report, the distribution of RASKIN assistance often does not meet needs due to uneven distribution and lack of data validation. This study uses the K-Means CLUSTERING method to determine RASKIN recipients more accurately. The research data consists of 349 residents of Siulak Panjang Village after cleaning data from the original 355 records. The criteria for receiving assistance include household size, floor area of less than 10 square meters, low education levels, unstable economic conditions, and poor health. Eight attributes were used in this analysis. Results show differences in the number of aid recipients in each Cluster between manual calculations and SPSS, due to SPSS data standardization. Manual calculations indicate Cluster 1 with 74 data (third priority), Cluster 2 with 37 data (first priority), Cluster 3 with 73 data (second priority), Cluster 4 with 42 data (fifth priority), and Cluster 5 with 123 data (fourth priority). In contrast, SPSS results show Cluster 1 with 32 data (first priority), Cluster 2 with 68 data (fifth priority), Cluster 3 with 124 data (second priority), Cluster 4 with 73 data (fourth priority), and Cluster 5 with 52 data (third priority). Based on this comparison, SPSS is more recommended as it provides more accurate and consistent results through data standardization, is efficient in data processing, and produces Cluster s that better match the actual conditions.

Abstract

Abstrak− Penilaian kinerja Guru masih mengalami kendala di SMP Negeri 14 Tebo, dikarenakan penilaian masih bersifat subyektif dan menggunakan metode arsip, sehingga hasil penilaian masih kurang memuaskan dan belum terkomputerisasi. Topsis merupakan salah satu metode Sistem Pengambil Keputusan (SPK) yang akan dipergunakan dalam proses penilaian kinerja guru. Metode Topsis akan membantu kepala sekolah dalam proses evaluasi yang berhubungan dengan kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian yaitu pertama penilaian kinerja Guru masih mengalami kendala di SMP Negeri 14 Tebo, dikarenakan penilaian masih bersifat subyektif dan menggunakan metode arsip, sehingga hasil penilaian masih kurang memuaskan dan belum terkomputerisasi. Solusi dari menghindari penilaian secara subyektifitas dan manual/arsip dalam hal memberikan keputusan yang dihasilkan diperlukan suatu sistem yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) sehingga memiliki hasil. Hasil penelitian yang berdasarkan tabel 4.11 yaitu rangking alternatif rangking 3 terbaik dari untuk penilaian kinerja guru dapat dilihat pada tabel 4.12 yaitu id guru G24 rangking 1 dengan hasil 0.514669308, ide guru G3 rangking 2 dengan hasil 0.511314122 dan rangking 3 dengan ide G21 dengan hasil 0.510161603 dan kedua halaman laporan dalam metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) adalah tampilan yang menampilkan data, nilai, dan hasil keputusan dari proses pemilihan alternatif yang terbaik. Halaman ini biasanya digunakan untuk memanggil laporan data penilaian kinerja guru terbaik.

Abstract

The information system needed by the village community is obtained through messages delivered by the head of the hamlet and the head of the RT in their respective areas which can be conveyed in the forum of routine activities in the community, while the problems that occur in the population administration in the form of additions, changes to family cards and the making of birth certificates, the community must take care of their own population records to the Dukcapil Office in Sarolangun district with a distance traveled which is quite far, namely a trip ± 30 Km round trip, in addition to the absence of a village information system, the village government does not have population archives, both population statistics and aid data statistics. In the research carried out modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language), in this stage we create a model of information system needs using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams and build prototypes. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a prototype of a web-based government information system in Pelawan Jaya Village, Sarolangun Regency. The results of the design of this web-based Village Government information system are expected to help the performance of the Village Government in managing the information needed by the community, and the Village Government has digital-based population data, so that at any time it needs population statistics already in this web-based Village Government information system. In addition, with the existence of this Village Government information system, it is hoped that the Village Government will also be transparent and accountable in managing village finances so that the community can know the activities that are being carried out by the Village Government both in terms of development, coaching and community empowerment.

Abstract

The STAI Ma'arif Jambi website is one of the media that can be accessed using the internet. The website presents information in the form of text, images, audio, using the HTTP protocol. Therefore, the quality of the services provided must be of high quality so that website users feel satisfied with the services provided. The method used is the webqual 4.0 method and importance performance analysis (IPA). Based on data from calculations using the Slovin formula, the number of respondents required was 156 people, therefore questionnaires were distributed for more than one month to students and the general public. Where the distribution of the questionnaire was carried out at STAI Ma'arif Jambi and in the surrounding environment of Jambi. Data collection in this research was taken from the results of an online questionnaire using Google Form. As a result of distributing the questionnaire, 156 respondents were obtained, where the respondents were divided into two categories, namely men and women. The data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software. The results of this research show that the variable that has the most influence on user satisfaction on the STAI Ma'arif Jambi website is the quality of interaction, with a calculated t value of 3.846%. This variable is more significant than usefulness at 2,799% and information quality at 3,070%. The analysis results also show that the highest ranking is in the quality of service interactions (X3) with a value of 1.08%, while the lowest ranking is in the quality of information (X2) with a value of 0.93%. The average gap value (GAP) of -0.39 indicates that the quality of website performance has not met user expectations. In addition, the IPA quadrant analysis emphasizes the need for improvements to indicators in the third quadrant, because low levels of performance can influence users' interest in relying on these indicators.

Abstract

Education is a process that develops a person in terms of mindset, attitude, character, language, and role in society. This study aims to apply data mining in recommending fields of study in universities using the K-Medoids algorithm. From the research conducted, researchers recommend 8 clusters, which is calculated manually and using RapidMiner. The results obtained manually in cluster 1 showed that there were 11 students who entered the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Sector, cluster 2 had 65 students entering the Sports Sector, cluster 3 had 29 students entering the Health Sector, cluster 4 has 7 students entering the Science and Technology field, cluster 5 has 30 students entering the Education Sector, cluster 6 has 39 students entering the Economics field, cluster 7 there are 17 students entering the Religion Field, cluster 8 there are 27 students entering the Arts Field. Meanwhile using RapidMiner in cluster 1 there were 32 students, cluster 2 has 36 students, cluster 3 has 26 students, cluster 4 has 17 students, cluster 5 has 30 students, cluster 6 has 31 students, cluster 7 has 39 students, cluster 8 has 14 students. Hoped the results of applying the K-Medoidsss algorithm can help students determine their field of study in college.

Abstract

Technological advances enable companies to increase operational efficiency, expand market reach, and improve customer experience. However, CV. Bima Sakti Mandiri in Jambi is still facing problems in the offline-based ticket ordering process, such as errors in assigning seat numbers, inaccurate departure information, and customer difficulties in obtaining reschedule information. This research aims to analyze problems at CV. Bima Sakti Mandiri and designed a web-based ticket booking information system as a solution to these problems. This research uses the UML modeling method, which includes Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams, as well as flowcharts to design the system. The research results show that CV. Bima Sakti Mandiri experienced problems in ordering tickets, such as incorrect information from officers and rescheduling management. The information system designed produces a prototype that makes it easier for users to order tickets, view real-time seat availability, departure schedules, reschedules, ticket prices, order history, e-wallet payment methods, manage customer data and reports. The results of the analysis and design of this system can be a solution to the obstacles faced as well as a reference for developing a web-based ticket ordering information system. To increase security, CV. Bima Sakti Mandiri must implement SSL encryption, the latest security protocols, firewalls, two-factor authentication (2FA), and a strict privacy policy. Researchers further suggest adding features such as real-time tracking services, reviews and ratings, as well as developing a system using mobile-based technology.

Abstract

CV. Megatama Elektronik adalah salah perusahaan yang menjual barang elektronik dari berbagai merek . Dimana pada sistem yang sedang berjalan terdapat beberapa masalah dalam memperoleh pelanggan baru, meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan, dan mempertahankan pelanggan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada CV. Megatama Elektronik mememerlukan sebuah sistem Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) berbasis web yang dapat membantu pihak CV. Megatama Elektronik maupun Customer dalam menjalin hubungan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan layanan antara perusahaan dengan pelanggan dan merancang prototype sistem Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) berbasis web untuk menciptakan hubungan yang lebih baik antara perusahaan dengan pelanggan melalui fitur-fitur dalam website. Penulis melakukan perancangan yang berorientasi object mencakup use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, rancangan tampilan, tabel struktur database. Hasil penelitian ini adalah prototype sistem E-CRM yang berbasis web yang dapat membantu menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang terutama pada masalah layanan pelanggan ada pada CV. Abstract

PT. Plantex Sembada International Jambi is a areca nut export and import company located in Jambi City. PT.Plantex Sembada International Jambi has not made full use of information and communication technology and does not have an information system that can help direct the production process, resulting in a long time in accessing the required data and information. With the production information system of PT. Plantex Sembada International Jambi can make it easier to manage production data. Object-based modeling used to describe the analysis system is UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling in the form of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and flowchart. The output of this research is a web-based Production Information System prototype design at PT. Plantex Sembada International Jambi. Production information system can reduce the time and energy required for the production process and reduce the risk of manual recording errors, manage inventory better such as the risk of exess or shortage of stock, and make it easier to create accurate and structured reports.
