Abstract

This research was aims to determine individual counseling based on a behavioristic approach, student discipline after the implementation of individual counseling based on a behavioristic approach, the effect of individual counseling based on a behavioristic approach on the discipline of 7th grade MTs students. Bustanul Huda Dawuhan, Talang District, Tegal Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, this type of research is experimental research, the research design is a single group pretest-posttest experimental design. The results of the study show that the success of individual counseling based on a behavioristic approach is that students are very enthusiastic in participating in the process of individual counseling services based on a behavioristic approach, actively participating in individual counseling service activities based on a behavioristic approach, and counseling teachers are happy to make observations on students. as well as researchers. Student discipline before individual counseling services based on a behavioristic approach was in the low category, and after the individual counseling services based on a behavioristic approach were carried out it was in the high category.

Abstract

The focus of this research is (1) How is the process of applying adaptive assertive techniques to foster adaptive abilities in adolescents (2) How is the application of adaptive assertive techniques to foster adaptive abilities in adolescents . To describe these problems, researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. From the results of data analysis it can be concluded that REBT with Adaptive Assertive Techniques to Grow Adaptive Capabilities in Adolescents is carried out in 5 steps, namely helping problems, diagnosis, prognosis, therapy/medication, evaluation/follow-up. After the counseling process has been carried out, there are several impacts from the application of adaptive assertive techniques to the counselee where the counselee's ability to adapt is increasing. The counselee is able to control himself when the counselee feels difficulty in adaptation

Abstract

School rules that must be obeyed by all students sometimes there are still students who do not obey them. The existence of this research aims to find out the efforts made by the BK teacher and ustadz/ustadzah overcoming students who violate school rules. Based on the research conducted, the formal forms of business carried out by counseling teachers are orientation services, information services, group and individual guidance services, while the formal forms of business carried out by ustadz/ustadzah are modeling and providing guidance. Informal forms of business are in the form of exchanging information between the guidance counselor and ustadz/ustadzah and granting permission/authority for the guidance counselor/ustadzah to the counseling teacher if he wants to carry out the duties of the ustadz/ustadzah. So indeed between the BK teacher and ustadz/ustadzah must work together in an effort to deal with students who violate school rules

Abstract

The Book of Fawaidhul Mukhtarah is one of the moral books which contains advice about the deeds of a human being which is complemented by interpretations of the Al-Quran and Hadith. The research that the author did was field research, namely explaining and describing conditions and phenomena that were clearer about the situation that occurred. Discipline values in the book that can increase the discipline of Dalwa students are: a) Discipline in Worship. Among the results of the discipline produced from the book Fawaidhul Mukhtarah is the discipline of prayer. As students of the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School, they must pray the five daily prayers on time. b) Social Discipline. A Dalwa santri must have social discipline, namely a mental attitude of the santri who has obedience or adherence to the rules and regulations of the Islamic boarding school. This social discipline is reflected in the attitudes and behavior of the santri who always live in an orderly, obedient and obedient manner towards the norms of the santri, such as being orderly in carrying out worship at the mosque, when using Islamic boarding school's belongings, and when holding meetings in commemoration of religious activities and holidays. national level, as well as in associating and working together. Abstract

The current phenomenon that occurs is the lack of parental control at home over children's learning activities. Most parents are busy with their respective jobs. Parents fully surrender their children's education to the teacher. So that their children's education is less controlled. Parents do not play an active role in supporting children's learning at school, so children rarely do schoolwork. This type of research is qualitative research. This research was conducted in grades III, IV and V with 6 students and 6 parents as subjects. Methods of data collection using interview guidelines and learning motivation scale. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the role of parents in motivating students who excel, has a very high role in motivating student learning by always giving attention and affection and sufficient time for their children. The subject of two underachieved parental roles has a low role in motivating student learning. The third subject is the factors that influence the role of parents in increasing student learning motivation, namely the presence of attention, prizes, punishments, providing school necessities and prizes and sufficient time for underachieving children due to excessive pampering, extraordinary worry and lack of sense Darling.

Abstract

Speaking skills are very important along with the times, so they must be trained early so that speaking skills do not become an obstacle in the future. This study uses qualitative methods with experimental types and comparative descriptive analysis. The process or steps that researchers take in providing relaxation psychoeducation are the first step, Islamic counseling guidance by praying to Allah before doing relaxation exercises. The second step is starting physical relaxation exercises. The third step is dhikr relaxation, the fourth step is psychological relaxation, by remembering and imagining the good intentions and goals you want to achieve. The fifth step of the client. Meanwhile, the results of the implementation of relaxation exercises in overcoming the anxiety of speaking in students of the Darullughah Wadda'wah Islamic Boarding School can be said that this relaxation psychoeducation was quite successful. This can be proven by changes in clients when speaking in public by means of rating scales, and interviews with lodge administrators and lodge friends.

Abstract

Even though it is a top school and has a myriad of achievements, it is undeniable that there are still students at SMPIT Bina Insan Cendekia who have problems with learning enthusiasm or concentration in learning. So this study aims to determine the relationship between counseling guidance and learning achievement at SMPIT Bina Insan Cendekia. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 339 students. The results of this study indicate that guidance and counseling services have an impact on student learning outcomes at SMPIT Bina Insan Cendekia, Pasuruan City.

Abstract

Behavioral deviations committed by adolescents today are very diverse. This form of deviation is often found in media such as Facebook, the internet, television and newspapers, even in acts that violate the law. Based on this, it is necessary to know how the influence of the internet on behavioral deviations committed by adolescents, especially students at SMK Al-Islam Kudus. This research is included in the quantitative research with analytic survey method. The results showed that it was concluded that the independent variable (internet media) had no effect on deviant behavior, or in other words the regression model could be used to predict deviant behavior. In addition, it can also be concluded by comparing the significant values in the table above, namely 0.589 with α = 0.05 where sigcount > 0.05, so it can be concluded that the independent variable (internet media) has no effect on deviant behavior.

Abstract

According to UNESCO data, the reading interest of the Indonesian people is very concerning, only 0.001%. This means that out of 1,000 Indonesians, only 1 person is an avid reader. This research method is a qualitative descriptive research type, and uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Before carrying out counseling guidance groups of students have a low interest in reading. From the results of group counseling guidance that has been implemented, it can be concluded that interest in reading can be increased if there is a supportive environment and adequate facilities to change the behavior of interest in reading, especially for elementary school children where children will prefer to form a play group while learning together.
