Abstract

In the digital era, financial technology has become an essential part of everyday life, particularly for students who are highly adaptive to innovations such as electronic wallets. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness (PU) on the use of the DANA e-wallet among students of Universitas Dinamika Bangsa (UNAMA), with perceived ease of use (PEOU) as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires and analyzing the data using SmartPLS. The findings reveal that PU significantly influences both PEOU and actual use (AU). However, PEOU does not have a significant effect on AU, and PU through PEOU also does not significantly influence AU. These results indicate that although perceived usefulness is the primary factor driving e-wallet adoption, perceived ease of use does not act as a strong mediating variable. This study recommends that e-wallet providers focus on enhancing useful features and offering user education to improve the experience and adoption of financial technology among students.

Abstract

This study evaluates the adoption factors of the JKN Mobile application in Muaro Jambi Regency using the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) and TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) methods. The research aims to identify the factors influencing JKN Mobile adoption and compare the two models to determine which one better explains the adoption of this application. This study involved 393 respondents who are JKN Mobile users in Muaro Jambi Regency. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed that the UTAUT model has a better predictive ability in explaining JKN Mobile adoption compared to the TAM model. In the UTAUT model, the Facilitating Conditions (FC) factor has the strongest influence on User Behavior (UB). In addition, the Performance Expectancy (PE) and Social Influence (SI) factors also significantly affect Behavioral Intention (BI). Meanwhile, in the TAM model, the Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) factor significantly affects Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU). Perceived Usefulness (PU) also proved to significantly affect Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU). This study provides practical implications for JKN Mobile application developers and related parties to pay more attention to the factors identified by the UTAUT and TAM models in an effort to increase application adoption.

Abstract

Dalam era perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang berkembang pesat seperti saat ini. Hal ini menjadi faktor pendorong penerapan sistem pemerintahan berbasis teknologi. Rumah sakit umum daerah prof. Dr. H. M. Chatib quzwain sarolangun merupakan salah satu pelayanan publik yang memanfaatkan website sebagai media persebaran informasi dan komunikasi, namun berdasarkan 12 angket kuesioner yang telah disebarkan melalui google form ke beberapa pengguna dan didapatkan beberapa masalah pada website seperti informasi yang kurang up to date dan banyak fitur yang tidak dapat diakses untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas layanan website terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Maka perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap website RSUD tersebut melalui metode yang digunakan adalah webqual 4.0 yang merupakan metode analisis website berdasarkan persepsi pengguna. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berdasarkan skala likert. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna website rumah sakit umum daerah prof. Dr. H. M. Chatib quzwain sarolangun dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 338 orang dari hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh nilai t hitung variabel usability quality sebesar 4,636 dibandingkan dengan nilai t hitung variabel information quality sebesar 5,547 dan variabel service interaction quality sebesar 4,389 dengan begitu variabel information quality memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan usability quality dan service interaction qualitity

Abstract

Pre-school education, often referred to as Early Childhood Education (ECED), aims to support children's physical, emotional, social and cognitive development through various fun learning activities. The recording system for the admission of new students at Ananda Mandiri Slawi Daycare and Pre School is still done conventionally, the committee records data into a ledger and submits it to the Principal once a month. The registration form contains the initial information of prospective participants, which is then recorded in the ledger as an official record and administrative reference. However, this process often experiences problems because registration forms and required files are often scattered, coupled with limited storage space. The problem to be investigated is how the information system for the acceptance of new students based on the web at Daycare and Pre School Ananda Mandiri Slawi. This research methodology uses data collection methods, namely observation methods, interview methods, library research. The design method used is the Unified Model Language (UML) method through several stages, namely making use cases diagrams, making activity diagrams, making sequence diagrams, and making class diagrams. The parties involved in registration are prospective participants, student guardians, committees, and school principals. The results obtained are registration data and payment data..

Abstract

The implementation of an integrated information system has become a crucial need in addressing business challenges, especially for SMEs such as Iwear Clothing. This study aims to implement an ERP system using the Odoo application to overcome business process problems that were previously carried out manually. The research method used is the Agile method with a Scrum framework and a phased implementation approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The implementation results indicate that the developed ERP system successfully improves production efficiency, stock accuracy, and simplifies sales and financial data recording. The main modules implemented include Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, and Invoicing. The system also enhances decision-making processes and reduces data entry errors. This study concludes that Odoo as an ERP platform can be effectively adopted by small-scale garment businesses to support more structured and integrated operations. Abstract

The lakonmandira.kaboki.go.id website is one of the government services that aims to make it easier for the people of Ogan Komering Ilir to make online submissions. In use, there are still often complaints from users, including, no user franly, no search feature, no chat feature to facilitate two-way communication, no data editing feature on returned submissions, websites tend to be monotonous and unattractive, and there has never been a system upgrade since it was last released. This problem is related to six assessment scales in the UEQ method, namely, Attractivness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependenbility, stimulation, and novelty. To overcome these problems, a user experience analysis will be carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The respondent data used was 179 out of 335 populations, the UEQ calculation process was carried out using the UEQ analysis data tool to determine the level of user experience at each scale. The results of this finding show the paramenter results of attractiveness (1.17), clarity (0.9), efficiency (0.64), reliability (1.11), stimulation (1.39), novelty (1.4). The results show that the scale of attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, reliability is in the "below average" category which is a priority for improvement and the scale of stimulation and novelty is in the "good" category. Abstract

Penyakit Ginjal Kronis (PGK) adalah masalah kesehatan di seluruh dunia dengan peningkatan jumlah penderita yang stabil, termasuk di Indonesia. Identifikasi tepat waktu diabetes melitus gestasional (DMG) sangat penting untuk mengurangi risiko komplikasi dan kematian, namun penilaian manual seringkali membutuhkan waktu dan sumber daya yang cukup besar. Perkembangan teknologi machine learning memungkinkan proses diagnosis lebih cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kinerja algoritma Naïve Bayes dan C4.5 dalam mendeteksi penyakit ginjal menggunakan dataset Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) yang diperoleh dari platform Kaggle. Dataset terdiri dari 400 data pasien dengan 34 atribut medis, seperti tekanan darah, kadar kreatinin, albumin urin, dan parameter laboratorium lainnya. Metode penelitian meliputi pembersihan data, seleksi atribut, transformasi data, pembagian data menjadi 80% data latih dan 20% data uji, serta penerapan kedua algoritma menggunakan perangkat lunak WEKA. Evaluasi kinerja dilakukan dengan matrik akurasi, precision, recall, F1-score, dan AUC-ROC. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pada pembagian data 80:20, algoritma Naïve Bayes memperoleh akurasi 83,13%, precision 84,05%, recall 97,68%, F1-score 90,36%, dan AUC-ROC 59,50%. Sementara itu, algoritma C4.5 (J48) mencapai akurasi lebih tinggi yaitu 87,50%, precision 85,93%, recall 98,45%, F1-score 91,74%, dan AUC-ROC 63,20%.

Abstract

SMK Dharma Bakti 4 Kota Jambi is one of the vocational secondary education institutions that has been conducting learning activities using conventional methods, namely face-to-face learning in classrooms. With the development of information technology, the demand for innovation in the learning process has increased, especially to support the flexibility and sustainability of teaching and learning activities. Therefore, the development of an E-Learning system is a relevant solution to be implemented. This study focuses on the design and development of an E-Learning platform designed to facilitate the distribution of teaching materials by teachers and make it easier for students to access materials, complete assignments, and take evaluations such as midterm and final exams online. This system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with the aim of creating a more effective, structured, and accessible learning service. The results of the development show that the implementation of E-Learning can improve the efficiency of the learning process, especially in conditions that require distance learning. In addition, this platform also provides features for delivering announcements and processing grades, which help facilitate academic administration at SMK Dharma Bakti 4 Jambi City. Thus, this E-Learning system is expected to be a sustainable supporting tool in improving the quality of learning in the school environment. Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires companies to adapt in order to improve operational efficiency, including in the field of product ordering. Onoy, a bakery with several outlets in Jambi City, still relies on a manual ordering and recording system, which often leads to discrepancies in orders, difficulties in stock monitoring, and delays in fulfilling customer requests. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based bread ordering information system integrated across multiple kiosks, with a focus on analyzing the highest orders as a basis for production decision-making. The software development method used is the waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and documentation. The results of this research produced an ordering application capable of handling bread orders, selecting product types and quantities, viewing order data, managing reports, and facilitating user data management. This system helps outlets reduce ordering errors, improve data accuracy, speed up transactions, and support managerial decision-making regarding production quantities based on the highest demand. Therefore, the system is expected to enhance Onoy operational effectiveness and provide better services to customer.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of location and product price on student loyalty through student satisfaction as a mediating variable in the context of cafeteria management at Universitas Dinamika Bangsa. A quantitative approach was employed, with data processed using the SmartPLS application. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling, targeting active students who regularly utilize cafeteria services. A total of 100 respondents participated by completing an online questionnaire consisting of 13 items covering location, product price, satisfaction, and loyalty. The results reveal that: (1) location has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction; (2) product price also shows a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction; and (3) student satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between location, product price, and student loyalty. These findings highlight the strategic role of student satisfaction in fostering loyalty. Therefore, cafeteria management should emphasize strategic improvements in location and competitive pricing to enhance satisfaction, which in turn can strengthen sustainable loyalty among students.
