<![CDATA[This study analyzes E-Bekal as a cashless payment to improve service quality at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis starts with data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The results showed that improving the quality of services through E-Bekal was carried out through providing good facilities, socializing and promoting the system for using E-Bekal, providing E-Bekal cards to students, and providing consulting services, as well as providing cell phones that had an encryption network. With these services, it can help and provide service satisfaction for students.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the students' creativity program as a medium to build students' entrepreneurial spirit at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. This research method uses a qualitative research method; the type of case study uses data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis was carried out circularly, starting with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study indicate that Islamic boarding schools develop creative activities for students by providing places for activities to build an entrepreneurial spirit through pesantren extracurricular activities, managing used goods, applying in pesantren skills competitions, and skills activities in every institution under the auspices of the Nurul Islamic Boarding School.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the significant effect of principal discipline and compensation on the performance results of all MTs teachers in Teluk Pandan District. This type of research is quantitative and associated with a population of 123 teachers, and the research sample is 94 teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Simple and multiple linear regression analyses then analyzed the data. The results showed that the effect of principal discipline and compensation on teacher performance was 54.9%, while other factors influenced the remaining 45.1%. So it can be concluded that the better the principal's leadership and compensation, the higher the teacher's performance results.]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyzes change management based on Islamic culture at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative case study type method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the stages of change management carried out by Pesantren Nurul Jadid based on the perspective of Kurt Lewin, among others: first, at the Unfreezing stage (review or survey, particular direction from the leadership to subordinates), mapping the potential of each human resource, motivation). The second is the Changing stage (socialization, seminars, training). The third is the Refreezing stage (creating a new culture or condition, cooperation, commitment, and evaluation).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze rewards, punishments, and their implications for improving the performance of educators at Darul Huffaz Islamic Boarding School Pesawaran - Lampung. This study uses a qualitative case study approach, where the researcher uses interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain valid and accurate data. The study results show that appreciation in an organization is essential because it appreciates those who have tried to change the way they work. Sanctions can weaken behavior and reduce the frequency of subsequent behavior, usually consisting of requesting an unintended consequence. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods in research and interview techniques. Based on the data obtained from the implementation of reward and punishment and its implications for improving the performance of educators at the Darul Huffaz Islamic boarding school Pesawaran - Lampung, it can be concluded that the implementation of reward, and punishment for educators at the Darul Huffaz Islamic boarding school Pesawaran - Lampung is appropriate and the implications can improve performance educators at the Darul Huffaz Islamic boarding school Pesawaran – Lampung.]]>

<![CDATA[This study analyzes the market segmentation in the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School Paiton Probolinggo. The method used is a case study qualitative approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews and document observation. The data analysis technique is carried out circularly, from data collection, reduction, display, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that market segmentation based on community involvement is carried out by analyzing market segmentation, determining the target market, and creating a positive image. This research has implications for the importance of community involvement in building the quality of education at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School Paiton Probolinggo.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the study referred to here is to describe how children's creativity management through the medium of illustrated stories in family planning. az-Zainiyah Karanganyar Paiton Probolinggo. In order to obtain data from the results of research, conducted research is a qualitative type with case studies as the approach. Data collection techniques with participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation analysis. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the Miles Huberman model. The results of field research obtained findings that the learning process in the management of children's creativity through the medium of illustrated stories in family planning. az-Zainiyah Karanganyar Paiton Probolinggo through planning, implementing and evaluating learning. The implication is that educators must carry out careful learning planning so that children's creativity increases optimally.]]>

<![CDATA[The entry of Indonesia in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 caused various changes in various sectors of life in society such as the order of life, systems, and various fields. In the field of education itself, of course, must follow the current developments in order to be effective because a child is born for his time and an education regulator must be able to adapt to the times. All of that of course must be accompanied by a careful planning so that in the future it can run effectively and efficiently. It is necessary to formulate a national policy strategy through awareness and maturity of thought. In addition, public education needs to be adapted to meet the needs of expertise in the industrial era 4.0. Educators, education staff, managers of Islamic educational institutions also need new management and have a hand in filling industry 4.0. President Joko Widodo called for the time and energy of madrasa principals and teachers not to be wasted on making accountability reports, but could focus more on developing the quality of learning. Therefore, in Indonesia, it is necessary to start managing education in new ways, such as the use of e-RKAM.]]>

Researchers use a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interview, and documentation. Research results show that; Class management is understood as a form of the central role and duties of an Islamic religious teacher, which must be carried out thoughtfully and responsibly. Second, the implementation of class management in Islamic Religious Education learning is motivated by the teacher's desire to achieve his learning goals in Madrasahs. Third, implementing class management in learning Islamic Religious Education aims to improve the quality of learning. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the performance of human resources in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis procedure was carried out interactively, starting with data collection, presentation, reduction, and concluding. The results of the study show that the performance of human resources in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools is carried out through the competence of administrators in various fields, high aspirations, and support from leaders. This research provides implications about the importance of effective performance in realizing organizational goals.]]>
