<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the management of education funding affects the quality of education and the impact of financing, management, and learning environment on the quality of education. This research was conducted on school principals and teachers at MAN 4 Kediri to better understand the quality of schools. The research methodology used is a quantitative approach to uncover the relationship between education financing management, education quality, and the influence of the learning environment on the overall quality of MAN 4 Kediri Data collection methods include the use of Likert scale-based questionnaires, which are given to all school staff, to measure opinions and attitudes relevant to research variables Data analysis involves various quantitative techniques. Descriptive analysis is important in providing a comprehensive picture of employee leadership, performance, and productivity through an in-depth evaluation of respondents' scores. From the results of this study, it is concluded that education financing management has a low impact on the quality of schools in MAN 4 Kediri, while learning facilities contribute significantly to school quality. The practical implications of this research can be used as a guide to improve education financing management strategies and learning facilities in MAN 4 Kediri to improve the quality of education. This study makes a significant contribution in understanding the relationship between education financing management, learning facilities, and school quality in MAN 4 Kediri.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the government's policies in supporting the advancement of education is to provide educational assistance in the form of school operational assistance funds (BOS). In managing BOS funds so that they can run optimally, good financial management skills are needed for schools. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive analysis. Sources of information were obtained from various stakeholders such as school principals, treasurers, and teachers at MAS Ulumuddin Lhokseumawe. Data collection was carried out through interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results showed that there was an increase in efficiency and effectiveness in the accounting system for the use of BOS funds after using the school activity plan and budget application (ARKAS). The effectiveness, accountability and transparency of the management of BOS funds using the ARKAS application in the activity plan and school budget at MAS Ulumuddin Lhokseumawe are interrelated and have been running very well and optimally.]]>

<![CDATA[The focus of this research lies in strengthening students' interest in learning through the Al-Qur'an literacy program at MAN 1 Tapin. As a school intracurricular activity, the Al-Qur'an literacy program has contributed to strengthening students' interest in learning. Based on Hellmut W. Krapp's cognitive theory, this research relies on a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study concluded that MAN 1 Tapin has a Qur'an literacy program that is capable of being an alternative solution in increasing students' interest in learning, based on two things. First, the form of Qur'an literacy activities that are easy and relevant for students, and second, the presence of consistent supporting activities for the Qur'an literacy program, namely "Jum’at Taqwa" and "Tajwid training". The two activities work together to support the Qur'an literacy program which takes place at MAN 1 Tapin.]]>

<![CDATA[The research focuses on investigating the strategies and management applied in the Hifdzul Al-Qur'an program at two Islamic educational institutions, namely the Nurul Jadid Paiton Islamic Boarding School and the Nurul Qodim Kalikajar Islamic Boarding School. The primary aim of the research is to comprehensively understand how these boarding schools plan their Quranic memorization strategies. The research methodology employed a qualitative case study approach. The researcher utilized purposive sampling to engage various stakeholders such as regional heads, tahfidz administrators, students, guardians, and the local community in in-depth interviews. The findings revealed that both boarding schools have structured planning focusing on Quranic memorization techniques and comprehensive learning activities. The implications drawn from this research on the management of Hifdzul Al-Qur'an in Islamic boarding schools hold substantial significance for educational practices and institutional development.]]>

<![CDATA[This study investigates the positive impact of the management of strengthening moral character education through habituation programs and educational learning in early childhood on their moral development. This approach is designed to reinforce noble values and ethics in children's daily lives at an early stage of development. The research site was conducted at Al Munir Kalianget Islamic Kindergarten Banyuglugur Situbondo. The research methodology uses a qualitative research approach of the case study type involving the implementation of the Habituation Program specifically designed to improve the understanding and application of moral values. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires given to teachers and parents of children involved in the program. The results showed a significant improvement in early childhood children's understanding and moral behaviour after participating in the Habituation Program and educational learning. The collaboration between the school environment and the family proves its effectiveness in forming a strong character and high morale in children. This finding has important implications in the context of early childhood character education. It highlights the strategic role of management in strengthening moral character education in shaping the next generation who are qualified, with integrity, and full of responsibility. This research contributes to the practical and theoretical understanding of increasing children's moral excellence through integrated character education interventions.]]>

<![CDATA[Character education plays an important role in the formation of an individual's personality with integrity. This study aims to explore the implementation of character education in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning in Islamic boarding schools and its impact on student character development. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. This research was conducted at Lubbul Labib Islamic Boarding School located in Probolinggo Regency. The study participants consisted of PAI teachers and students involved in PAI learning at the Islamic boarding school. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation analysis. The results showed that character education in PAI learning in Islamic boarding schools was carried out through various strategies and methods involving Islamic religious values as the main foundation. This research makes an important contribution to the development of character education in Islamic boarding schools and provides insight into the importance of character education in PAI learning. The implications of this study can be used as a guideline for other Islamic boarding schools in improving the effectiveness of character education in PAI learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This study explores the effectiveness of inquiry-based MI learning in improving students' understanding of PAI concepts, increasing student involvement in the learning process, and evaluating measurable increases in learning achievement in PAI subjects. This study aimed to investigate and evaluate the effectiveness of Inquiry-Based Multiple Intelligences (MI) Implementation in improving student achievement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SMP Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. In designing this research, researchers used a qualitative approach and a type of case study. Researchers collect research data using three research techniques: in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. Researchers used participant observation methods. This study used qualitative descriptive analysis of Miles and Huberman types. This study aimed to investigate and evaluate the effectiveness of Inquiry-Based Multiple Intelligences (MI) Implementation in improving student achievement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at SMP Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. The results showed that implementing the Islamic Religious Learning (PAI) strategy with the Inquiry-Based Multiple Intelligences (MI) Implementation approach at SMP Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo significantly impacted the learning process and student achievement. This approach increases student participation and facilitates their involvement in the learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the role of human resource management in improving excellent service at TPA Arrahmah Probolinggo. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative analysis research. Case study at TPA Arrahmah Problinggo using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that improving excellent service through human resource management at TPA Arrahmah includes, firstly, human resource planning carried out by the Islamic boarding school education bureau by analyzing report data from the school principal. Second, recruitment of human resources is carried out using steps including determining the requirements for teaching staff and determining sources and recruitment methods. Third, human resource selection includes receiving application letters, selection interviews, and application decisions. Fourth, the training and development of human resources include child handling training, which includes knowledge of child psychology and BimTech for preparing PTK and encouraging those completing their studies. Fifth, human resource assessments are carried out informally regarding personal achievements at work. Informal assessments are continuously carried out by the principal regarding the performance of his subordinates objectively, which includes skills, discipline, behaviour, work results and levels of absenteeism.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the form of integration of Islamic boarding school efforts with local wisdom and Islamic values authentically in strengthening Islamic identity in a global context. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data was collected from observation, interviews, and documentation. Key informants in this research included one of the caregivers, the head of the Islamic boarding school, and the Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Foundation Islamic Boarding School Education Bureau. Data is analyzed through data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. Source triangulation techniques were used to obtain valid and relevant data. One form of integration of Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Foundation Islamic boarding school education with local wisdom and authentic Islamic values , which are still strong today as an act of strengthening Islamic identity in globalization is (1) Integration of the bandongan method and (2) sorogan method into book literacy culture. Yellow as well as Qur'an literacy culture. Islamic boarding school activities are an acculturation activity of the teachings of Islamic civilization and the local culture of the Indonesian people.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze improving public relations strategies in facing challenges in the era of society 5.0. This research uses qualitative descriptive analysis with a case study approach. The research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamiyah Kertosono Gading Probolinggo. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that community involvement in carrying out school activities is carried out through routine activities and incidental activities. With several social media accounts, it makes it very easy for public relations to provide various information related to madrasas and also makes it easier for the public to access information. The media used include: WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and website accounts. Not only using media, the strategies used in MI Islamiyah are planning, implementation, results and then continuous improvement.]]>
