Abstract

The Decision Making System plays a crucial role in the intricate and dynamic landscape of modern business. The TOPSIS method is a prominent technique within this domain, utilized to generate various alternatives by evaluating multiple criteria. In the TOPSIS framework, each criterion is assigned a weight, and the ratio between each alternative and the respective criteria is calculated. These ratios are aggregated to produce a total score, facilitating the identification of the most favorable alternative. This study elucidates the fundamental principles of TOPSIS and examines its application in business decision-making processes. This method empowers decision-makers to navigate the complexities of selecting the optimal choice amid limited and often contradictory information. The benefits of TOPSIS include its capacity to simultaneously address multiple criteria and offer a structured evaluation framework. The findings of this study can yield a ranking of employees based on specified criteria such as performance, responsibility, communication, and absenteeism, utilizing the TOPSIS approach.

Abstract

PT. Supra Indolub Perkasa is an official distributor of ExxonMobil Lubricants in Indonesia. Currently, the company faces challenges in the employee evaluation process, which remains conventional, lacks proper documentation, and has limitations in terms of objectivity and accuracy. This process often takes a long time, is prone to data entry errors, and lacks transparency, which can lead to suboptimal decision -making. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Web -Based Decision Support System (DSS) using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The system is developed by implementing the RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology and the Laravel framework to support a more systematic employee data management process. The evaluation criteria include attendance, technical skills, non-technical skills, and personality aspects. The results of the study indicate that this system can improve accuracy, accelerate the evaluation process, and support fair, transparent, and data -driven decision-making. With this system, the company can more easily determine the best employees in an objective manner.

Abstract

The purpose of creating a staffing information system at PT Jalur Sutra that has been made is to assist the admin section in viewing data management related to employment such as employee data, leave data, mutation data, demotion data, promotion data, layoff data, reward punishment data and data employee attendance record. In addition to the admin section, this staffing information system can also assist employees in carrying out employee attendance independently. Making this application is made with supporting applications such as Visual Studio Code, Android Studio, XAMPP, MySQL and the Laravel Framework. The system development methodology used is the RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology by observing the running system, collecting data in the form of interviews and literature studies, conducting analysis, carrying out the final design and implementation to be used by PT Jalur Sutra. The result of making this application is that it can help the admin section in viewing staffing management data and for the employee section in carrying out employee attendance independently.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of customer value on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for Bima+ Tri users. This research uses quantitative methods, with nonprobability sampling techniques namely purposive sampling involving 140 respondents who are Bima+ Tri users. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis, significance test (t and F test), path analysis and sobel test using SPSS Statistics 26 software. The results showed that customer value have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer value and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Moreover, customer satisfaction successfully mediates the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty.

Abstract

One of the tools for submitting applications that is often used by companies is through email in the recruitment or selection process of employees. This causes difficulties for the HR department in managing digital files that often need to be reprinted for evaluation purposes. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a web-based recruitment and selection application for Charitas Hospital Kenten to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. The application development method used is the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of software requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The result of this research is an information system that assists in managing digital documents and enhances the efficiency of the recruitment process at Charitas Hospital Kenten .

Abstract

TVRI South Sumatra is a regional television station established by Televisi Republik Indonesia for the South Sumatra Province. In addition to producing broadcast content, TVRI South Sumatra also manages various important documents related to archives. The documents are scanned into digital form, making them vulnerable to forgery and misuse if not properly protected. Currently, securing digital documents is done using Adobe Photoshop, which can take a long time due to the process of adjusting the position, size, and transparency level of the watermark, especially if the document has many pages. One solution to reduce the time required is to develop a digital watermark application. The purpose of developing a digital watermark application is to simplify the process of adding watermarks to scanned documents in PDF format. The method used in software development is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. It can be concluded that the results of the development of the digital watermark application show that this application can automatically add the TVRI South Sumatra logo watermark to documents. This application simplifies the process of providing authentic marks to documents without having to do it manually. Thus, this application can speed up the work process so that it becomes more practical.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of ROA, DER, and DPS partially and simultaneously on stock prices in the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 period 2018-2023. The sample used in the study was 165 from 27 companies in a 6-year period. Partial research results show that Return On Asset and Debt to Equity Ratio have a negative and insignificant effect on Stock Prices. Dividend Per Share has a positive and significant effect on Stock Price. The results of the study simultaneously show that Return On Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Dividend Per Share have a positive effect on Stock Prices.

Abstract

PT. Badak Prima Lestari is a company engaged in the business of heavy equipment (Heavy Equiqment) and lifting equipment (Material Handling Equitments) in Indonesia. PT. Badak Prima Lestari was established in 2021, although PT. Badak Prima Lestari already has a mature recruitment procedure, there are still shortcomings in the system that can support decisions in selecting the best employees. Especially the determination in assessing employee performance and determining the best employees can be aspects that need to be improved because the existing criteria are ineffective. With this research which aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) using the Weighted Product (WP) method to facilitate the assessment process. This application is made website-based using the laravel framework with the rational unified process (RUP) system development method. The results obtained are that the system can help companies to increase assessment efficiency automatically, provide measurable weights, transparently, the system developed meets the research objectives.

Abstract

PT. Mitra Anugerah Perkasa is a company operating as a distributor of subsidized and non-subsidized fertilizers in South Sumatra. Apart providing basic salaries to employees, PT. Mitra Anugerah Perkasa provides rewards of salary increases and bonuses for employee. Rewards are given by assessing employee performance through monthly assessments and then giving rewards once a year. The assessment process that has been carried out is not effective because many aspects have to be calculated manually, which takes a lot of time and allows errors. The aim of developing this system is to build a decision support system (DSS) using the Weighted Product (WP), with the aim of simplifying the assessment process. This application was created based on a website using the Laravel framework with a Rational Unified Process (RUP) system. The results obtained show that system can increase efficiency of performance assessment, provide measurable transparent weights, and meet stated research objectives.

Abstract

The Palembang City Youth and Sports Agency faces challenges in utilizing information technology to improve operational efficiency and the quality of public services. This study aims to formulate strategic information technology planning using the Ward and Peppard framework. The analytical approaches used include Value Chain to identify primary and supporting activities in the organization, PEST Analysis to assess external factors that affect the organization, SWOT Analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, Critical Success Factors (CSFs) is used to determine key success factors for implementing IS/IT strategies, and McFarlan Strategic Grid is used to group applications based on their level of importance to the organization. The results of this study include a portfolio of future applications that support system integration, resource optimization, and increasing the organization's digital capabilities. The implementation of the IS/IT strategy is designed to align with the organization's priority needs, such as the development of a digital-based sports management system. It is hoped that this strategic planning can help the Palembang City Youth and Sports Agency achieve operational excellence and improve the quality of service to the community.
