Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Current Ratio (CR) and firm growth (GTA) on dividend policy in companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the 2020–2024 period. The study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from corporate financial statements published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in 80 research samples. The data analysis method applied is multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing conducted through t-tests (partial) and F-tests (simultaneous). The t-test results indicate that, partially, the Current Ratio (CR) has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy, with a t-value of −9.452 and a significance level of 0.000. Furthermore, firm growth (GTA) is also proven to have a negative and significant effect on dividend policy, with a t-value of −5.685 and a significance level of 0.000. The simultaneous test (F-test) shows that the Current Ratio (CR) and firm growth jointly have a significant effect on dividend policy, with an F-value of 65.228 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings indicate that liquidity levels and asset growth play an important role in determining dividend distribution policies in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the sentiment of TikTok user reviews as a basis for evaluating the digital marketing strategy of the culinary MSME Dapoer Barru. The scope of the study focuses on audience responses to three categories of TikTok content, namely product content, storytelling content, and humanized brand/BTS content. The method employed is lexicon-based sentiment analysis, incorporating text preprocessing stages. The data were obtained through comment scraping from three TikTok contents with the highest engagement levels, resulting in 3,235 comments, of which 491 units of text containing sentiment were further analyzed. The results indicate that negative sentiment is slightly more dominant than positive sentiment, with varying sentiment distributions across content categories. Storytelling content tends to generate higher positive sentiment, while humanized brand/BTS content is dominated by negative sentiment. These findings suggest that sentiment analysis can serve as an evaluative tool to support the strengthening of digital marketing strategies for culinary MSMEs based on audience responses.

Abstract

Batam relies on the Panbil Nature Reserve to balance its industrial environment. This study uses a qualitative approach to evaluate the reserve's ecotourism strategies and community impact based on visitor feedback. The results reveal a sharp contrast: visitors praised the infrastructure and educational paths for preserving the forest’s beauty, aligning perfectly with conservation goals. However, the economic side fell short. Visitors noted a distinct lack of local products and small businesses on-site, suggesting that while locals are hired as staff, they aren't yet empowered as independent entrepreneurs. The study concludes that to create a truly sustainable model, Panbil must bridge this gap. Future success depends on better integrating the community into the creative economy, ensuring locals are not just employees, but active beneficiaries of the tourism ecosystem.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of profitability, debt policy, and company size on company value through a literature review approach. Company value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV), which reflects market perception of the company's performance and prospects. The method used is qualitative, analyzing various studies from national scientific journals. The results of the study indicate that profitability tends to have a positive effect on company value because it indicates the ability to generate profits and increase investor confidence. Debt policy can reduce company value when the level of leverage is high due to increased financial risk. Meanwhile, company size shows mixed findings and is therefore not always the primary basis for investment decisions. These findings highlight the importance of effective financial management in shaping market valuations.

Abstract

The development of digital technology encourages the use of Financial Technology (FinTech) as a strategy to improve the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of Financial Technology and digital financial literacy on the financial performance of MSMEs with digital competence as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on MSMEs that have used FinTech services. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the use of Financial Technology has a positive and significant influence on the financial performance of MSMEs. Conversely, digital financial literacy does not significantly influence the financial performance of MSMEs. Digital competence is not proven to moderate the influence of the use of Financial Technology or digital financial literacy on the financial performance of MSMEs, but has a positive and significant direct influence on the financial performance of MSMEs. This study emphasizes the importance of utilizing FinTech and strengthening practical digital competence in improving the financial performance of MSMEs in the digital economy era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the gap between the normative concept and operational practice of mudharabah contracts in microfinance at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), as well as to analyze the role of digital transformation and sharia supervision in supporting their implementation. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed using a literature-based method, drawing on BSI annual reports (2024–2025), Islamic banking statistics from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), DSN–MUI fatwas, and relevant scholarly articles published between 2020 and 2025. The findings indicate that mudharabah funds at BSI are predominantly utilized for fund mobilization, particularly through mudharabah deposits, while their application in microfinance remains limited. Operationally, BSI’s microfinance products are largely dominated by murabahah and ijarah contracts due to risk mitigation and payment certainty considerations. Digital transformation—through online financing applications, digital profiling, real-time reporting, and early warning systems—has the potential to enhance transparency and reduce moral hazard risks. The role of the Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) becomes increasingly strategic in ensuring sharia compliance in the digital era. This study highlights the importance of strengthening digital infrastructure and financial literacy to optimize mudharabah-based microfinance.
